They were amazing! Jinx had a great time and was a good boy per his report card. The staff went above and beyond helping the human tourist that got lost on the way back to get him.
10000 Wags did a great job babysitting my poodle while I was skiing ⛷️ 🐩 I highly recommend them! The team is very attentive and caring. Janet is especially communicative and makes the whole experience seamless. …
Wags has sponsored Harley and found him a home with a great couple and their dog .yea!! Thank you so much for helping us save lives 10000 wags . We deeply appreciate you all . Four Corners Animal League
Everything worked out great for dropping my dog off for daycare. They even let me know concerns they saw with him and diet/travel ideas to help my dog in the future. I would use them again.
Our dog Jack really enjoyed his stay! He looked so happy. I love the way the dog care givers give total focus on the dogs! We will definitely visit again, which is fine with Jack.
Sable has stayed at 10,000 Wags a few times and just came home from a 2 night stay and is very happy! She was excited to go and the staff there are great and gave me alot of feedback on her stay! Definitely recommend them!
This place is awesome!! I was visiting town for a short time during a cross country road trip and I needed a daycare while I explored town and my dog could shake his sillies out. He had the best time! the playgroup was awesome and he even got a frozen treat as an add-on! The registration process was easy and the staff were so accommodating and so nice! Can’t wait to visit Taos again. My pup can’t wait for another play day at 10,000 wags!
I was very nervous about leaving my lil guy alone ( first time boarding ) but walking in there and seeing his perfect fitted hotel room and it felt safe/comfortable for me to leave him there. The ladies were really nice. 10/10
Exceptional Experience. We were camping in the area for about two weeks and needed a place to Board our dogs on 2 occasions and leave them for daycare on another. We filled out their pet profile and submitted the necessary paperwork all online. Then called the next morning. The woman who answered was very helpful and managed to get both our dogs into Boarding even though it was a busy week with the holidays. What may have helped was that both dogs could be kenneled together and they are Senior dogs. We did have to make the arrangements in advance because they could not handle last minute reservations that week. But it all worked out. When we arrived each time the staff greeted us with a smile checking us in and then out. The dogs were happy to go into the kennel and happy to see us when we picked them up, which tells me they had a good time. We would recommend 10,000 Wags Pet Resort and if we are ever in the area again, we would not hesitate to leave our dogs there.
We needed daycare for our dog last minute. I registered online the night before and dropped her off the next morning. We were running late ( right up to 5pm which is closing time) and they were so kind and even recommended 2 dog trainers for me. We will definitely be back again!
We spend several weeks, several times a year in Taos and are so happy to have found a groomer for our boys, Theo and Bentley. We took them in for a bath and groom for the first time. What a surprise that they allow them to run and play with the other dogs, even in an outdoor play area. This is like the best of both worlds. When we picked them up, they were so happy and were so tired. We can’t wait to make it a regular experience for the boys when we are in Taos. Thank you for being so kind and sweet with our pups! We highly recommend you!
I hadn’t found a place in years that could give my Shih Tzu a fully body haircut. He had been traumatized with clippers because of passed experiences, and he is a little hard to work with. But unleashed was patient and took the time on copper. Making us both very comfortable!
This is THE pet spot in Taos. The employees are always friendly and greet you with a smile, even if it is over the phone. They are more than accommodating when it comes to finding the right food for your fur babies. They have special ordered food for me and provided samples for my kids to try. What a fantastic place!
Thank you Unleashed Taos for helping my pets needs. Very knowledgeable staff. Especially Tammie “shoutout “ to Tammie thank you for telling me about TFFF
This is unlike any grooming experience I have had. Dogs are not crated, instead they are given the opportunity to play with each other. Lingling has not been groomed in a while, and she has a lot of hair! She came back to me looking and feeling beautiful. 10/10 will go back again.
My boy loves going for doggie daycare! He even tolerated his monthly groom. Highly recommend.
