It was wonderful to have Hannah sit for me! She is extremely self-reliant and responsible. She loves animals and sent me pictures of my cats hanging around her when she was doing her morning yoga. As one is very shy, this told me a lot about her care for them. While I was gone she even took care of a situation that arose regarding someone who wanted to purchase a couch I had for sale. ´No worries!´ Hannah took care of everything for me. My home was clean and the cats were happy!!! Hannah is absolutely wonderful.

I was delighted Victoria could sit for me a second time! I came home to two contented cats, and a clean and tidy house. As before, it was straightforward to make arrangements with Victoria; arrival and departure times suited me well. I can highly recommend Victoria !

From agreeing to the sit, right through to heading home, everything was excellent. Terry and Ursula communicated well with us from the beginning, and sent us regular updates and photos while we were away. They were relaxed and friendly and the dogs took to them straight away. We felt very confident that they would be able to cope with our dogs, and we had no worries while we were away. They obviously had a lot of fun together. The dogs and the house were very well cared for and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you so much, Terry and Ursula, and we hope you will be able to sit for us again.

Becky and Michael were great - I’d have them back anytime. They clearly loved the dogs and even possibly liked the feral cats! Huge advantage was that Becky knows about horses which was great!

Andrew and Jayne ... AMAZING homesitters. The tribe were looked after and cared for beautifully. All our communications were perfect, the tribe probably didn't notice we weren't there but we were kept up-to-date with their antics, etc. They're lovely people and I do not have all the adjectives to describe just how comfortable we were having them stay in our home and look after the creatures. We are just so pleased that the stars aligned and they came to stay. The house was also cared for brilliantly and Andrew even cut the grass! The sheets were laundered and dried and a quiche, bread, milk left for us on our return .... ah, zeewoi extraordinaire!

Bridget & Ian

Bridget and Ian are absolutely wonderful sitters and we were really delighted they returned to us for this second sit ( and I’m very much hoping there will be future ones too). They are kind and caring and affectionate, I had lovely puss updates, photos, videos whilst we were away and our cat Sookie was completely happy and relaxed when we got back home. Bridget and Ian also tended and watered our numerous garden pots in the hottest week of the year so far. Communications are brilliant before during and after the sit. The house was super tidy, you wouldn’t know anyone had stayed. They are a really lovely couple and I will be trying to tempt them back again when we have a future sit need of the right sort of length. Can’t recommend highly enough! Thank you Bridget and Ian.

Julie took on responsilities beautifully, including some very helpful ones that we did not have to ask . . . she simply kept us notified by text and asked at each point what we wanted her to do. We are grateful and would have her back anytime.

Laura and Ryan looked after our beautiful Old English Sheepdog , for the whole of July, it was their first pet sit and they were fabulous. Coping well with a couple of health issues that arose and keeping up with regular medications and veterinary appointments for our old boy. They left the house spotlessly clean and even cooked supper for us on our return. Would highly recommend.

Faye and Neil are the perfect hosts, thank you so much for your empathy and trust! Duncan is the fluffiest, cutest dog 🥰 he loves to cuddle, play, go for walks and stay close to you at all times (especially if you have treats😋). I enjoyed my time in Zug so much. Even though I knew the city, I found so many new places, the old town is so well maintained and the lake is not too far away. I can only recommend! 🙏🏻

Naomi and Jamie are very thoughtful and kind. Their pups take after them and are sweet, well behaved love bugs that are a joy to be with.

The house is well appointed with super comfortable bedding, nice outdoor patio, hot tub, lots of streaming services, and many creature comforts.

Overall I quite enjoyed my sit, but there are few minor things potential sitters should be aware of:
- noises in the night: if bedroom windows are open, rooster, water pump and highway activity will wake light sleepers
- Wifi/desk: the dining room is the only place in the house with chair/table for ergonomic computer use … unfortunately the wifi signal was essentially unusable there
-AC: house has single AC unit in living room which was adequate for me, but the bedroom, kitchen, and dining room do stay a bit warm on hot days

I had an amazing experience pet-sitting for Hugo! 

Hugo is such a friendly and lovable dog. While he might be a tad bit antisocial around other dogs, everything else about our time together was absolutely fantastic. Saying goodbye was tough, to say the least.

The is house is lovely, and the location couldn't have been more central, the proximity to everything was a dream for me. Plus, the desk setup for working from home was perfect, and the internet connection was reliable.

Jackson, the owner, was incredibly responsive and prompt with any request I had. His attentiveness truly made the whole experience even better.

I would absolutely jump at the chance to come back again. A great pet, a great location, and a great host – it doesn't get much better than that! 100% recommended.

We had a lovely time looking after Annette's house and her two handsome German Pointers - Max and Hugo are both very friendly and affectionate dogs. The house is in a lovely spot with lots of great walks. Annette was very welcoming and we would highly recommend this house sit.

AUTUMN

I had a really lovely weekend looking after King Julien! Communication with Autumn was easy and she left a helpful and detailed guide for his care. Julien is such a sweetheart and I really enjoyed my time with him! He’s incredibly well behaved, affectionate and just great company all round. Definitely the perfect companion for exploring London. Autumn’s home is a short walk from the tube station and loads of restaurants and parks so it was easy to get out and about. I would definitely recommend house sitting for Autumn if you love London and adorable dogs!

What a fantastic sit! Tilly, Charlie, Leo and little Milo 😍 Aliesha was lovely, accommodating, quick to reply when she was able to. The weather didn’t hold up for us unfortunately but it was the best place to be stuck indoors. The animals are so well behaved, loving and CUTE!! We miss them all already. We just had a fab time despite the weather and would absolutely recommend to anyone!! Great house, great animals and great hosts. Would give 6 thumbs up if I could. Thank you Aliesha and family and thank you Tilly, Charlie, Leo and Milo for being the best company!
