This was Alisha's first sit for zeewoi, but you would have never known it. She arrived with all the professionalism of a seasoned dog whisperer: she asked good questions, bonded instantly with the fur family, stayed in contact, but was enormously self-sufficient. I came home to a tidy house and satisfied pups and cats. She is a conscientious and excellent pet sitter. Hope that you enjoy hosting her on TH!
Marese and Tom made us feel very welcome, Marese very kindly made us dinner the night before they left. They also both showed us different walks we could go on. The dogs were great, really friendly and well behaved we really enjoyed the sit with them. The cats were also really easy to look after and really friendly. Kulu and Mala are incredibly lovely dogs (honestly, some of the best i've ever met!). They are very affectionate, but also very low maintenance. We were truly sad to have to say goodbye to them both! Jordan and Brittany were great at giving us an overview of their housesitting needs, and answering any questions we had along the way. Not only is their house stunning, but also conveniently located inbetween Denver and the mountains. We could not have asked for a better housesitting experience!

A five star sit! Jane & Guy are obviously pros at hosting, they could not have been more welcoming and kind. They prepared a lovely dinner prior to them departing and I was so happy to spend time with such lovely couple. Louie & Maisie were simply a fun-loving bundle of joy whom I already miss! Everything was comfortable and all instructions/ expectations were clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend sitting for Jane & Guy , Louie and Maisie!
Billy is the dog I’ve bonded with the most so far, and I Ioved spending time with him!! He was a pleasure to look after; he’s very good-natured, great on his walks, and was the best company while I worked. We also had tons of fun running around the house, which is beautiful and really spacious, playing chase and tug of war! Communication with Gina and Lee was flawless, and they gave some amazing recommendations for restaurants and cafés nearby, which Billy and I enjoyed checking out. He’s an incredibly sweet boy, and I miss him (and morning snuggles in bed) already!! I can’t recommend this sit enough, and I’d go again in a heartbeat.

Sharon and Kathy have been pet sitting for me for years now and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. I have dogs and a cat and they accommodate any needs they have. One of my dogs takes medication daily and also requires medication for thunder storms due to her anxiety. She stays the night at “doggie camp” (over at Sharon’s house) and she loves it. Sharon and Kathy love animals and genuinely care about their well-being and happiness. I know my babies are in good hands when they are with them. I also receive great communication and handing off/picking up is always easy and convenient. I recommend them to whoever wants a more affectionate and attentive option over boarding their pets.