Was really excited to find this place after hearing that they could hand strip my giant schnauzer. Grooming trip turned into a very expensive play date. Was notified to drop off my furry girl between 9-10 and proceeded to do so. Was met with extremely helpful and friendly staff and they even asked how I would like my furry girl groomed. Proceeded to let them know I’d like my furry girl to be hand stripped and groomed in the standard Schnauzer style which the staff acknowledged as a go. Before leaving I was notified that my furry girl should be finished up by 2. By approximately 1 O’clock I received a phone call notifying me that they were just going to start… “didn’t expect that but ok not a big deal” two hours later I received a phone call my furry friend was ready for pickup and promptly notified them I’d be on my way to pick up my Doggo “kind of a quick turnaround if you ask me especially for a hand strip job”. Picked up my little girl she looked cleaned up so paid $$$ and headed home. Upon closer inspection I was very disappointed… she still had loads of hair on her neck and chest that wasn’t cleaned up or even cut back. Her rump or hiney wasn’t trimmed at all from what I could tell between dropping her off and picking her up. She also had balded spots on her coat where too much hair was pulled out. I can’t say for certain but highly suspicious that she wasn’t bathed. Needless to say I’m very disappointed in the workmanship for a hand strip job. On the upside the staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Needless to say after the ordeal and $$$ I ended up grooming my little girl my self. I can’t speak as to how they do a standard grooming for a giant schnauzer. If I return I definitely will not be requesting a hand stripping for my little girl.
We brought our 3 year old Akita in to be groomed. I was very pleased with the the care they gave our beautiful dog. They treated her like it was one of there own.The customer service was great. I would highly recommend bring your pet here.
Ann Marie and staff are wonderful with my dogs. When I pick them up....they're happy and look and smell so fresh. Highly recommend.
We have tried other establishments, but here you can tell that they really love animals. I have 2 dogs, the bathing and daycare service are both highly recommended !
AWFUL dog washing service. Are the Santa Fe Awards rigged? No way this is the ‘best of 2024’ business! Dogs washed, not dried. They don’t smell much better because products are ‘unscented.’ I was quoted under $90 for my 2 medium dogs, but they tried to charge me $110 without blinking an eye. I spoke up & price was adjusted down. Dogs came out frazzled and their leashes were COVERED in dog grooming hair, which made my clean car dirty. How is this okay? I feel newfound respect for Petsmart, the budget option.
What an amazing business. Each and every one of their employees have an imbedded passion for our dogs. They literally give me a play by play run down on my dogs entire day and know her temperament as if they own her. Absolutely amazing. If Bella shows any signs of being ill, the staff calls me right away. Bella has been a client of Zoomies daycare and boarding, each time I pick her up she Is always in tact. If you’re looking for a doggy daycare that has flexible hours and where the staff is very accommodating, Zoomies is the place. Bella and I are so blessed to have Zoomies.
My dog, Pinto, had his first visit to Zoomies this month where he spent just 3 hours while we attended an event. He hasn’t told us anything about his visit but that’s just the way he is. I think he had fun.
Our dog loves Zoomies! We took advantage of a bath add on and she was all clean and trimmed. Expect a tired pup from all the playing. The staff is friendly and making appointments is easy! Love this place!
Happy until I found out that Zoomies is raising their day care price from $22.50 for 6 HOURS to $26.00 for 4 HOURS. I hate when businesses use our love for our dogs to gouge more and more money for less and less. My puppy loves it there...and they know it. They also know I don't have the time to vet another daycare and therein lies their hook. Good job Zoomies. I hope Eddie and all the other pups get the service we are paying for. You upped the game. For yourselves too.
We were visiting family in Santa Fe for Thanksgiving and needed a place a park our one year old pup. He was a bit too rambunctious for all the people in the house.Zoomies wasike a knight in shining armor!! After getting his papers in from our vets in California, he was evaluated immediately got to join in the fun. They were super flexible about our pick up time. He had the best time there. I just know it because he slept like a log all the way home. Thank you Zommies for saving Thanksgiving!!!
