Candace took good care of our dog and house. Was responsive and ensured we knew how he was doing.

Anne and Ryan are golden sitters! They have the perfect mindset to housesit From the beginning, communication was fluid. We exchanged about their arrival, and everything went exactly as planned. During the stay, we had regular exchanges, news and photos. They are both very resourceful and were able to resolve small incidents without any problem. One of our animals was sick, and they did everything they could to treat her! Better than a vet, they watched over her and gave her all the care she could receive. It was incredible to know that they were at her bedside. When we returned, the house was clean and tidy, dinner was done. Ryan had maintained the garden, all our animals were serene and in great shape. We had the chance to spend some time with them before their next sit, and we had a great time. They are curious, open, positive and they form the cutest couple. I couldn't be more grateful to have had you home 🤩

Valerie has stayed with our pets multiple times in the last year. She is warm and friendly and takes good care of our home and cats. We came home to a clean and orderly house. We’ll have Valerie back anytime!

It was an absolute privilege to have Sue care for our three cats and our apartment in Prague for three weeks over the (hot) European summer. Sue felt like family the moment we met and she was so easy, pleasant and reliable to communicate with right from our first contact. She communicated her flight details with us ahead of booking, as well as any other questions she had, always ensuring all would fit seamlessly into our plans. When she arrived a day prior to our departure (we wanted a day with her for onboarding), she was immediately adopted by our daughters had taken a strong liking to Sue back when we had our first zoom interview. I also noticed that Sue’s kind and calm nature made our cats feel very comfortable and it seemed as if no real adjustment period was necessary for them. In our absence, our cats were taken care of with so much love and attention to detail. Sue went over and above any expectations - a little story here was that one of our cats completely chewed up a rather expensive cat toy (taking the hunting instinct to the next level) and Sue just went ahead and ordered the same toy online, navigating the craziness of Czech postal services, making sure there was a new version of it waiting for us when we got home. We would never have required this of her but Sue takes responsibility and ownership which is a dream for anyone looking for a sitter! With regular updates and cute pictures of the cats, we knew they were doing very well - and the same applied to our apartment which was spotless upon our return, our plants were in great health and Sue got us the most beautiful bunch of flowers and a card as a welcome back home gift. I can wholeheartedly recommend Sue as a perfect pet and home sitter. Her joyful, kind, flexible and independent nature will give you certainty that your pet(s) and home will be in very capable hands. Count yourself lucky if you get to invite Sue into your home!

Mike and Penny were great sitters! We spoke on the phone first and then met them before the sit so they could get to know Magnum. We felt confident to leave Magnum in their care. We were concerned that Magnum would not eat for 1 or 2 days - but nope...he ate and came to the family room and hung around with Mike and Penny. Happy dog! Mike communicated well by text and phone. They left our home as we had left it for them - clean and tidy. Mike and Penny are confident sitters (ours being a large dog). They are coming back again - this time for 2 weeks to look after Magnum. Highly recommend Mike and Penny for your dog/pet!

Yaritza took excellent care of Rochester and Raven. She informed me when Raven had eaten part of a toy and had tummy trouble. My house looked just the way I left it. Thanks for keeping the pups company and texting me photos and keeping me in the loop!

Melanie recently took care of our pets and house when we were away. She was fantastic. She kept us updated with photos and messages. When we returned home, our pets were happy and our home was spotless. I’d highly recommend Melanie for anyone needing a reliable pet sitter.

Leyda and Michael are ideal pet and housesitters! This is the second time they have taken care of Pippin and Archie and my home, and I hope won't be the last! They are conscientious, reliable, trustworthy, friendly and all-around fantastic people. My house was spotless when I returned home. I just love them!

Dean and Diane were enthusiastic sitters who clearly gave Sally lots of time and attention. Sally was especially lucky to get lots of walks! They provided updates every few days and responded promptly to any questions or concerns. The house was tidy when I returned, and Dean had kindly made repairs to a door damaged during a storm while they visited.

This was our second time having Susann sit for us and she was nothing short of excellent. She showed up early for the sit, which gave time to discuss changes in the pups care. We came home to a very clean house and happy and well taken care of pups. She left the sheets in the wash so we didn’t have to worry about it. Thank you as always for your great care for our home and dogs Susann!

Well pet people, there’s a lot to say about Zoe. She was the first sitter to stay in my little cabin on Bowen Island, so it was all a bit experimental —- Zoe is interested, resourceful, independent, smart as a whip, funny, chilled out and tidy. She quickly picked up on the “vibe” of the property, as there are other dogs that live on the far side, that Nooshy loves to play with. Zoe took Nooshy with her to the local cafes, and on daily walks/hikes, and I received many sweet pics and videos. Zoe brought out the best in Nooshy through her own inherent compassion for animals. Strongly recommend 💛

Wendy did a wonderful job! This was our first experience using pet sitters and I must admit we were a little nervous about trusting our 11 year old dachshund Cocoa (who can suffer a bit separation anxiety) and our home with someone unknown while we were away for 10 days. Our fears have been totally put to rest, Wendy did a great job!! She came over for a familiarization visit and brought her dog Prudence with her ahead of time. Prudence and Cocoa hit it off just fine. While we were away Wendy kept in touch via email and updated us about how things were going on the home front. We're pretty sure Cocoa misses Wendy and Prudence 😀 We would definitely reach out to Wendy for future pet / house sits!!

Kate was an excellent sitter and house guest. I have had others watch my pet through rover but this was hands down my best experience. Kate took Roxie on walks, played with her, and gave lots of pets. She left the house immaculate upon her departure. I appreciated receiving some photo updates while I was on vacation.

Another great sit from Janet! We feel so fortunate to have found her. Leaving our Ruby for such a time period would never be possible without the confidence we have in Janet. It's heart breaking the day we leave, but we always rest assured that Ruby will be living her best life while we are away!

Emily was just fine… part of struggle was she came and brought a friend and I didn’t know anything about this person who was staying at my house. I also didn’t get much communication or photographs of their wellbeing which was a bummer (I’m really used to the housesitters that give me an update regularly). But the house was very clean. She was very independent and my puppies seem just fine.

We booked Shayla waaaay in advance of the sit date (I think it was like 4 months!) During that time she kept in constant contact and checked in to see if she could come by and meet the pets before the sit. We were able to arrange a time for a house tour and meet and greet before the actual sit. This was just a super quick sit (less than 24 hours) and we are so grateful that Shayla was able to do it. The pets were well taken care of and the house was immaculate. Shayla even brought our recycling bins from the street into the garage without being asked! Thanks for that! We would love to have you back again any time Shayla! You are a wonderful and very responsible pet sitter!!

A young & enthusiastic couple who were very keen to sit for us for a short stay. They were very flexible with the timing of their arrival & departure which worked well for us as we didn't know how long we were going to be away. Our dogs, once they settled down after the arrival of Wayne & Patricia, were comfortable with them and appeared to have been well behaved in our absence. It worked very well having them arrive the evening before our departure so that we became better acquainted, and allowed both of them to become familiar with our home & routines. We have every reason to recommend this lovely couple to anyone looking for house/pet sitters.