What-A-Canine is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! If I could give more stars on this review, I would! Mr. Anthony is so knowledgeable and invested in training you how to handle and understand your dog. It's amazing what one session will do - I did the training package of 4 sessions for $500 with my German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois mix, Brynn, and I was totally amazed by the work accomplished in every session. She has calmed down so much, can walk on a leash without pulling, can sit, stay, and even lay down when I pull the collar and leash out to go for a walk, and she behaves very well when going to the vet or anywhere public for that matter. Aside from the training, I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Anthony and his trainers in-training, Max and Bobby (I think that was her name, please forgive me if I'm wrong!). All 3 work so well together and really treat you and your dog like family. I felt very welcomed and supported by everyone, which was very encouraging for me. Mr. Anthony's patience is that of a saint. He allowed me 2 extensions for my training package, which is valid for 2 months after purchasing. He's very understanding, is quick and efficient to communicate with, and is always willing to answer any and every question you may have for you or your dog. He always explains why every method works and uses many analogies that we as people can relate to in order to understand exactly how it is for our dogs. Mr. Anthony and his team are truly amazing, and I'm definitely looking forward to working with them again in the future. I'm so glad I didn't invest into any other place to train Brynn. These guys are the best around!! Thank you so much for everything, it was an absolute pleasure!
After numerous unsuccessful attempts at dog training, we were on the verge of resigning ourselves to our dogs' behavioral issues. However, our perseverance paid off when we discovered Anthony and What-A-Canine. Our primary concern was leash reactivity, but Anthony's training proved to be transformative, addressing the issue in a single session. Our dogs now demonstrate remarkable self-control by ignoring their triggers. We were able to progress to more advanced skills with our dogs, which has exceeded our expectations. We loved our 1st training session today! After reviewing (in person) 4 different dog trainers we decided Anthony at What A Canine was our trainer for our Corso puppy. It was the best decision we made. With top notch service and great value. We would highly recommend What A Canine to anyone!!!
**UPDATE two months past: Our girls are still so great when we have company! They know to not jump but they do bark; they are allowed to do that. Just keep the super excitement to a minimum :)!! We have three wild girls and they go crazy every time company comes over. He had the girls trained in less than 30 minutes! I’m amazed! Anthony has transformed our dog! In just a few visits Hank is no longer bolting out of the front door, jumping on guests or herding kids around the pool. He has a busy schedule but he is very flexible in making sure you get the most out of each session. Anthony worked well with our family and even helped our kids be better dog owners. I got a 6 year old rescue and immediately regretted my decision. Anthony was a miracle worker with my 4 lb dog. She no longer bites or acts aggressively toward my grandchildren. Her separation anxiety is better each week. I can leave her for over an hour when before was 1-2 mins. I worried about a 6 year old dog and the ability for her to learn. If you have Anthony your dog learns. My tiny dog stands a little straighter when Anthony enters the room. I highly recommend giving What A Canine the opportunity to work with your dog. I adopted a 4 year old rescue last year that struggles with reactivity towards people. I scheduled a consultation with Anthony thanks to my vet’s recommendation where he settled my dog faster than I’ve ever seen before and then talked about triggers for his reactivity. I scheduled a full training session with him after where we brought in some triggers and he taught me how to handle the situation on my own . Since then, I’ve been able to practice on my own and my dog has shown major improvements that I never would have believed possible a few months ago. I highly recommend What-A-Canine to anyone for any dog training needs and I look forward to scheduling another session to work on some other triggers!
Camp Bow Wow Kemah, is just the best! They are attentive and always take such good care of my babies. We love all the staff but a few favorites are Kristen, Riley, Jacob and Hannah. They never hesitate to give my babies the love and attention they deserve. I can barely contain the dogs when we pull up to camp because they are so excited to go inside.
Everything is clean and the staff is very nice. Charlotte enjoyed herself on her trail and has her first full day on Saturday. Absolutely love them! My girl Holly has the best time to the point she rather stay at camp. I get to check on her with their camera access and I always see her either having fun or getting much love from the staff. Your pup also has access to going in and outside when they want which is a plus.

My pups' home away from home. Everyone that works here loves dogs and it shows. My dogs (Artemis, 18 mo. Aussiedoodle, and Apollo, 6 mo. mutt pup) go crazy when I ask if they "want to go see their friends". Their enrichments are fun and engaging and you always get a ton of pics of them living their best life. Safe, clean, and fun. Cannot recommend this place enough!!

We recently went out of town for my granddaughter's wedding and family reunion leaving us needing someone to look after our cat, LilyBug. The owner left no stone unturned in the paperwork to find out more about your pet, their likes, dislikes, when they eat, routine, favorite toys, etc. The sitting team went above and beyond. I loved receiving texts and pictures every time they visited which alleviated any angst over leaving her behind (she usually travels with us!). I used Paleo last year during the holidays for pet sitting. I was a little nervous about using them since my cat is older. I met our pet sitter before the sitting dates and that put me at ease. Over the sitting dates she sent updates and pictures of our cat. I would highly recommend them. They are great!!
I first ran across Paleo while looking for a better food for my pup. Low and behold they do pet sitting too. We have used Paleo multiple times while I have been traveling and even once while on vacation. Having the sitter come and be with our animals in their environment is much less stressful. I highly recommend them and trust them implicitly.
I called Paleo Pet sitting somewhat last minute, and they were still able to fit us in and come take care of my diabetic kitty two times a day! They were very nice during the meet and greet and put me right at ease knowing they would be taking care of my cat. They sent me photos every time they came to visit her. They even made sure my robot vacuum made it back to its docking station! The app they use was slightly confusing at first, but made paying for the service and setting up future services a breeze. Would highly recommend!!