Zoomies Dog Daycare is more than just a place for your dog to play—it's a full-service haven for your furry friend. In addition to providing a fun and safe environment for dogs to socialize and exercise, Zoomies offers a variety of extra services that make it stand out from other daycares. From nail clipping to shampoo baths, your dog can enjoy a little pampering while they're there. These grooming services are convenient and ensure your pup is well taken care of, even when you're busy. Zoomies also adds special touches like offering healthy treats to reward the dogs throughout the day, making sure they are both happy and well-fed. The staff goes above and beyond to create a positive experience for every dog, ensuring they not only get plenty of playtime but also a little extra care when needed. Whether it’s a fresh grooming session or a treat break, Zoomies provides everything your dog needs for a complete day of fun and care.
We bring our energetic dog throughout the week and have left him for boarding, every time the staff is super kind and recognizes our dog by name! Our dog loves Zoomies and gets excited in our drive there. The grooming is also worth it, they do an amazing job at trimming his nails even if he’s a little difficult at times. Thank you Zoomies!!
We are so appreciative. I have a very shy dog who is fearful of other dogs and people. I brought her to Zoomies for half a day to assist with socialization. I took her to the dog park a few days later. Previously she had run from all dogs, even chihauahuas, although she is 62 lbs. After her first half day at zoomies, she allowed other dogs at the dog park to greet her for the first time. I bought a beginner's packet and will be dropping her off once a week to build her social confidence.
My two collies apparently loved it there for the one time they went. I was really worried about leaving them at a new (to them) day care but the staff was great with them and they were fine of course! They were actually excited about going back when we were walking in the door the next day but unfortunately there was a miscommunication the day before about it being OK to leave my 1 year old unaltered female there with them and the woman who was at the desk on Sunday refused to take them, so that visit got cancelled. We were able to find a great Rover situation for them while we took our grandson to Meow Wolf in Santa Fe so plans didn't' have to get completely cancelled after all just a little stress while we scrambled to find another option. Other things... it was a little confusing where the front door was but it's just past a 2nd hand shop on the corner and you have to park on a side street and walk around which was fine once we figured it out. The facility looked and smelled clean and the front desk staff on Saturday was really friendly and handled my nervous dogs well and when we picked them up they were happy and had played enough to be ready for dinner and a good nap. Our breeder's requirement is to keep our pups intact until 18 months old so their hormones help complete bone growth - their growth plates close, and they are closer to maturity. I recommend Zoomies in Santa Fe but make sure your dogs are spayed/neutered before 6 months. I get it but if you are in the same as our position you'll do better getting a Rover day care.
Place is pawsome!!! Been coming to daycare several times a month since Feb 2024 and its always a blast!! Kid gets excited as soon as we say "daycare" and doesn't even turn to say "later mom" at dropoff. He is exhausted and elated after every visit. They offer different treats through the month which is greatly appreciated; picture days, pup cup days, bubble days, pool days, ice cream days, social media streaming day, brain game day, story time day, etc!! Staff is genuinely friendly and all about the kiddos , like ALL of them and it shows :) . Little dogs are separated from big dogs. Drop off and pick ups are quick and safe! We only do daycare as we were already established with a groomer and don't have boarding needs but would use PP if needed. Bring your kiddos in for some playdates!! Westie approved!!
Jackie is always on point with our fur baby's hair cut Cathy is always very happy doggie when she comes out from the back and has a big smile on her doggie face. 🙂🙃 Thank you! …
Hands down, the best of the best here. Our senior dog, Xena (age 14) has been to Paws Plaza several times for daycare and boarding, and she was recently there for a few days before she experienced a serious medical issue one night. The staff at Paws immediately recognized something was off, and they called Mike over to take a look at Xena. Mike could tell something was wrong, so he called me and then he took Xena to the emergency vet (Mosaic). Mike even waited with Xena at the emergency vet until he knew what her status was. Sincerely, it was like 2am before Mike left the emergency vet. Talk about going above and beyond - Paws treats your pets as their own. I will be forever grateful for the staff at Paws, and especially Mike. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Great Place!! My sweet girl had never been away from mom. She needed a break so after som research gave Paws Plaza a shot and I’m thrilled we did. They were great with her gave updates checked with me about a lick granuloma. I didn’t think i could be more pleased until I picked up a very tired baby and they not only showed me video of her day but had a postcard with her and a friend waiting for me
I was so pleased by the service of Paws Plaza. Jackie was my dog’s, Happy, groomer. She came out and met me and Bappy and went over the cut I wanted. She told me the time Happy would be ready and called me to let me know Happy was ready 15 minutes early. Jackie carried Happy out (he is only 10 lbs) and told me that Happy’s dew claws were so long that they were touching his skin and she had trimmed them. Happy had a great trim and we will be using Jackie and Paws Plaza again. Also, before accepting Happy as a pet client, they had to have his immunization records from my vet. This made me feel so good and I knew Happy was going into a grooming site where all dogs were healthy. This is an excellent grooming center. Thank you Jackie.
