This was the second time Patrick house/pet sat for us. As in the previous sit, Patrick was great. When we arrived home, the house was clean, the cat was happy and my many outdoor flower pots had been watered. I did worry at all knowing everything was being cared for. Highly recommend.
Kelly has 2 beautiful pups. Both Daisy & Dori are about 3. Daisy is a ball of joy and Dori is a sweetie pie! I really enjoyed this sit and hope Kelli asks me back again. I can't say enough good things about Kelli, her pups or her home. Kelli was very responsive, and we were able to schedule the sit pretty quickly. Though she was on vacation she responded very quickly to my inquiries or questions. Pros - I made a mention during the walk through that I run hot, and she left a cooling blanket for me to use during my stay. What a relief - That helped SO much while I was staying. - Daisy & Dori are the most precious girls. Both are well trained and well behaved. - They are both very loving and affectionate - The house was kept very well, and items were easy to find. - There was a guest bedroom and bathroom for me to stay in as well. - HO left expertly crafted details and instructions for their care. Daisy takes anti-anxiety medications 2x daily. Dori takes allergy meds as needed. Cons - Both girls are very vocal and anything going on outside or an odd noise and their barks. reverberate of the tile floors in the house, so it sounds louder. But once encouraged not to go back so much, they don't. - The house was built in the 70's so when it gets hot, the thermostat runs hot.
It was a great sit! Everything was explained before I started, and Jack was available by phone throughout in case I had any questions. Tilly was lovely, and it was a pleasure to take care of her and spend time together! Her routine is straightforward and works great. The house is very nice, comfortable, and clean. The location is wonderful, with many restaurants and cafés nearby. I highly recommend it and would pet-sit here again without hesitation!
Jamie and her sweet family were such a pleasure to sit for. Gorgeous clean home in a very pleasant neighborhood that is extremely walkable with lots of fun loops to vary your walks. Their dog, Max is perfect on the leash, non-reactive to other dogs barking at him, and he minds very well. He is a big sweetie that I would not hesitate to sit again. There other pets were also just as amenable. It is very evident that they are a very loving family who treasures their pets as evidence by the kids artwork on the fridge! So precious!
The stay at Erika's and Gerhard's place was perfect. Very friendly hosts and a lovely appartment. I enjoyed the company of cat and chickens very much. Everything was explained very well, so no questions remained. The valley of Wildschönau is beautiful. Highly recommended.
Even though it was a just a short weekend, I had a great stay with Fluffy and Big Meanie! They are both super sweet, and my biggest joy was brushing Fluffy. She loooooooves to be brushed, and I just smiled the whole time while doing it Veronica left clear instructions and communicated thoroughly. Wonderful home in a great location, and I would sit here again.
