What lovely people Gillian and David are. They are very kind, hospitable and clearly love their beautiful girls, Tilly & Boo very much. After spending time with the girls - it was clear why they both thought the world of them. Such well behaved (great recall too when off the lead) Boo, the leader, would navigate us up Loughrigg Fell, Wansfell Pike, through woods and along the beach, always looking back to ensure we were not too far behind. Tilly would fill the walks with finding sticks - then dropping them for you, to throw them for her - the further the better for her. 🫶 Tilly also loved to keep us all ‘together’ often waiting for you, if you walked slower, to take in the stunning scenery. Boo would give lots of kisses when you sat down or bent close to stroke her. It felt like they had such a ‘human’ connection with us. Their eyes!! So cute and very touching when they looked at you. 💗 Mornings and evenings we played frisbee, in the amazing gardens of this magnificent & historical home. The views of the lake were spectacular. Sunset and sunrises - amazing! My hubby and I bonded with the girls so quickly. We both felt sad upon leaving the girls & this stunning home & gardens. We feel we have been blessed to have spent time sitting for Tilly & Boo and to have met such a wonderful couple in Gillian & David. We would love to be asked to sit again. If you have the wonderful opportunity to sit for Tilly & Boo - we would highly recommend it!! 🐾🐾
This sit was the best! Korra is a very playful and affectionate kitty, a ball of cuteness and love that you will just adore. The house is gorgeous and the neighborhood is really great. Perfect location with everything you need. I hope to come back someday:)
About the pet: She is not a pet. She is Rosie!!! Happy, energetic, soft and docile dog and loves to be around people. If you are looking for cuddles, kisses, laughs, good walks, watching TV with the best companion, you are more than right to apply for this pet sitting. She loves to walk off lead, chase birds and cats, play with her toys and also play "hide and seek". Your reward is gonna be her pure love. She look at you as nothing else exists! And of course, you may fall under her enchants and be devoted to her. About the neighborhood and house: The location is perfect: Quiet and safe, easy access to the motorway, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The house had evertything we needed and more. Modern, well cared and decorated, comfortable room, bathroom and full equiped kitchen. About the owner: We had the pleasure to meet Kris! She showed us the neighborhood, nice places to hang around, etc. We could tell she was a nice person even before we met her, and now she is part of our kiwi family. With no doubts, we will pet sit for her in the future. Thanks Kris and Rosie for being part of our petsitting experience & from now on happy memories
Christina is such a sweet person who welcomed me so warm-heartedly a couple of days before my sit. Her 2 story 3 bedroom townhome is very comfortable and spacious and her dog, Tilly and 2 cats, Firecat and Teaser are affectionate and loving with their different personalities. Tilly is mad crazy for ball fetching to the exclusion of everything else and there are plenty of parks in Bozeman to go off-leash. Firecat is a good pal of Tilly’s and Tilly enjoys chasing Firecat around the house giving Firecat wet love grips around Firecat’s neck. Teaser is very vocal and enjoys sitting on a blanket with me alternatively licking me and nursing on the blanket. All pets were easy to take care of with gentle Tilly minding very well with an amusing habit which reminded me of Jack Nicholson in “The Shining”, sticking her entire head through the cat door -watching my every move- when I would attend to the cats meals in the garage.  This sit was simply great with a wonderful host, Christina, who left all the instructions I could possibly need, was always in touch, and made this a wonderful experience.
It was so much fun to take care of Felix. He enjoys nature and loves to be outside. Felix is a very active and energetic dog, but when you are inside he loves to get pets :D We also went on a few hikes, he is the best hiking buddy you can expect. The house was also great. They have a backyard where Felix could play. Yuriy is very nice, we met before the House sitting started and he explained everything I needed to know. I can really recommend this place.
Our first experience at house sitting was simply wonderful! Our hosts, Byron and Kristen were well organized and were excellent communicators. Their dog Abby is very well behaved and most loveable. Even though Abby was dealing with some health issues, she was a joy to care for. We feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to house sit for Byron, Kristin and Abby!
