Amy’s communication with me was excellent and provided me with all the information I needed for the housesit. Olive and Fig accepted me right away and were great company. The location was walking distance to good food places and bars and easily accessible to public transportation. The housesit definitely contributed to how awesome my trip to Philly was! This was such a lovely sit. Polly and Doris are beautiful cats, and Claire's apartment is lovely with everything you need. Both Polly and Doris are adorable. Polly is gentle and needs a nightly pill, but she's so good about it, it's not a difficult task. Doris is full of beans, a real character. Both are a delight to spend time with. Claire is a clear and helpful communicator. We appreciated the seamless process, and the little things that Claire and her family did to make the sit a success. We also particularly appreciated the safe area, and ready access to public transport in London. I thoroughly recommend this sit.
This was a beautifully serene and comfortable housesit, with gorgeous sunset views, a fabulous bed, comfortable furnishings, a hottub, and just a few minutes from downtown, while feeling like you were tucked up and away from all traffic noise and hustle and bustle. There were several comfortable and cozy sitting areas, inside and outside. The house was very clean and easy to care for. Pedro, the quiet, sweet, independent kitty was easy to care for, politely asking to be let in and out of the patio door, so he could come in and go downstairs to go out the cat door!!!! The homeowners were easygoing and provided a thorough orientation and welcome guide. A wonderful experience.
Our petsit at Sheri was great. The location was very good, quiet place, beautiful home with everything you might need, and very close to the metro, in exactly 15 minutes you'd get to the center of Prague (which is a superb city). The dogs were lovely, Pascal and Remi are funny, loving and special dogs, they are very chilled, very easy to handle and just a joy to have around. We really are going to miss them a lot. We got to spend some time with Sheri as well and she is very cool, charming and funny and she helped us out with anything we needed and gave us a lot of informations about the city and other stuff. It was an awesome sit and we totally recommend it.
Mabel is a lovely little lady, very chatty and always keen for a cuddle. Willow and her partner were as nice as could be with good communication before and during the sit. The flat is lovely and light, and in a nice and convenient part of town. I'd happily sit again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the sit to others.
We weren’t expecting the magical wonderland that is the massive secret garden in the backyard that Lori and Michael maintain in which the four kitties, Luna the chicken, and Adora the neighborhood raccoon mom, enjoy frolicking in throughout the day. However, these two amazing petsit hosts have created a verifiable happy place for their rescue animals. Additionally, I didn’t know that I would connect with Lori on such a deep level in regards to our compassion for animals. Although, we met briefly during the meet and greet, our friendship was grown throughout a steady exchange of animal photos, attached to our near obsessive adorations for the various animals that we befriended on either end of the petsit (her in Hawaii meeting wild birds and cats and me in Vancouver with her loved ones). It’s clear how happy the animals are as they live in perfect harmony with one another. They have no need for jealousies because they are fulfilled with the warm and supportive atmosphere of this home. All of them (except sweet, shy feral Spooky) love a good scratch and deal of affection without ever being needy or Velcro, exhibiting a healthy sense of attachment and domesticity versus wild. They became my friends and companions as I nursed a broken foot. Luna became my husband’s best friend as they spent lots of time together hanging out on the couch or in the backyard chicken run. Adora made many delightful and intriguing appearances around breakfast time, happily eating her own bowl of cat food next to the kitties. I’ve grown quite inspired with the lifestyle these two have carved out for the animals in their lives. I now hope one day to have four cats and a lush backyard for them to explore and connect with other animals. I’ve been pet sitting for a long time; however, I have yet to learn as much about compassion for one’s pets as I have witnessed here at this petsit.

I needed a really good daycare business for my Setter. My boy is young and full of energy and therefore needs LOTS of space to run. I am happy leaving him with this business because after only 3 visits he already knows when we turn into Jackie’s driveway. He is ready to go before I can turn off the ignition! Jackie pairs dogs well with group energy appropriate for your companion. The property is well maintained, safe and clean. The prices are more than fair and appropriate for daycare and boarding.

We wanted to go camping for a few nights and needed to have someone watch our two chihuahuas. Our dogs have always been by our side and my wife was very reluctant to leave them anywhere. We decided to go with JC Pet Care after reading there reviews and dropping by to see the location and meet Jackie. You get to fill out a profile page about your pet, so Jackie gets to know about your pets routines and habits. Also, you can bring your pets bedding, food, and snacks that they are accustomed to eating. On our trip my wife texted Jackie to see how the dogs were doing and she responded immediately and sent some pictures of our dogs, very cool. When we went to pick up the dogs after our trip they seemed not to recognize us for a second. I believe they were enjoying themselves and did not want to go home. They looked well feed and very happy. We would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family.
First time boarding our dogs and they did great here. They sent pictures and our dogs were always happy. This is a lovely place to bring your "children". JC has a great setup, lots of space to roam, and she genuinely cares about each dog. We will definitely be going back.

