For our first sit (1 month), not only did they had to contend to 2 sick pups out of 4, they had the unfortunate task of disclosing our oldest pup Keiko died from complications from his illness in the middle of the night. They handled the situation with such care, kindness, grace, and integrity. Also they left the house in immaculate shape. We will be forever grateful. 5 stars is simply not enough for these true gems. Thank you Katie and Andrew! You guys are just amazing and set the bar very high for all the upcoming sitters. Max, Miesha, Mica miss you already and Keiko would have too.
Jake stayed at our place for the first time for 4 days whilst we went on a trip to visit family. Our expectations were set very high as Jake has a very high number of glowing reviews about how communicative he is and his profile mentions he's an expert in pet massage and is a passionate content creator who's happy to take pictures and videos. We were a little disappointed as we had hoped for more communication throughout his stay. We got one update per day and two or three pictures throughout the whole stay. Usually when we’ve had guests stay from zeewoi they’ve been overly communicative and sent multiple pictures and videos throughout the day, as well as capturing play time, cuddles and treat time. This level of communication makes it easy to understand the quality of care given and puts our minds at ease that Miso is having a good time. We presume the level of care was good, but because we didn’t see or hear much we were a little concerned whilst away. Again, videos of play, cuddles and treat time would have been nice to see and would have let us know that everything was going well. I also noticed when we returned home that the treats left hadn't been used.
