Kaveh is a very good sitter indeed, communication has been easy and straight forward since the beginning, no issue at his arrival, he provided information during his stay, took care of our cat and house, we found the house in order when we arrived back. He is a serious and trustable person, definitely recommended.

Anne and her daughter Marlene were absolutely lovely house sitters. They arrived a day early to meet our dogs and see the routine and we felt immediately at ease seeing their love for animals and confidence in taking care of them. They sent regular updates and photos, and our dog Biggie seemed to love laying his head on Anne’s lap. We highly recommend Anne for any future house sit-you won’t be disappointed!

Lydia was a great house and pet sitter! We were out of town for a full 4 weeks and by the photos and videos we received, we could tell that both of our cats immediately trusted her and enjoyed her company. Even our shy cat that usually takes a few days to warm up to strangers immediately started cuddling with her. Plus, the house and our plants were in great shape when we returned! :)

We really lucked out having Anette come back for a second stay this month. I had no concerns about leaving my dog and knew he was in very good hands. They left the apartment so clean and even left behind some great food that we really appreciated coming back to after being out of town. We wish they could come back to stay everytime we went away. Thank you for being such great people!

I had the opportunity and pleasure to host Lina alone. She was a true savior honestly and literally 🥹❤️ My request was a last-minute one, and seeing Lina's profile, I was drawn to the genuine introduction in her profile. We had the great opportunity to meet at the end of the sit, and even if we couldn't do it before, the calls we had were amazing, covering all she needs, knowing that she was quite self-sufficient and very reliable. The communication was smooth, considerate, respectful, and punctual. Instructions were followed as shared. I came back to a cosy cleaner home, and comfortable peaceful kitties. My cat is usually quite nervous with stangers and takes a while to get used to them. Within a day Jo and Guy were sending me pictures of my cat happily curled up on their lap and getting fussed. He was almost disappointed when I turned up again at the end of the sit! Jo and Guy looked after my place very well. It was spotless when I got back and all the bed linen and towels had been washed. They'd even bought some supplies for me, including a lovely bottle of wine so that I didn't have to do anything when I got home. Perfect housesitters. Thanks so much.

This was the third time I have used the app and the fifth time I had house sitters this year. But it definitely was the first big disappointment and made me question the overall service for future purpose. The biggest issue was communication, but this is also the one thing that can make or break the trust while you are away. When I met Sascha on video call, it didn’t seem like there was anything wrong. He also mentioned he would like to come one day earlier, which would have been helpful since he is from another city. Later, before arriving, he said not only that he cannot make it, but he will arrive after i had left - by this time he already knew my entire travel schedule. I accepted this situation naively. - On our VC I mentioned that I wouldn’t like to receive too many updates. By no means I meant NO updates. During the first 3 days I only received a 2 sec vid with my dog and a confirmation they are both ok with a 6 hr delay in response. By that moment I was already worried, so I kindly asked him to make a deal for him to send two proactive updates/day. He said okay and then absolutely ignored it by sending only a photo/day or just replying to my request that I sent when it was already afternoon and I hadn’t received anything. No texts, no reassurance, even though I calmly explained this is the only distraction and a heavy one during my holiday. - Towards the end of the stay, he informed me he needs to leave before I arrive, again raising suspicions. When I mentioned I want to do it in person, he simply said it’s not possible. I had to send some friends to make sure everything is ok. - My neighbours informed me after I came back that he wasn’t alone, which he hasn’t mentioned neither to me nor my friends during handover, only deepening the lack of trust. - some details about taking care of the house weren’t taken care of, some potentially dangerous for my dog, but the communication was so tough already that I felt like I could only bring up the essential and ignore the rest. I have no other explanation than it being intentional, as I kept everything in writing and avoided calls so I can keep track of communication. The only reason I can think of is the fact that my dog was prescribed additional treatment for a wound he got on his leg one day before Sasca arriving, so an additional task that I couldn’t inform him about well ahead of time. But just to be clear, that treatment meant 10 more minutes a day which shouldn’t be an issue for an animal lover. Otherwise I tried to make sure I am as welcoming as possible, leaving the house clean, clean bed sheets and towels, apperitives and snacks in the kitchen and money for potential extra costs. I did find the house clean and the dog is well apparently, even though his wound was clearly not treated as per the indication. But that hardly compensates all the frustration and worries I experienced for a week from the other side of the continent. This is not an AirBnb. Housesitters are entrusted with most of my belongings and my precious companion animal. I could ignore everything if I knew for a fact the dog gets a good treatment. But can I trust that this happened? The dog won’t say or show and the context is not favourable for this. Not only that I wouldn’t recommend this, but this experience put to question if I ever want to use this app in the future. And if I will, I will take all possible measures to avoid this thing happening again.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Susi and Andy to our home as cat sitters for Sally and Rocky for two weeks. The needs of our cats were met with care and attention. Both attended to the well-being and satisfaction of our feline friends in a calm, competent, and affectionate manner. Daily routines were respected, whether it was feeding at specific times, providing cuddles, or the occasional treat during play- or treat time. Particularly noteworthy is the reliability and routine with which both sitters administered Sally's medication. It was reassuring to know that not only were the basic needs met but also the responsible administration of medication. Susi and Andy are open, friendly, and very nice people. Their positive energy and friendly personality left us with a good feeling during our travels. The updates and photos they sent gave the impression that Sally and Rocky were in good hands. Overall, we are grateful to Susi and Andy for taking care of our cats. We are happy to have found such responsible and loving cat sitters. Thank you very much for your wonderful work!

I had such a wonderful experience with Anastasia for a four day sit in Vienna. She was flexible with her flight time, which I really appreciated as there weren’t many travel options for me. When I came home it was clear that my dog Taiga was completely relaxed in her company, when she left Taiga was so upset! I received regular updates how things were going and photos of her adventures with Taiga, which was so appreciated. We had the chance to spend some time together on the last day of the sit and Anastasia is a genuinely lovely person who clearly adores animals and travelling! If you’re thinking about organising a sit with Anastasia, go for it, she’s amazing! Thank you Anastasia for taking such good care of Taiga!

Having Vitali as our house sitter was an absolute pleasure. Our dog, Feli, loved him, and we had complete peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. We really appreciated the spontaneous photo updates during our trip, leaving no doubt that everything was going well and Feli was very happy. Vitali not only looked after Feli but also took great care of our plants and flat, which was in perfect condition. He is very friendly, open, and it was nice having some time with him before and after our trip. The communication and organisation were very easy, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have wished for a better experience. Thank you so much and we hope to meet again someday!