After many terrible experiences with groomers, I was so nervous about trying out a new groomer. Dawn did such an amazing job on my sweet boy and she even texted me these pictures of him to make sure everything was how I liked it. He will definitely be making many trips back here! ✂️
We had our Akita dog groomed here and they were simply amazing. They did a fantastic job, made him feel comfortable as this location and groomer were all new to him and the price was great too! I Highly recommend these folk and this business!
After trying out different groomers around the area, we finally have our go-to! Have groomed our pups here 4 times so far, all experiences were very satisfying. Several different pet owners from different dog parks have recommended this place, and for us to look for Dawn. She has a long waitlist, so you need to book far in advance (almost 2 months ahead!). Dawn is the BEST. Our 4 year old toy poodle can be a bit of a diva, but Dawn can successfully make her sit and styled to perfection! Our other rescue pup might have a bit of trauma with having her face touched and has tried to scare off other groomers at different places, but Dawn said she was an absolute sweetheart throughout the whole complete-shaving process (she came severely matted). It is a bit pricier than other places ($75 for full wash and trim for our 5 lbs toy poodle), but they provide live streaming from multiple cameras that can be accessed from your phone, so that’s very helpful for owners with anxiety. The shop owner was also very sweet and insightful. They don’t have a waiting area, but they were accommodating when I decided to wait for the very first session. They are very VERY thorough, and they handle several dogs within the same time frame; from our experience, one dog took an average of 3 to 3.5 hours. It is quite a long time for grooming, but the end result is worth it, and they provide water if the pup has to wait.
We live out of state. When my wife's mother passed away, we needed a place for her dog to go that WASN'T a kill shelter, especially considering the age of the dog. Clear Lake worked with us over the phone, accepted the dog, and held her for a few nights before a friend of the family could get there to pick her up. Not only did the kennel help us, but they tended to a "hot spot" on the dog from the stress of being in the apartment for 2 days with her dead mommy. I believe the kennel even bathed the dog, as I'm sure she was rank when they received her. Thank you so much for the time and care Clear Lake. We hope this rating helps you out even a fraction of how much you helped us out.
CLK has offered great service every time. The caring and personable staff is why I have continued to use the grooming services as well as boarding for my geriatric dodies. My boys always look (and smell) so good! I’m not so good with getting people’s names, but I see the same staff when I go; low turnover is important to me, too. Thank you, CLK!

We always use clear lake kennels and the employees are DOG PEOPLE. My dogs aren’t scared when they walk in, which means a lot, and the staff are always so excited to greet them.
Caring staff!!! They took great care of my fur baby and had a special touch with her bandana. They follow up with a report card to ensure I knew what went well, and what didnt. Love the service and attention to detail.
Griffon has always been afraid to get his nails done. With all the staff being so calm and laid back he has gotten so much easier to get the nails done without stress. He gets a bath (which he loves)and his nails done. I am so happy for him to have progressed this far, after over 3 years of struggle to get them done. Thank you Clear Lake Kennels.
Rachel is so warm and playful towards my very spoiled pup! She is reliable, always giving advance notice when not available for walks! She is also flexible and accommodating! I feel comfortable knowing my baby is getting love when Rachel is caring for him!

Rachel was great with my pups, especially my anxious one. She was patient and really loved on my babies while I was away. She kept me informed by sending me update videos...they were fun to watch and I could tell my pups were well looked after. She went above by taking initiative to bring in my mail and water my plants without me asking, too! I will definitely use her services again!
Rachel is great! She was responsive, dependable, and easy to communicate with. I was nervous for someone to take care of my young puppy (and an adult dog too), but she was up for the task and patient with the puppy. She left our house clean and no puppy messes to come home to. Rachel takes fantastic care of my two dogs to give them some extra exercise and potty breaks while I’m at work. My dogs love her and she is very organized and dependable. So I know my puppies are in good hands. She also sends me plenty of cute puppy pictures to brighten my day!
I can't say enough about how fabulous Rachel is as a pet sitter! She always goes above and beyond and always sends videos so I can see how the pets are doing during her visits. She has such a natural way of connecting with animals which is obvious with my shelter dog who is afraid of everyone and very skittish. Rachel is so amazing, it only took 3 visits for my dog to be comfortable enough to jump up on the couch and sit with her. Also, she's helped me figure out ideas of how to overcome my dogs picky eating. Rachel is always so responsive and has the most friendly and upbeat personality. Feel so lucky to have her care for our pets and most importantly help my dog come out of her shell!