My sweet pal Frances loves Paws Plaza where she plays with her friends. She has boarded and attends daycare regularly. The staff love her and are always eager to help. Highly recommend. The photo is from the littles yard. Frances is in the center with her pals watching the world roll by.
Every time Stella comes home from a day at Paws Plaza she is exhausted from all the fun she had with all her friends. The staff is so sweet and patient with her and me. Always recommend this place. I have used them for several years now and I have never been disappointed.
Cooper has been going to PP since he was 5 months old and loves it! He is now 15 months old and looks forward everyday to being there. I believe the socializing has been key to his sweet disposition. The staff is so wonderful! I wouldn’t trust any other boarding or daycare.
We love the staff at Paws Plaza. They are professional, kind, and attentive. We've been bringing our family dogs to Paws for almost 10 years. Our puppy girl comes home smiling and exhausted every time. It's a great way to socialize your dog with every size, age, breed of dog- they make so many friends. The grooming service is also great.
Just moved here and brought my dog in. Back where I came from she always resisted going in. Here, after just a few visits, she's eager to go in. Never seen her do that before. I don't know what they're doing but it's awesome.
Beck 'n Call is clean and organized and the dogs really seem to enjoy daycare! I love that I can watch them through the cameras online. The manager was very friendly and helpful.
Where to begin... First off stay away form this place if you have a working breed dog or a dog that has high energy drive these "handlers" do not know how to handled a dog like that and will take the lazy route when it comes to integration. Our dog was dropped off at daycare around 2:20pm and was there for approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes. When my wife and I went to pick her up the front desk person with glasses very nonchalantly told us that our dog was put in the crate because of her wanting to play with another dog that did not want to play. Now I understand she is a high energy breed and will never really tire but instead of trying to mediate the situation they decided to separate the two animals. This is the first time ever that we have heard or seen her have a problem with a dog. This right here told me the handlers do not know how to do their job and were just taking the easiest and laziest route instead of trying to integrate or redirect attention to another thing. This was also her first day at this daycare (will also be her last) and she does not know all the animals. So upon this separation from each other they seemly stuffed her into a crate. Now our dog is crate trained but with only her crate and not some random crate at a new daycare. Unsurprisingly to anyone with a brain she freaks out because this is all new to her. So instead of seeing she wont go into a crate and doing something else they decided to force her in and she got a big cut on her nose. There were many things wrong with this picture starting with the lack of ability to deal with the situation and knowledge of how to mediate between two dogs. Secondly, she has never had a problem with any other dogs in the previous daycares over the year and has dealt with multitude of different breeds. Third, the woman at the front with glasses seemed very dismissive and her attitude towards us seemed like she did not care. Her "brilliant" advice was to bring her earlier when the dogs want to play more. We both have work schedule that will not allow that and also what does that even mean? Daycare is for play so why is my dog getting punished for wanting to play? We are very disheartened that they did not try and call us but instead just rotated her and the other dog into crates all day. What kind of mediation is that? There is a lot of training that needs to happen and honestly I am debating seeking legal guidance on this for the next steps because the way this situation was handled is very concerning. If a manager wants to reach out about it feel free I am open to chat more. Update: Spoke to the manager and man does the shoes fit in this place. They deflect and do not take ownership and watching my dog struggle in the crate on the first day of daycare in a new environment. Manager said that the wound was “self inflicted” while in the crate. That tells me they watched as my baby was struggling and instead of letting her out they just let it happen. What absolute wastes of spaces. They should not be allowed anywhere near animals at all. Still seeking legal guidance on this. Have an appointment scheduled.
