Wendy was such a lovely host - I truly felt welcomed and at home! She was very responsive and kind. George is so well behaved and loving, he really follows you wherever you go and it’s a pleasure spending time with him, playing, and taking him on walks. He will sit by you while you’re reading on the couch or lay down by your feet while you’re working at the table. I already misss him!
Yoda is a calm sweet cat and was super easy to care for. The apartment is in a great location, only a few minutes walk to the train and lots of choice of restaurants close by. The beach is a 40 minute walk away or on a bus route at the end of the street so I really enjoyed exploring the area and getting to downtown Chicago was very easy. I’d happily come back and hang out with Yoda again.
We had a really lovely 3 day sit at Peter and Sarah's, looking after Bertie, Lola, and her puppy Percy. What a joy they were to look after! We had amazing weather which was a bonus, and we spent the 3 days in the garden with the dogs. The early morning walks and surrounding countryside were absolutely stunning. Peter and Sarah were thoroughly lovely, generous hosts. We had a great time caring for their home and dogs.

Absolutely amazing! We loved the heart pounding coasters, the incredible animals! Staff were very welcoming and helpful. That being said, I swear I'm not being fussy, but there really needs to be more places to cool off. If you're coming from say north of South Carolina, it's some intense heat here in the summer ( it's still spring). Loved it and I'm sure we'll be back
Used the kennel at the Tampa location today. It was bright and clean! The staff were extremely friendly. It’s easy to get to them from inside the park to walk and/or feed your dog when needed throughout the day. I would definitely use them again. No reservation needed. They open 30 minutes before the park, so I recommend getting there right when they open to get your pet checked in. It’s also extremely reasonable at $25 per pet. We have 2 large labs and the large kennel fit them both so I only had to pay $25 total. They provide water in bowls right in each kennel so you don’t have to worry about giving them water. We brought blankets for them to lay on and I recommend doing that for their comfort.
The animals are one of my favorite things at bushgardens. We seen a momma kangaroo with a baby Joey in her pouch! So cute!!
My family likes this place so much. I hope they have better options for kids menu and /or overall food menu. When you come here almost every week, you will not want to eat here anymore...
Great service. Just rather difficult to locate with poor signage. Also reservation page is borderline impossible to find from park website. That also Sucks. Staff were great however.

Chihuahua approved! I honestly was so worried leaving my two chis at a kennel for the day since I’ve never done that before. All my worries were soon relieved! Nice and roomy kennels where I could fit blankets, pillows, toys, food and water for them. The Busch gardens shuttle takes you to and from the kennel and you can take them outside and visit them as much as you want! Bring your own leashes, food and bowls. They have a sink that you can fill their water dishes from and a countertop you can leave a cooler bag with their food and leashes if needed. Amazing friendly staff! 10/10
They seemed to be concerned and attentive to our dog. It was up front in the parking area( we would have not purchased upgraded parking if we realized it was on the opposite side of park. The premium parking was pointless altogether), and it was easy to find. I wish we could have had them walk, feed, and interact at our request but I imagine for liability purposes they are not allowed.