This place is the best. It is obvious they really love dogs. I don’t know how they keep the place so clean. Our dog is not easy on any level. He does not acknowledge he is a dog. He basically just ignores all the other dogs. He just wants to be with his people. They just accept him as he is, in all his whiteness. We are so grateful to JC Petcare. We have used them for overnights and for over three weeks. No worries; we know he is in good hands.

My dog and I love this place! Huge property on 5 acres with many different play areas. Jackie keeps the place very clean and is so wonderful with the dogs. She is also a veterinary technician, so I know if anything does happen my dog is in great hands. I would highly recommend the place to all friends and family.
Liz and her team are just THE best. They will treat your little ones like their own. As new clients and new to doggy daycare we thought it would be hard for everyone, due to our pups 🐶 never really being around any other dogs let alone spending the night at a home away from home. Liz made this nerve racking event go so smooth and to say the least our pups love going to her home and no longer feeling like we are abandoning them because they know when a home is full of love and they will be gentle cared for. She is bilingual, great doggie sitter, plenty of room for pets to play and pleasant atmosphere.

We moved from Temecula to Menifee. We had to stay in a hotel for two weeks. We did not want to leave our little Mahina in the hotel. Our little girl Mahina, had never been in Doggy Care before. We were very careful as to who we were going to choose to care for our Mahina. She is a 3 year old, 12 pound Shihpoo. After careful research, we found Melvin’s Pet Care. Our first visit we were greeted in person by Liz and her sweet daughter Emma. Instantly I/we knew that this was the right place for Mahina. Mahina was a bit of a naughty girl with Liz in the beginning. But with Liz’s and Emma’s kindness, care and love, Mahina became adjusted to her new environment and new furry friends. Mahina was spoiled with Liz’s love. She took her for daily walks 3 times a day and sent us daily updates about Mahina's day along with videos too. This added to my peace of mind. If you are looking for someone you can trust with your fur baby we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Melvin’s Pet Care. We and Mahina are looking forward to drop in care in the future.
Liz is wonderful, she is very professional. Every direction left for the care of my dog was followed. My pet gets home sick when he is in other homes, therefore we need someone to come and care for him at home when we travel. She came and took care of him in the mornings and in the evenings. You can ask to be send updates for each visit or once a day. She would also send me pictures of my pet as updates, which makes being away from him a little less worrisome. I am really satisfied with her pet care service. She loves what she does and it shows as my dog loves having her around. I have referred Melvin Pet Care to an acquainted. They send their dog to board with Melvin Pet Care, and have Liz visit their cat at home too. They have reported their complete satisfaction with the service. We love Camp Bow Wow. The staff is all amazing and available for assistance and help. Our dog loves going and gets so excited when he walks in the door. We always feel comfortable leaving our dog there and recently left him for 3 weeks.
I liked the friendly, professional service and our Golden Retriever, Ace had a blast. We were having a large family gathering to celebrate the holidays in Temecula. The VRBO rental would not allow us to have our dog at the house, so we took him to the local Camp Bow Wow. We were able to pick him up and take him to the park for a couple of hours each day. Every time we came back to the facility, Ace was very excited to return.
Never use this place if they require you to spay your female dog before she has gone into heat!!!! They have a policy that dogs 7 months or over MUST be spayed or neutered. It is VERY unhealthy to spay a female until after she has gone into heat and then wait at least a month for her hormones to go back to normal. It is recommended to wait for a male to be at least 10 months before neutering. The female is very important. Find somewhere or someone else to watch your dog and DO NOT get your dog spayed or neutered at a young age just to use this place. They need to be investigated over this rule. I was hung up on when I questioned this. As a vet, I cannot believe they require this at 7 months. It is obvious that they do not care about the health of the dog and only about money.
Our doggies get so excited when we ask if they want to go to Camp Bow Wow. They love playing there. It is clean and well supervised. The staff is friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
Oliver loves Camp Bow Wow and is always excited to get through the door. He likes all the counselors and loves the attention he gets. He uses Camp Bow Wow for both day camping and overnight stays.
I’m giving them a 3 because Caylee needs to be a little more friendly and not snap at doggie parents. We use Camp Bow Wow in Phoenix and love it, but since we were visiting in Temecula we decided to board our puppies there over Labor Day weekend, but when we got there on Monday to pick them up at 12:20 they were closed. There was a sign on the door but other dog parents were there to get their dogs and no one was aware that they were closed. When I questioned Caylee she snapped at me right away and told me to read my emails and the door! I just suggested they might have mentioned at drop off about Mondays schedule. She rudely said whatever. Needless to say we won’t ever use camp bow wow in Temecula ever again!!
Jax loves Camp Bow Wow and starts to whine with excitement when we are about a mile away! He comes home exhausted from a good day of play - he’s a super high energy dog, so Camp Bow Wow is part of our regular “entertainment and exercise” strategy. The team is very professional and accommodating, and they do love the dogs! Give them a try! Woof!

