Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.
Lea was so wonderful, we highly recommend her. She was friendly and communicative throughout, sending us daily updates and photos. We returned back to a beautifully cleaned house and a very happy cat, we are so grateful- she was an absolute delight

Our Yorkie, Molly, could not have been happier with her two night stay with Bridget. Bridget cared for her like she was her own dog, taking her for walks, going to the beach and sleeping on her bed. My dear old Westie Lucy stayed with Alison in Greerton, twice now, the latter was for two weeks. She was very relaxed while there, didn't care that I left and wasn't that overwhelmed on my returned, Alison treated health issues and went out of her way to make Lucy's stay comfortable, thanks ssoo much for the extra night😁. Let's not forget that she got on famously with Louie.

I have been really rude to the owner who was gracious in accepting my apology and took the time to find a solution with me. I have a very anxious small dog, and the *AMAZING* staff especially Jerri set up a transition plan for Milly. Jerri is a very special lady who spent the time nessicarry to make Milly feel secure and also gave me a-lot of tips with her training at home. I can not thank this company enough for treating Milly as if she was their own. Jerri is a lovely lady with a huge heart who is a true asset to "Paws and Play". Thankyou!
The team at paws and play are the most understanding, caring and dedicated people I have come across. They really take the time to get to know and understand your dog (quirks and all) and make sure they have a positive experience. My dog adored this place and he was not easily pleased so it made my heart sing when he would bound off without a second thought when it came to drop off and he was always happy and content when coming home again. These girls are amazing, I trust them completely with my pooch and know that they will take care of them, the other dogs and their staff and openly and honestly communicate about how your dog is doing. AMAZING team, wish we could clone you and take you all down south when we move!
I chose Paws and Play using Google and chose them with their reveiws that are Awesome. I'm just a little disappointed in the experience of not being able to see the facility and premises "personally "my dog is going to . " And when I asked on the trial to see where and what it is like...It can only be on the weekend? And by appointment? However....We have done the Trial and have been very happy with their service, Friendly, professional, and welcoming . But would still like to see how my dog is doing.? Paws and Play go above and beyond for our anxious fur baby and I could not recommend them enough! We feel so lucky to have found a daycare who's whole team treats our dog like their own!
I had my dog in for months with them, I made them very aware not to have food around my dog as he gets territorial. They had an issue with him getting aggressive and locked him in a room away from everyone else for the rest of the day. They never attempted to call or make either of his owners aware of what had happened. I called and asked for an explanation to what happened they didn't answer and never called back. Absolutely appalling service after what happened my dog was terrified. Just as an addition to the owners, your staff were very aware that he got attacked while eating so he would defend himself if food was around and they were told not to have food around him because of this. Still no explanation on what actually happened my fiance was told not to bring him back and no explanation was given. Still hasnt been even with this being put up. Atlas attended for months with out incident.

Was dog minding a fur baby Maggie and she told me she loves coming here a couple times a week so took her down picked her up several hours later..she came home big smiles and promptly went to sleep..five stars Dog Day Centre ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Follow on with daycare after taking my girl here for puppy classes. She LOVES it and because they are flexible about dropoff/pickup times (anytime during business hours is ok) it works great on days I am running errands.
Ella and the ladies are fantastic. They cared for my siberian husky so well and gave me tips to help correct a couple of bad learnt behaviors. I will forever be grateful for the love and support they showed me and my boy.

The boys just had an amazing holiday at Grange Tauranga, they love all the staff. they post pictures everyday of all the dogs and they always look happy. They do lots of activities with them too. The girls at Grange Spa are outstanding. Our dogFrankie has just had 3.5 weeks boarding there and was given the best time…. Walks every three days etc The girls even washed Frankie’s blanket and pjs! Frankie came home one very happy girl. Thanks Grange Spa for your care attention and love.
My little 10month Poochoon puppy called Poppy loves Grange Spa, what a clean and friendly place. The staff are awesome and really caring. My little girl comes home tired and happy after a morning and loves meeting her new little friends. Highly recommend
My miniature schnauzer has been attending the daycare facility since he had all his vaccines (11 weeks?). He is now 2 years old. He started on half days when he was little and worked up to full days. He has been a regular there going 1-3 times a week. He absolutely loves it and comes home worn out at the end of the day, puts himself to bed at 7pm. He was a little scared when I first started dropping him off. Now he strides in. Loves to see all his friends and run around with them all day. It's fantastic for their socialisation. I tried another daycare for a week but he came home stanky everyday. They have a good cleaning regime.

We took Tato our 5 month old Staffy cross. He’s just been doing express play dates for now and loves it. When we took him home today he didn’t wanna leave! The staff are amazing and have the best interests at heart for giving your doggos the best experience and care!
Fantastic fun and clean environment for the dogs, but I think they should use the same trainer for all assessment visits. Glowing report 1st visit…(very proud parents), then had to pick him up early 2nd visit as apparently he was too excited and wouldn’t settle, and he’s not allowed back until he had a very expensive dog training course. Maybe consistency by having the same trainer when in a new exciting environment may of helped, and not given a brochure for expensive dog obedience class when’s he’s actually well behaved. When we picked him up he was extremely subdued for at least 2 days.
The staff here are very friendly and will look after your beloved family member as if they were their own. My sister's puppy loves it here all excited ndwhen he leaves home to go then comes home exhausted. Excellent service from all staff. You can tell they love their 4 legged clients. They also groom here and do a brilliant job. A+++++++++++++ to them
The experience here has been amazing! First the staff who are all kind caring and super loving to your fur baby! I get photo updates of how her day is going. But the best tell is she always leaves with her tail wagging and absolutely shattered from all the fun she has had. The pool seems to be her favorite spot!! Recently Lux had an over night stay and again photo updates. They even offer amazing extra to keep your pup entertained from chew toys to kongs filled with peanut butter. Super glad I found this place as both Lux and I love it!