Rebecca (spelling is like Rebekah or similar) is AMAZING. She sits all animals from cats to dogs and those in between. She takes the dogs out for hours during the day, her kids are gentle, kind, and energetic with the animals. Her family is amazing and a great fit to sit my pets at a reasonable price. I will recommend her to all of my friends.
We love our sweet family of caregivers at Waggin Out Pets! We always know our furry child is loved, exercised, and cared for to the fullest extent while we’re away - which says so much! We actually had an emergency when our dog’s nail ripped off and Rebekah happened to be in the area, knew what to do, and rushed over to the rescue to stop the bleeding with expertise and a totally calm demeanor. We just can’t say enough! 💙💙
Rebecca is AMAZING. My dog can be very difficult and I don't trust anyone to really watch her at all. I first used Rebecca because I had no other option and she immediately put me at ease. I've used her ever since any time we travel. She keeps in contact, sends pics, and ALWAYS goes above and beyond what is expected of her. I absolutely love her and so does my crazy dog!
Lauri was absolutely amazing! She watched our Holland Lop bunny for a week while we went on vacation for Christmas/New Years. She is very flexible with drop off and pick up times and made everything very easy. She would send updates and pictures throughout the day which I loved! I left my pet bunny with Lauri during thanksgiving for a couple of days because my usual pet sitters were not available. Not sure what happened but i’m not so sure Lauri took good care of him. When we picked him up, he smelled so badly of urine. It’s visible that he didn’t use his litter box. Lauri did not let us know any of this (not even sure if she noticed). After picking my bunny up, he was a little down and wasn’t as active but he still ate a little. The day after that, my bunny became very lethargic and didn’t eat at all so we took him to the vet today. Unfortunately he had SEVERE gas in his intestines and passed away within a couple of hours at the vet. I don’t know what caused the gas but from the X-rays it was visible there was no food in his system so i’m not sure if he was eating properly while lauri was watching him (she didn’t tell me anything). My rabbit was completely 100% fine before dropping him off with lauri and now he’s gone. Idk what she did and I don’t want to point fingers but it seems a little too coincidental. Especially the fact that he smelled really badly of urine after picking him up which has never happened before. It’s as if he was rolling around in his own pee. I tried calling her to get answers but she has not been picking up. I would not recommend anyone to trust Lauri to watch your pet. After watching mine, he passed away.
Lauri took great care of my babies. I have an Umbrella Cockatoo that demands attention and an Old English Sheepdog/German Shepard mix that is an escape artist. We will be back for sure! Thank you so much Lauri ❤️
My mom and I left my childhood dog, Pompeii, who is now 18-years-old with Lauri while we went out of town. Since she is a senior dog we worry about leaving her at a standard kennel as it can be overwhelming for an older, smaller dog. After seeing fabulous reviews about Lauri online we set up an introductory meet-up and booked a sleepover stay. Lauri makes sure to keep all of the animals separated, which is very appreciated. Lauri let Pompeii have the entire entryway room for her overnight visit, and she also sent us adorable update pictures (without us even asking). You can tell Lauri truly loves and cares about the dogs that she watches. Laurie is an absolute Gem. She cared for Felix like he was her own. She agreed to watch him even though I did not have a pre arranged time scheduled. Our little Frenchie Stu loves going to Lauri's! He gets to play with the other dogs all day, and Lauri throws the ball for him and gives him treats. He has a blast! We feel comfortable leaving our dog with Lauri. She knows how to interact with dogs and all kinds of animals, and Stu felt comfortable around her from the start. We leave him with Lauri every Saturday and whenever we go out of town.

I called this business to get a quote and ask a few questions about the services provided and she was extremely rude. I usually never write reviews, but this was straight up wrong, I asked how many dogs she thinks she may have and she responded by saying “well that’s a stupid question, I won’t know how many I’ll have way out in the future” then she proceeded to rush me off the phone. As a service provider and a human and general you don’t talk to anyone like that let alone a customer…I was just getting information and everything sounded nice until then. Just rude. She called back and apologized however, I advise as a business owner you must be able to control your emotions.
We've had great experiences working with Lauri of Lauri's Pet Sitting Service, using her to board our dog when we travel. She provides a safe and comfortable environment for the fur babies and cares for them as if they are her own. She even sends pictures of our baby while we are away so we can see how he's doing! Amber takes amazing care of my dog Oliver and treats him like her own. She is an amazing caretaker for dogs and does so much for him! Oliver loves coming to daycare and is always excited to go there. I feel at this daycare, there is so much more care into our dogs, and I don’t even have to worry about him while im gone. I really love how interactive this daycare is and how she does so much for my dog while there are other dogs around! I recommend anyone who needs doggy daycare or boarding to go through with Amber as she is excellent at her job!
Amber was the best to our little girls. Sage and Hazel love her and her husband. They took care of them like they were their children and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Our pups liked to pull on the leash before and she trained them in only 3 days while we were away for the weekend. I am so impressed with Amber's Cozy Canine Care. She goes above and beyond. Artwork was so cute. They came home so clean, smelling good, well behaved, happy and healthy! I recommend 100%.

I highly recommend Amber and the TBCR! My fur baby, Ozzy spent 2 weeks boarded with her. She and her family loved my pup like their own. My husband and I were able to fully enjoy our Christmas trip together because we knew our dog was in great hands. All the pups get daily enrichment, treats, and love! While he was there they also worked on Ozzys socialization with other animals. TBCR is heaven sent, it’s worth the investment to know your dog is in a safe and loving environment!
Ms Amber kept my two babies for 5 days & it was a wonderful experience! I got pictures and updates multiple times throughout the day and it looked like they had a better vacation than I did. She really treats them like family! 10/10 , highly recommend.
Fantastic doggy daycare! It is my puppy Kodi's 2nd home. He has a ton of fun there and Amber's takes such good care of him!! He gets so excited when we arrive, I can hardly keep him in my arms!