My grand dog came home injured. There should never be an instance where this should happen. It appears workers are unskilled and unknowledgeable in handling certain breeds of dogs. Daycare is supposed to be a social event for the dogs, they should not be put in crates for long periods of time. This is unacceptable and heartbreaking to hear that the dogs are being subjected to this cruel care.
They always take such great care of my Rio. He’d always happy to visit!
The employees are very attentive to your pet. They understand that pets are family and should be treated as such.
So happy to have beck ‘n call nearby. Our pups love it here and always come home tuckered up after a full day of playing. They do really fun things often too (recently they offered a photo shoot for the pups to be on Santa’s lap). Highly recommend.
I love beck ‘n call! They are always very nice and the prices are better than a lot of options. I love that the dogs can all day play, no extra cost. They also have indoor/outdoor areas with a little kiddy pool for the dogs to cool off. I enjoy watching the live view cameras to see if my dog is having a good time, which she always is!
Always good experience with them, they know Duvalin 🐶 and are super friendly and loving to him. Good prices and availability. …
I love them. We've been taking our dogs here for years. They are friendly and really, part of our family as we trust them so much with our fur babies. They're always there for us! Plus I love that they have live video streaming during the day so you can get a peak at them while you're away.
My dogs absolutely love this place! They are so happy and clean when I get them home. Both a handful and well over 50 pounds, they are given the best care! I always receive a text promptly that they are done with photos of them looking so happy. Big box store groomers just aren't capable of providing the service that Beck 'n Call can. This is our permanent groomer as long as we live in ABQ!
My Dobie Cato loves coming to daycare at Tails. They always take great care of him and know him by name at drop off. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, all of whom seem to genuinely love doggos. Also witnessed firsthand how compassionate and caring the Tails staff are when they have to take a Tails dog in to our vet clinic for a medical issue. Really appreciate that!
Best in town whether for boarding or day care. They take great care of my pup, always very well staffed, calm, orderly and workers look happy and unstressed.
The folks at Tails are professional and caring. They are transparent -- you can watch your dog anytime on the Webcams -- and they treat all animals well. I've taken my dogs to Tails for many years and they love it!
I can't say enough good things about Santa Fe Tails for day care, boarding and training. My two small shih tzus are not the usual larger clients, and I was concerned they might be stressed in the ever-changing pack. But they quiver when we arrive and strain on their leashes to get inside. Hannah the trainer gave me a solid base for training my dog, not only in class but also for the future. She explained why and how the techniques work, and I've used those methods to add fun tricks or discourage unsocial behaviors in my pups. We have also boarded for up to a week at a time and had no problems. The staff cares about their clients (and even gets excited when my dogs come in). They may not know my name, but they know my dogs' names. And that's just great by me.
This place is amazing! I really can't say enough wonderful things about the staff. They are so kind with our shy dog and we always feel safe dropping her off. I highly recommend this place!!
Our dog LOVES it here - both daycare and boarding! The team clearly loves dogs and have created a fun and safe environment. They've also been super accommodating and helpful when I've had to make last minute schedule changes. I would definitely recommend!
Our pups have been enjoying daycare here for several months. We’ve even had one of them in training there. We love this place. The staff know all the dog’ names and their parents. We love the temperament assessment and the slow intro in the beginning. Even our shy pup Gets super excited when we pull in the parking lot. I highly recommend them.
The team at Santa Fe Tails are miracle workers! My 9 year old dog had never been socialized and couldn't be in public if there was even a chance there'd be another dog, which meant I couldn't take her anywhere ever. After her time in the socialization program she's able to be around my family's other dogs and be an active, welcome member of our extended family. It may sound dramatic, but what they did there changed my life and made the world accessible to us. I couldn't recommend them any higher!
We stopped through Santa Fe and dropped our doggie off while we went to Meow Wolf. We haven't gotten him neutered yet and they were kind enough to work with us and gave him an individual kernel. Our dog was kind of nervous since he hasn't been dropped off much before and they treated him well. The staff was very nice, as was the facility. The prices were reasonable and they provided a variety of options. We would definately use their services next time we're in Santa Fe if needed.