My husband and I needed someone to watch our kittens (ages 6-7 mo) for a few days of our wedding festivities and our honeymoon. I stay at home every day with the girls, which are Siamese mixed with torbie (a very human-dependent breed), so getting human attention for them is critical. We had Kat stay with them for most of the time and Melinda watch kitties on one occasion. Kat is absolutely incredible with the girls. Our little runt (two pounds smaller than sister and very uncoordinated) has even become more confident and stable on her feet due to Kat’s attention. She also let Kat pet her, something that she only allows with time/trust. Our more human-reliant kitten also appreciate her attention/focus and we came back to a house completely unscathed - telling me the girls felt they didn’t need to destroy anything for attention. We will definitely be using Kat’s services for any future needs. She’s incredible, took in our trash and mail. Told us we had ant issues and helped avoid further infestation. Offered to water plants. Our babies and our home were in good hands with her.

I have used Melinda and her team for over two years while I am out of town, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the consistent care provided to my four indoor cats. I have a diabetic cat who needs insulin every 12 hours, so punctuality is extremely important when it comes to his medicine. Leanne is a wonderful pet sitter, and I highly recommend her. My two grown (and shy!) cats feel very comfortable with her. Leanne is an excellent communicator, so I always know how my cats are doing. I don't know where to begin or end this review to share how amazing Leanne is! I never looked into pet sitting, because we do not need a pet sitter. We have a 17 year old cat who at the present time is very needy (attention, medications, etc.) - AND in the last month we had to begin giving him subcutaneous fluids - something I never thought I could do. He needs fluids twice a week and taking him to the vet or having our mobile vet come to do it is not an option, super expensive! So, my husband and I attempted to do it BUT failed miserably! 😩 I was upset and stressed, WE all were! Then I remembered my good friends talking about this fabulous pet sitter, so I looked her up - yes, Leanne. I saw that she was Pet CPCR and First Aid Certified, so I gave her a call to see if this was something she could help with. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She stated this was not something she normally does, but she was willing to come over to meet us and help with the process. On her first visit, she spent time getting to know Starsky and making him feel comfortable. The process that day was a success!!!! And it has been each time she comes over! Don't get me wrong - Starsky doesn't like the process at all, but Leanne calms him, and we are able to maintain a stress free environment. She is professional, compassionate, kind, flexible, punctual, calming, miraculous and a life saver! We are very grateful for her and her services!!!! She is the one to call!!!!
We have only used Leanne's services once so far and it was a great experience! We were kind of last minute in booking, but she was able to come over and get to know our kitty a little bit and learn where we keep all of our pet supplies. Every day, she sent pictures or videos of our cat. She gave her lots of attention including a good brushing one of the days. For our next trip, we will be gone longer and I am confident that our kitty will be happy to see Leanne every day! Leanne is very responsive any time you need to communicate with her.

Ines is the absolute BEST! She is extremely professional and thorough. After the meet and greet I knew our animals were going to be in great hands. We were gone for 2 weeks, and every day we received pictures and videos of her caring/playing with all our fur babies. She goes above and beyond when she takes care of your pets. I highly recommend Ines if you're looking for someone to care for your furry family members. I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else but her.

Ines is the best Petsitter I’ve used over the years. She is very responsive, reliable and took photos and videos of my bird which made me feel at ease leaving a young bird in her care. The cage was spotless and the outside plants were watered. Ines went above and beyond to provide excellent pet care. I highly recommend Ines and will definitely be booking her services whenever I travel. A job well done!!!!
Great service! Ines came to my house and cared for my 4 dogs. She feeds them, cleans up after them, gives meds, and plays with them. Every time she comes to the house she texts an update and sends pics! I didn’t have to worry at all about my babies!

