Martina did an excellent job taking care of our cats, home and garden. Despite the cats’ fear of strangers, she got them to eat and made them happy and comfortable. She also did a stellar job keeping me informed that the cats were doing well. When I returned home, the indoor plants and garden were thriving, with many flowers blooming in the garden despite the heat and lack of rain. The house was very clean throughout and everything in its place. I would welcome Martina back at any time and enthusiastically recommend her.
How lucky were we to have Jiayi ( & Josh ) come & housesit for us! Jiayi’s love of all animals is so obvious that after the initial meeting we had no concerns about leaving our precious family & the property in her capable hands. Her confidence was reassuring, she had never looked after horses or alpacas before & proved to be exceptionally capable. When there was an issue with the power to the house she easily handled the situation. Jiayi asked appropriate questions regarding property management & animal care, obviously “studying “ the hard copy “Welcome Book” I gave her on arrival. We left on our week away already feeling relaxed & stress free knowing we had picked the perfect housesitter. We were given regular reassuring updates with photos & videos of very happy, contented & I think thoroughly spoilt animals. I think they spent all their time with the animals. Jiayi’s communication was excellent before & during the housesit. The house was left clean & tidy as was the car. Even though we didn’t get to meet Josh in person, as he came a few days later, I felt he & Jiayi compliment each other, both being very trustworthy, caring & a very kind & thoughtful couple. We have already asked Jiayi & Josh to come back again - I think that says it all ! .