I also did not have a great experience bringing my puppy to Santa Fe Tails for the required 'evaluation' which they charge you for. I waited for weeks to take him and was looking forward to enrolling him. When I asked the girl at the desk to tell me about their facility she looked at me blankly and had nothing to say. The office manager stepped in, but there was an overall unfriendly and unwelcoming vibe so I cancelled the evaluation. Paws Plaza is much nicer and we'll be going there.
I would leave ten stars if I could!! The staff are very kind/knowledgeable and were eager to answer all of my questions/reassure me when needed. I have a very anxious (and talkative) kitty who HATES to be away from home or in her carrier for any reason, and they cared for her with a saintly amount of love and patience that I am so thankful for, even taking the time to tell me how much they adored having her when I picked her up! Very reasonable pricing as well. We will be coming back for sure. 😊
We are watching our daughter's dog and had to board him for three nights while we went out of town. He's been there before. Loving care. Great facility. Reasonable price.
Z Pet is the best! Our doggo is a rescue and was not socialized as a pup. He was afraid of most dogs. We worked with a trainer for a while before feeling like we could try boarding him. When we brought him to Z Pet for the first time, Julia was so wonderful. She knew just what to do and put him with play groups that matched his personality and energy. We noticed an improvement in his reaction to other dogs we saw on walks after his first stay. Now when we see another dog on a walk or hear a dog bark, his first reaction is to wag this tail. He so much happier and more relaxed. I can’t recommend Z Pet enough. They are the absolute best and I totally trust them with my boy. He’s so happy when I drop him off for a visit a barely get to say “bye!” 🤣 I wish I could give them 10 out of 5 stars.
We boarded our very cantankerous cat for a few days here while traveling, and she received a lot of warm and loving attention. They were diligent about her medication regimen, and we feel very comfortable leaving her with them again in the event that we need to travel. Thank you Z Pet Hotel.
I really love bringing my dog here. I used to be SO nervous about having to travel without him, but now that I have been using Z Pet Hotel for a couple years, I know he’s being taken care of. I think having him stay in a safe and happy dog hotel has made him a better and more social doggie overall (and me a less anxious dog owner lol). I love Z Pet!!!! 🌈💕🐕
If I could leave no stars I would!!!!! According to the bags of food I left for both my dog and my cat, during the Thanksgiving holiday, I can see that my dog was not fed both of his meals on at least one day (I suspect Thanksgiving Day, although I was assured by the staff he would be fed in the AM and PM that day even though it was a holiday). He came home injured with a partially scabbed and bloody wound on his stomach area and was sensitive to the touch in several areas (actually crying out and cringing in pain) as though he was bruised/sore from something. My cat was so upset from her stay at this place that she hardly ate at all during the time she spent there. And now she is SICK!!!! She hasn't been sick for the several years we have owned her, but the day after we picked her up, she is now sneezing up a storm. Her kitty kennel was a mess when we arrived to get her. There was an insufficient sized litter box in her kennel, lots of litter EVERYWHERE and water splashed EVERYWHERE. It was a MESS!!! We have to leave for WA in the next few days, as we are having to move and look for another living situation because my husband was hired at a new job there, and had arranged with 'Z' to have my pets stay there while we were away. That is NOT going to happen after what we experienced during the Thanksgiving Holidays. You can be sure that we will be leaving our beloved pets with the vet for boarding even though it will cost a LOT more. Their well-being is more important to us than anything else. Don't leave your pets with this place. When my husband went there with photos of my dog's injuries today to ask how this could have happened to him, they suggested that it happened at home! I had just groomed him at home the night before we left him at 'Z', and he was FINE. NO INJURIES AT ALL!!! This place is no place to leave your pets if you love them. Avoid at all costs!!!!! Photos of the bloody scrape on my dogs stomach show in the photos portion of this review format.
Love this place, so do my dogs! We've been taking them there for 4 years. Great service.
They are wonderful! My dog gets excited to get in when we arrive there.