I have no words to explain how good,amazing, incredible (and I can go on) Rachel was to our babies while we were on vacation. She was literally their mom. She not only take care of all their needs, but she played with them, slept with them, teach one of my babies so many skills she didn’t learned in 10 years with us. At the beginning we were nervous because they are two pit-bulls and it was the first time we leave them with somebody, but as soon as Rachel walked in to our home all that worry washed away. They are all besties now and they had such a great time together. They didn’t miss us at all, because the love and cuddles Rachel gave them was endlessly. I recommend Rachel 200% but at the same time we want her all for ourselves lol. If you are looking for a reliable, caring, loving, trusted and amazing pet sitter and human being, she is the person. I’ve been using the daycare service at Pets Gone Wild for the last week. The facility appears to be clean, spacious, and well-organized, with plenty of play areas for the dogs to enjoy. Today I dropped off for boarding. So far we’ve been very pleased with the care here.
I have taken my dog here a couple of times before to get boarded and have never has an issue before. Not sure if they had a change of staff or employees but when my dog has had a problem before they let me know when i picked her up. This past weekend I left my dog there to get boarded when I went to pick her up on Monday I found that she was limping on her way out and after the employees had laughed at us for our form of payment (only thing we had were one dollar bills) I has asked if anything happened while she was in here and they told me no. When she got home, my girlfriend inspected her (she works at an animal hospital)and noticed she had a cut on her face below her eye along with limping on her left leg and when we checked out her paw pads, we noticed on her left foot she had a peice of her pad flapping and detached along with her right pad being irritated and red. After calling and bringing it to their attention and sending photos, they responded with the fact that they had multiple calls about dogs going home with irritated feet and told us that my dogs paws look "pretty good" and the cut on her face was due to another dogs nails. Regardless of the rough housing of dogs, it should've been brought to our attention when asked. We won't be bringing her back here due to the lack of professionalism and communication. Thank you.

