Lauren and Jack were the best sitters we've had, and that's sayin' something! They were attentive to the pets, kept us in the loop about everything going on, sent a lot of photos of them with the pets and just the pets doing their thing. They communicated well, took notes when we were showing them the ropes and all the beasties loved them when they were here! I would HIGHLY recommend Lauren and Jack to sit your house -- they were amazing sitters and even better people! Cheers to both of you.

Kerry was an excellent house sitter. She loved spending time with our dog Bonnie and gave her lots of walks, cuddles and playtime. Kerry gave us daily updates with photos and videos which was very reassuring . She arrived the evening before we left which meant she had time to meet us and Bonnie and get used to the house. She stayed until we arrived home from our holiday to provide a quick handover. Kerry is friendly and reliable – I would definitely recommend her.

Success at last! Thank you so much Lucy for taking care of Barney for me while I visited my family. I felt so reassured that he was being looked after by you and "Milly" who I think has taught him some doggy manners too! The "pupdates" you sent were super and I could see how contented he was which was so important for me as this was the first time he'd been left for an extended period. I do hope that you are available for my next trip away whenever that might be. I would always be happy to recommend you to other sitters - as long as they don't then poach you!

Kath and Roger were wonderful house/dog sitters. Smudge was so well looked after and he had a wonderful week. We had daily updates on all the great adventures they went on. They were so kind to have supper ready for us on our return, which was very much appreciated after such a long drive. The house was spotless as was smudge, who clearly loved them. I have no hesitation in recommending Kath and Roger and would welcome them back.

Tatiane was an excellent pet sitter with great communication and both cats really took to her quickly. Tatiane sent us lots of updates and photos which we really appreciated and we came home to a spotlessly clean flat and two happy cats :)

Rosie and her mum Fran were delightful. Communication before and during the sit was very efficient and informative and the house was left beautifully clean. I would have them back for another sit and would highly recommend them to other members.

Overall a good sit. In the planning stages i asked for a morning arrival, which Millie agreed to. When the dates approached Millie had overlooked what was agreed, and could not arrive at the time i needed, so i had to change my plans. On the day if the sit Millies train was delayed so she ensured that her friend arrived to us without her, so i could set off in time. I didnt get to meet Millie which was a shame. When i got back home the cats seemed happy, the house was left clean and tidy, and dvds were left. Millie had left them for me which was kind. I dont need them so will gift them to charity. I was in a remote part of north wales so we didnt communicate over the 3 nights, apart from the one time hiking up a mountain to get signal to check in with Millie. I knew this would be the case.thankyou to Millie and her friend.

I had a great experience with Tania and Austin as my pet sitter. From the moment I met them, it was clear that they genuinely love animals. They provided top-notch care for my dog while I was away, and I couldn't be happier with their services. They not only punctual and reliable but also went above and beyond to ensure my pet felt comfortable and loved during their visits. They followed all of my instructions from feeding schedules to walking routines Communication with Tania was also good. They kept me updated with a few messages and photos, giving me peace of mind knowing my dog was in good hands. I highly recommend Tania and Austin to anyone in need of a trustworthy and caring pet sitter. They provided a great service. We cannot say enough about how pleased we were with Rosie housesitting and looking after our two Staffies for a week. Communication was brilliant before, during and after the sit. She walked our dogs for miles every day and cared for them as well as we do. The house was left immaculately and we only wish that Rosie could sit for us every time we need to go away! We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She is a delightful person who we will definitely invite back given any opportunity. We spent our week away totally relaxed in the knowledge that our dogs and house were in her safe and capable hands. Thank you so much Rosie, you are amazing! Emmanuel is a pleasure to meet. He is a warm, friendly and caring person. Emmanuel arrived promptly. He has excellent communication skills. Although French,he also possesses good English speaking skills. We had no anxiety about leaving our cat Lottie in his care whilst on holiday for 3 weeks. He communicated regularly during this time and updated us with photos without having to be prompted. He also communicated his concerns when Lottie had a physical issue which he dealt with effectively. On our return the house was clean & tidy. We can recommend Emmanuel to care for your at and we would certainly ask him again

We were absolutely delighted with Yasmin and Malcolm and would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them. Amazing communication before, during and after the sit and we felt completely comfortable leaving our Cat (Oscar) in their care and returned home to a clean, tidy house and a happy, contented Oscar. We had lots of updates and photos throughout our stay away so we could relax on our holiday knowing our home and Oscar were safe. Thanks Yasmin and Malcolm
