We were super happy with the care that Alex gave our rambunctious young cats and our new home. Her communication was thorough, timely, with great follow through. We were able to host her overnight the night before we left for our trip, which gave us all a chance to get acquainted, to let the gets to know her while we were still home, and to have the time to thoroughly walk through and around the house and go over all the directions. Our cats were happy and healthy when we returned and the house was clean and tidy. We would happily have Alex sit again and easily recommend her to others.
Julie was great. Would for sure have her back. Communicated wonderfully as I sorted out my travel plans (I had my dates mixed up and she was patient w my sorting) and sent great pics of my kitten while I was gone.
I had an absolutely wonderful time with Mabel and Mac! Mabel: She is an amazing little lady who loves her naps and sleeps most of the day. Mabel is a snuggle dog who prefers shorter walks. She is so adorable. With Mabel around, you are in good company. Mac: What a good boy full of energy! He loved his walks but isn't a huge fan of other dogs and birds, and he might pull while walking. However, all he needs is patience and some love, and eventually, he will calm down and enjoy himself. At home, he followed me around and brought so much joy to my day. Mac will steal your heart, as he did with mine. Mabel and Mac adore playing and cuddling on the couch. I ended up with both of them in bed, and it was fantastic waking up in the morning with Mabel in my arms and Mac waiting for me to get up. Both dogs are easy to look after and are perfectly fine being by themselves. They are unique and precious in their own way. Allie and Shane are amazing people and loving dog parents. They made me feel completely welcome and provided clear instructions on how to take care of the dogs and the apartment. Communication with Allie was great from start to finish, and she answered my questions promptly. Their home is in the perfect location with easy access to the downtown area. It had everything I needed to feel comfortable, and it was very clean and bright. Thank you, Allie and Shane, for the opportunity to care for Mabel and Mac in your home. Highly recommended!
I got the warmest welcome from Ange, Rick and beautiful Echo. The house and location were all that was listed in the profile and much more. The newly renovated house was so toasty and comfortable for a winter sit and only a minute to the sandhill leading to the beach. The privacy and security of their home made it so easy to really settle in and relax. Rick and Ange put a very high value on their sitter's comfort. Communication was excellent. There was a minor tech issue and Rick and Ange got on the phone with me and a technician very quickly. It was very easily sorted out thanks to the time they willingly took while on their holiday. As for Echo, what a honey, a sweetheart, a sook -- however you say it, he's adorable company. The best boy on the Bellarine! He loves a walk along the beach and wags his tail as anyone approaches. We did long beach and path walks every day and he didn't tire. He's friendly and gentle with other dogs and an all-round dreamboat. Ange, Rick and Echo, thanks for your five-star hospitality.
Mari-ann and Jeff were wonderfully gracious hosts. They invited me to come early and allowed me to stay over the night they returned late when I had a layover between sits. They ensured I had a comfortable guest room, and their home was in a nice safe neighborhood. Gabby, Ruth, and Jerry were super easy to care for. Gabby and Ruth enjoyed their walks and usually did their business quickly. If you leave for exploring, they have a routine and willingly allow you to put them up in their room without issue. When you get back, after a quick walk, you can expect both of them to try to sit on your lap. Jerry is an indoor/outdoor cat who can sometimes be aloof, but the owners have a tracker and can check his location if he doesn't come in when called. He is really sweet when he is inside. I would recommend this sit to anyone looking in the Bradenton area. Mari-ann and Jeff will make you feel welcome and at home.
Rebecca is very nice and friendly, as are her cats. They are quite social and cheeky. :) We connected very quickly and had no problems whatsoever. I was working from home quite a lot so got to spend some time with them. Easy to care for, just make sure they have food and water, and give them some attention - seems they'll happily take all you are willing to give. :) Apartment is in the Marina, a not to long walk from the metro, beach and malls but also not right on the doorstep of either.
We enjoyed looking after Bobby and Bono for a few days. They both loved to play, have a cuddle and were very easy going Cats. Katerina and Vasilis have a cute little apartment close to the centre of Geneva, which was very cosy and warm during a few cold winter days. Their communication was perfect and were able to assist us with any questions we had, we really appreciate their effort as they were abroad for when we arrived. We recommend this sit to anyone that enjoys a cosy space for time to relax, and loves cat company. Thank you Katerina & Vasilis 😁