You should not write a place that you’ve never been to. And you should not write it based on an and You should not write a place that you’ve never been to. And you should not write it based on a sign outside. At least he’s being honest and trying to find people to work instead of some of the generation today that just has their face in the phone. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Disregard the negative reviews on here. Someone was saying something about not answering the phone. I’ve called a couple of times and they weren’t able to answer right then but please understand it’s because they are taking care of your fur baby. They will call you back or just try again in a couple of minutes. We checked out the place before we took our dogs there. They gave us a tour and r veryone is super nice and friendly had a smile on their face and they all look like they really loved animals. Four days later, we dropped off our babies off to be boarded. I was extremely nervous because I have never left my pug Smushy with anybody. But Jasmin and the other staff made me feel extremely welcomed and at ease. They also sent me pictures letting us know that they were acclimating very well. Our German shepherd Tokyo he’s very shy he’s usually not around a lot of dogs all the time. They took their time, taking him out and getting him used to the other dogs. We also got to meet the owner Walter, who is very hands-on. You can tell he loves what he does. I definitely urge you to check this place out before excepting the bad reviews because this place is phenomenal. Can’t wait to take my babies back to visit for a play day.
We were in town visiting family and was grateful to find this place! We dropped them off a few times and felt totally comfortable leaving them. Facility is clean and well run, and Noel & Martini had a blast.
They are wonderful!! Peanut loves going there and I can leave him knowing and trusting he will have a good day and is in great care. I love how they interact with him at drop off and pick up, makes me feel confident in descion to keep Peanut in their care for camp... and a tuckered out pup is always a great take away!!
My boy Ceasar loves @PetsGoneWildResort when we pull up to the building he's excited and happy. I cannot get him out of the car soon enough! The staff, Walter, and everyone there is so, caring, kind and knowledgeable!! The decor, pet rooms, and inside and outside boarding areas are phenomenal and make for a great experience in my opinion for anyone's furry family members!! Whenever I travel or Ceasar needs some time with his friends I take him to @PetsGoneWildResort's loved there and it makes me. happy, knowing he is safe and in good hands!!! 😍 and loves to be there!!
My pet was previously at Dogtopia until they permanently closed after Hurricane Beryl, then I enrolled my pet at Pets Gone Wild and so far I do not have any complaints. The only issue I have, which is nothing Pets Gone Wild did, it's just my preference. They only allow the small dogs to play indoor. So on days where it is too hot or raining, the larger dogs are kenneled. I have a yard that is a full 2 acres in size. Pretty much the same size as the entire outside of Pets Gone Wild . So my pet has more than enough space to run around at home, but the only reason I had him in Dogtopia and now Pets Gone Wild, is so he can have other dogs to run and play with. He is the absolute most loving and friendly dog ever, so I wish they would allow him playtime indoors on the hot and raining days instead of kenneling him. Because I can leave him at home where he is not kenneled and has tons of space to run around in, but then he's by himself. That was the thing I loved most about Dogtopia. It was 100% play time indoors and then only time they were kenneled, was just for lunch time and then they had cameras where I could see him playing all day. There were no blind spots. But again, that's an issue because of my preference. But now that fall time is approaching, I'm assuming the dogs will be outside all day except for lunchtime. But still in rainy days, they're gonna be kenneled. But with that being said , I will give pets gone wild a praise for the courtesy of rinsing of my dog when he did play and get muddy. So overall I would give them 9 out of 10 Stars and the only reason I wouldn't give 10 Stars it's because of no cameras and my preference of wishing they had indoor play on hot days and rainy days instead of kenneling the dogs. But so far from my experience, all the staff have been very nice and they all seem to care about all the pets and that's way I always take the employees breakfast, lunch or sweets from time to time. Just to show my appreciation for they're care of my most precious pet. Thank you to all the employees of Pets Gone Wild.
What a wonderful facility! The indoor room is beautiful, my Australian Shepherd loved it so much! You can tell the staff love what they do and the owner is so kind. I had my girl groomed while she was at daycare and they took great pains to make her look and feel like royalty!
Brought my German Shepherd Nina for a day of day care. She came home so tired from playing all day. The staff is so nice and professional. Julia was so awesome explained everything and I decided to bring her back. I met the owner and he was also very professional and loved my dog. I recommend this place.
Missy did a great job watching our home and watching Sailor. We were extremely pleased with the care she provided. I highly recommend her.
Used MissPetSit many times to wall and baby sit my. She is very kind and loving with my dog. And most important my dog loves her to death. Would recommend her to anyone.
I attended the obedience training here with my 1 year old pup. Amanda was our teacher and was so wonderful! The classes are small, the instructions were easy to follow, and Amanda was very accommodating if you needed extra help or one on one time. I saw results from the training sessions immediately and would highly encourage anyone looking for easy dog training to come here. Worth every penny!
We had read some reviews about the rude front office staff, they were from a while ago so we thought maybe that had been corrected. It has not. We were new customers and the staff was so eager to turn me away that I definitely will not be going back. Not sure if those girls are family or something, but I would think the owners would have addressed this issue by now, we would have been great customers!

So happy my daughter told me about this place. I love how attentive they are. How clean it looks and I have noticed that my little Savannah came home the first time knowing how to give me five. It is definitely her five star hotel. Thank you for loving my Savannah like I love her.
My George has been going here since he was a puppy. Absolutely love this place and appreciate how much they love on my boy and take care of him! Definitely recommend for boarding, playing, training and grooming! Great place for your animals!
If there were more stars, I would certainly click on them. We have taken numerous basic and advanced manners classes with Amanda, she's the very best! Our Dalmatians are better companions and we are better humans because of it. The facility is a great training environment. It is our go to for boarding when needed, no complaints at all. Our pets are always treated like royalty and we receive great feedback about their stay. We have taken advantage of the doggie day care which is great and affordable.
I highly recommend Bayside Bed and Biscuit! My dog gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot, knowing she’s going to see her favorite peeps: DARRELL and DANI and JESSICA! EVERYONE is so kind and gentle there! Exceptionally GREAT staff! Extremely CLEAN facility! I have 100% confidence in Bayside Bed and Biscuit in Kemah Texas! They are THE BEST!
Amanda is a wonderful trainer. Her classes are on point and she is very patient. Answers every question.
We sent our 7 month old Dobermann to see Ms. Amy... What a change in two weeks!!!!! Amy was absolutely over the top with communication and the insights to the training. Totally made sure we were comfortable with the approach as well as the commands. Highly recommend the entire team here to take care of your fur babies!!!!!!
Great place. They helped us in a serious bind when our normal vet/kennel lost power a day before we were leaving to go on a cruise.
