Sarah came to stay over Christmas to look after our dog Inca. She was brilliant at communicating, turned up on time, looked after our home beautifully and most importantly I think her and Inca had a great time together. Inca is a nervous and reactive dog so it can be more difficult finding someone with the right experience to look after her, but Sarah immediately put us at ease and was brilliant. Would highly recommend and would absolutely invite her back again, if she would like to!

This place is magical. The only thing I would say is this -- if you don't have a car, you're screwed, as nothing is within walking distance. Don't even think, "ill just walk it or bicycle it." Everything is a 15 minute drive away. While not far at all, walking just isn't feesable. This was my fault for not asking and not being prepared. Just know this ahead of time and plan accordingly, as getting food, or something as simple as that isn't possible. It's just 5 min outside of Boulder, and while it's honestly my dream home, it's almost too peaceful -- if that's even possible, lol. Back to the good: -its clean -simple and easy -the dogs are really well trained and on EXCELLENT behavior -Sashi & Ari are really nice and easy to get along with (They wanted to revise their dates after I accepted and called me first vs just cancelled) -the basement is comfy -the view, oh man, the view 😄 -the lake was epic and I brought the dogs there for a swim almost everyday -the neighbors waved and smiled; it's a lovely community although older