We had a great experience leaving our dog for a couple days and having him groomed while he was here. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is very friendly, dog focused, and knowledgeable. Having never left my dog here before, I felt good about it after the drop off. And they even managed to groom our guy even though he's very skittish about that! Picked him up today and he was happy and handsome A+
Our dog loves it here! She gets plenty of playtime and interaction with other dogs. The staff here is extremely kind and they know their stuff. They have been able to accommodate us on short notice before and their patience is greatly appreciated. It is much better than other kennels in town and she always comes back healthy and happy. It is well worth the cost.
Paws In Action did great job taking care of my dog, Eve, while out of state. It was great comfort to know that she was in good hands, safe, and well taken care of. I will definitely be calling Paws In Action in the future whenever I travel. Great job!
First time we have used this company. We are happy that our babies were well taken care by Tracy she was wonderful. She kept us informed about how they were doing and when she was arriving and leaving. I would recommend them.
Paws in Action has been walking my dog Charlie three times a week for over a year. Yaros and her employees treat Charlie with love and attention. He is always ecstatic to see them and very happy to leave with them. I get pictures and a recap of each walk. She has also provided overnight sitting with both of my dogs. I get daily reports and pictures during my absence. As a long time customer I would recommend Yaros and Paws in Action without hesitation. Yaros is professional, responsive and reliable. My dogs love all her walkers/sitters. I can leave my dogs with them without any worry. I know my pups will be well taken care of and treated with love. I highly recommend Paws in Action to care for your animals.
Angela and Madison pet-sat for our dog, and they were wonderful! They arrived on time each day and always sent thorough updates along with pictures, which set us at ease while we were away.
After limiting myself to work, home, and shopping during the pandemic, I finally had compelling reasons to travel out of state, namely visiting long distance family and my daughter's bridal preparation in NYC. One thing held me back and that was who would take care of my two households composed of seven cats. They were shy and old and I didn't want to trust just anyone to care for them. Then a colleague told me about Paws in Action and how professional and wonderful they had been with his two cats. I met the young woman who would provide the sitting services at a meet & greet and she was the gentlest, kindest young person I had met in a long time. We lined up schedules, costs, and my trip was a go. I was nervous the first day I was gone but my fears were soon dispelled when I saw how well my sitter took care of all 7 of my kitties. She sent me daily photos of the cats and their food, and added very sweet text messages to the mix. I can't applaud Paws in Action enough. They were so professional and yet warm and caring about my needs as well as the animals. I highly recommend them to anyone with trepidation about leaving their pets with strangers. I will use them for all the trips I have planned and encourage my friends and colleagues to use them. What a blessing they were to me. I feel very safe with my cats being cared for by this excellent team.
The sitter from Paws in Action was great. She was at the house for 6 days with Bella, my 15 pound rescue. I got photos frequently while out of the country and text with updates. It was a very good experience for me and Bella. I would use their services again.
This dog walking company is amazing. The walkers are so sweet and give you details as they walk your pet so you're left feeling very comfortable and at ease. I am a nurse and with all the COVID craziness going on would have last minute changes in my schedule, they were more than accommodating and made me feel like my pet was a priority. I unfortunately had to move and they even gave my little pup a homemade goodbye treat. If you're looking for a dedicated walker in the ABQ area, I HIGHLY recommend them!
So grateful for paws in action! We recently adopted a sweet older dog after she showed up on our doorstep. She’s a wonderful dog but is understandably anxious from being previously abandoned. We were stressed when we had to go out of town a few months after we adopted her because we knew she wouldn’t do well in a traditional kennel setting. Luckily, we found paws in action. Jade was fantastic with her! She took the time to get to know our dog and her quirks and was reliable and very communicative with us. We were so grateful and relieved to have such wonderful support. Yaroz was also very communicative and helped us come up with a great plan for our pup’s unique needs. Thank you all so much!
Paws in Action did a wonderful job for us. They were able to get us in on short notice. They provided continued communication throughout the process, including our dog sitter who gave regular updates and pictures while we were gone. I would definitely use their service again.
This is the second time we've used Paws In Action. Everything went smoothly, and our dog walker, Christine, was very comfortable walking our two big malamutts. We got reports every time on how they did, and it made the trip very easy.