What, oh what can I say about her pet sitting business!!! She is an absolutely lovely woman. I never, ever fear leaving my dog with Inez. Mick goes nuts when the car turns off the Main Street and heads into her neighborhood!!! I can’t control him on his leash.....he just loves Inez, her 🏡 and her other pets she takes care of!!!! I am not sure how she does it all. Mick (our Maltese) would surely rather live with her!!! She also takes care of pets in their own homes daily when their owners are at work. Really not sure how she feeds, walks, plays with all these pets. I can NOT recommend Inez high enough. I will just let my dog, Mick, give the recommendation!!!🦮🐶🦴🦴💕💕
From the day we meet Ines, both my husband & I knew she was a perfect fit to watch our Booboo kitty while we were out of town. Ines sent us messages of how kitty was doing along with pictures. We will definitely be using her services next time we go out of town and need a sitter for our little guy.
I had never left my two 6 yr old cockatiels with anyone before, let alone for 12 days! They are super social and out of the cage whenever we’re home. They also experience night frights sometimes and will literally beat themselves bloody unless calmed by someone. So I was reluctant to leave them in anyone’s hands. Ines did a meet and greet with us and the birds a couple weeks before we left them. I knew from her demeanor at that meeting, my birds would be in the best possible care. And they were! Ines sent me videos and daily updates. I don’t think they wanted to leave “bird camp”! Lol 😆 Ines is remarkable snd very knowledgeable... super organized and she always puts the animals in her care first, I will never hesitate to leave my babies with her again in the future.
Great Oak Kennels deserves an A++!!! Naomi and Rob are both very kind and willing to work with just about any accommodations. The facility is VERY clean. It was designed and built to be a kennel. Each animal gets its own (or you can combine) 8x8 kennel with 4ft walls. They both take the animals out 4 times a day. I can't tell you the comfort knowing that our pups were being well taken care of. Naomi even sent photos of the pups while we were away. They allowed us to bring anything we wanted like toys and pillows. SUPER accommodating. We could not have asked for better care. Thank you Naomi and Rob. We WILL see you again.

Country Kennels is the first place I've ever trusted to look after my dog outside of family, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. At first, I was a bit nervous, but the staff here were incredibly attentive to the dogs’ well-being and offered so many great accommodations. When I picked up my dog, she was in high spirits and couldn't stop playing with her toy once we got home! This stay genuinely seemed to help with her socialization, too. Being a rescue, she's often timid, but after her time here, she seemed more relaxed and less anxious than before. I also have cats, and after this positive experience, I’d feel comfortable bringing them here as well. I’m thrilled with the care they provided, and I’d definitely recommend Country Kennels for both dogs and cats!
Our 2 dogs love Country Kennels! The staff is wonderful and went the extra mile helping them adjust on their first stays. I know they are getting the best experience and attention when they stay at the "Pet Hotel". Having an indoor and outdoor type kennel so the dogs can move about at will is great. I appreciate that they keep vaccine records and also records of how the pups ate their meals. Highly recommended!
Awesome place for dogs that love water! There’s plenty of places to sit for humans and room for my puppy to run around. Although it’s limited hours for open swim, it’s super worth it! We only needed an hour and half for our boy to get tired
We boarded my 16 year old cat here because we were going out of town. She has never been boarded, but is in good health. She’s a bit temperamental, and does not let us or anyone else groom her. However, during her three day stay, Country Kennels asked if we wanted her bathed and originally I said no, but then asked on the last day. And I was AMAZED! She looks amazing, and was calm afterwards. This place is very convenient, nice and I did not have to worry. I’ll definitely board here again. We got the deluxe suite for our cat, with a play and pet. The total was less than what was expected. We were extremely satisfied. Thank you!
We loved this place. We had maybe 7 large breed pups together at this pool. It's spacious, clean, and private. We live in San Diego and the drive to Murrieta was 100% worth it. Highly recommend! Especially for private events. We rented for 2 hours. Next time maybe longer!! Our pups had a blast, so did the humans.
Our dog lady loves country kennel. We always take her there when we go out of town she seems to really enjoy it. We love the swimming pool and come there often to let her swim. I believe our dogs (malinois) like boarding here. I like them having access to the pool. I know they know the malinois breed well, and the staff is familiar with my dogs. I was very glad when i dropped off my dog with a hot spot and some med for it and it was resolved when i picked him up. They sprayed i think twice a day

I had to board our 2 doggos while we traveled cross country to visit family for 3 weeks. They were able to give me the extended stay package, which had play time, group time, etc. They took great care of my babies. I received them back just as I left them...happy and healthy and freshly bathed. Any time I called to check in on them, they would literally physically go look at them and report back to me. I was surprised to find out both my dogs were able to be in group play and they did good with other dogs...I was very happy to hear that. I love this place and they gave me peace of mind, as I was very anxious about leaving my babies with anyone. These are basically my children and I wouldn't entrust their care to just anyone. I highly recommend this place.
I have a Golden Retriever, and he was in heaven. I reserved the private swim for him and he couldn't be happier. Can't wait to take him back for a monthly swim.