Keryn has taken care of our elderly cat for an extended period of time and been an awesome house sitter whilst doing so. Shes kept us up to date via pictures and videos of our Kimmi which show that we are not being missed one little bit! Keryn was fantastic and easy to deal with, we would highly recommend her for dog walking, minding or housesitting. We got regular photos, videos and updates of our 18 month old Lab/Retriever Tilly and our cat Tom while we were away for 5 days. Tilly can be a bit of a handful on a walk at times but Keryn took it all in her stride. Tilly looked like she was certainly getting a lot more attention and exercise than when we're at home. The house was left clean and tidy. Much better than paying for kennels and having an empty house.
Keryn looked after my cat while I was away and I highly recommend her service! Communication was a breeze, I got regular photo updates and came home to a happy chilled out cat. It's obvious Keryn loves and is great with animals!

Doggy Day delight. Kate and her team are fantastic and so caring. Super clean, welcoming and bright premises. Great toys and interactive games played on a regular basis. It’s like Islay on Steroids when she knows she’s going to The Grange Spa to have a day of fun with her pooch pals. Highly recommend it. Kate and her team love my dog, and he loves them. He's always so excited to go to Grange, he races into 'school' in the morning and barks crossly until he's let in to play with the other kids. He has developed excellent social skills at Grange under the watchful eye of the staff and enjoys the company of other dogs. Kate always provides excellent advice on his health and wellbeing and her groomer does the best job in town with his breed's special coat. My fur baby comes home from a day with his 'other mumma' happily exhausted, I couldn't wish for a better place for him to spend a busy day.
Grange Spa Mt Maunganui is the best. The team are so kind, helpful and such fun. I chose this place for my rescue dog when she was just 8 months old. It has been of great benefit and Kate's helpful advice was always appreciated. Thank you
Mount Grange Spa is incredible! Our puppy Cash gets all the attention and care he could possibly ask for, he is always tired after a exciting day! Kate is a wealth of knowledge and is so in-tuned with all the doggies. Highly recommend! Thanks so much.
We love Grange Spa, Elvis our pup, now 10mths old has been going for a little while now, mainly to socialise with other dogs and spend time getting used to other people as he is a bit of an anxious wee thing. He loves and trusts Kate which is awesome. The other staff members are just as awesome too. The dogs have so much fun doing different activities/play and Elvis comes home so happy and knackered. I’ve found that he is definitely more confident going for walks and more chilled out. I totally 100% recommend (and have already) Kates business to anyone who wants to take their precious pooches to a daycare, knowing they are safe and in capable hands 👍🏼
We have been incredibly disappointed with the service provided by Grange Spa. We signed our pup up for some interaction with and to help his confidence and reaction around other dogs. His first session went well and we followed the staff settling advise. We had a half day session which we were called to collect as he was struggling but no other notable concerns that we were made aware of. Feedback in fact was quite limited and I had been made to feel like I was being difficult when I tried to ask questions (the owner choosing to answer the phone over continuing our face to face conversation) On pick up at his last session I was told he was gate crying and it was then suggested that he did not come back. I was appalled by this and disappointed that a service we had engaged to help had for some reason placed our pup in the too hard basket and that Grange Spa was just not interested.
My dogs LOVE going here. It's always so clean, they never come home smelly, they have fun and are kept entertained with cool activities too. Kate is always so kind, best daycare hands down.
Without a doubt the most friendliest, cleanest and well run of establishments. The workers all love dogs (very obvious) knowledgeable, helpful with answering questions re dogs generally. Dogs are well supervised. Care is taken with supervision and compatibilty of dogs is taken into account and adjusted for. Good and plentiful supply of toys/opportunity for additional activities and one-on-ones! Great feedback. Always pleasant to enter. Great shop. Great pricepoint. Good parking and fantastic hours!
This is the most incredible facility for small dogs with an owner who loves all the dogs like they were her own and makes it fun and interesting for them every day. Our two cannot wait to get there every day. Thank you so much Kate, you are just amazing

Anita took care of our girl Toff while we were away for 6 days, and when we returned our house was immaculate and our girl was so relaxed! She checked in with us often and even sent photos/videos of their adventures. We have tried kennels in the past and have always been told our girl whined/was unhappy, but we could see just how much our girl loves Anita. We cannot recommend her enough!! I think our girl was bummed it was us coming home and not Anita! Thanks again for loving our dog like you did!
We always get a little nervous when going on holidays and having to leave our precious fur babies for any amount of time. Anita is fantastic! She has been looking after our dog Charlie for the past 4 months. She goes out of her way to create fun dog adventures. Charlie is always thrilled to see her and gets heaps of exercise, cuddles and socialisation with other dogs. She is very reliable, trustworthy and passionate about pooches of all shapes and sizes. I started with Anita when Oscar (Schack, schnauzer & jack Russel) was six months, in Sep 2020 when she house / dog sat, I needed the break as he was high energy & on my return I discovered how she’d helped me by setting him some boundaries. It’s reassuring to know that when I go away he’s happy as with Anita - at home. Now Oscar enjoys his Anita weekly beach walks, with other dogs, he needs this!
Having Anita in our lives is a real blessing. She is not only incredible with our dog Bruno, who absolutely adores her but she is also a very lovely and accommodating person to deal with.