Amber is amazing! She was able to accommodate my last minute booking, and what was supposed to be just a long day at doggy daycare turned into my asking for an overnight booking due to unrelated circumstances out of my control. She was very responsive and handled it with ease. She sent pictures and video updates throughout my dog's 24 hour stay. He had a blast! Will definitely be returning again!
What a wonderful gift of relaxation Jenny and the team with Rover Heights gave me by providing such wonderful care for my Luna. Jenny responded quickly to my last minute holiday need for overnight pet sitting and WOW did the team ever come through. While I was away, I received beautiful pictures of my sweet girl in different settings during her walks. Luna looked so happy and that allowed me to enjoy myself and completely relax for the first time in many months. I cannot recommend Jenny and Rover Heights enough!! I recently used Rover Heights for the first time to take care of my dog while I was out of town—including staying in our home and pet taxi services. From the moment I first reached out to Jenny to our meet and greet with our sitter Jeanne, I was impressed by the knowledge, experience and warmth of the team! My dog is routine-driven and can get sad when we are away. What truly stood out was Jeanne’s care and attention to his routine and putting him at ease. A few years ago I needed to travel out of town and my dog (a German Shepherd) was not responding well to being left at home alone even when I had to go in to the office post-pandemic. Jenny (and the most amazing dog walker, Danielle) were so patient in working with me, getting to know me and Alexis. Since then, they've been my go-to and Alexis loves them! I love the way I know I can count on them to stop in, even when it's short notice. I also appreciate the pictures they send during the visit so I can see for myself that she really is just fine. :)

Finding people you can trust with your pets and home can be really challenging. The ladies at Rover Heights really go above and beyond to care for our animals. From weekday walks with our 2 active dogs to weekend checks on our cat when we are out of town, we can count on them to provide excellent care for our pets! I love that they give photo updates of each visit, and even take care of extra things like bringing in the mail or picking up after one of the animals has gotten into some trouble around the house. We were in a pinch and needed someone to take care of our pup over the holiday weekend. Rover Heights came to the rescue! Jenny not only provided food/water service, but also spent quality time with our pup and gave her plenty of TLC. Jenny also sent us pictures with updates to let us know how our pup was doing, which made my family very happy. We will definitely use Rover Heights services again! I used this company in November 2019, and I am very happy with what it stands for, how it operates, and it's value. I needed someone to check in on my dogs, let them out, feed them, etc during a week in November, and this company surpassed all my expectations. Jenny, the owner, is on top of all communication, she uses an app that makes all communication (and payment) very easy. My dog sitter was Danielle, and she was fantastic, sent me pictures, and was very good with my large dog as well as my smaller ones. She also took in the mail, and any packages outside the door. She was very easy to communicate with, and the app this company uses allowed Danielle to check in and out, which let me know when she was there for a visit and when she left. Overall, I gave this company 5 stars because they cleared all my concerns while I was away, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, they were organized, reasonable, excellent with the timing and methods for communicating with me, and their prices are excellent. I am very happy, would recommend this company to my friends and family (and have) and will use this company again! Edited to include that it’s now 2023, and I’m still using this company, I’m still very happy, and I greatly appreciate the consistency as far as their service!🙌🏼
Impressive and Outstanding!! I am so thrilled to find such an amazing Groomer for my pups. I am very particular on how my pups look. I do have probably a lot of instructions. I was very nervous about finding a new groomer. All of my worries were put to rest. I have found my savior. I was impressed for the level of care that they have for pets. They are both loving and caring and really looks out for the dogs best interest. Not only do my dogs look wonderful, but it literally took over 5 hours for them to get the matts out of my dog. I can't begin to tell you how impressed and happy I am that they both took their time and did not stress out my dog. They took pictures and always kept me informed. They listened to my instructions to the T. My dog (who has anxiety) loved being there and even went back into the home as we were leaving. I could not believe my eyes!! My dog even came back in and was playing with the groomers. He could feel the love and so did I. Both my pups were so happy and not stressed at all. They took breaks throughout the process and I appreciate that so much. I would highly recommend this company for grooming and dog care. They truly love animals and it shows.
After two biting incidents at Petco and every other groomer refusing to touch her, my Sadie baby was absolutely spoiled at Mad Max. The owners made her feel comfortable right away and worked together to keep her calm during the entire process. We have definitely found a regular groomer.
Brian and his partner Starr run this Dog Daycare service efficiently and professionally. They are very close to where I live and so it is convenient for me to drop off and pick up. They have a great home for dogs with a large fenced backyard and a huge area covered with artificial turf which is awesome for the dogs. There's also a large area of mulch along the perimeter of the yard which is also home to a fairly good-sized above ground pool. They were both great with my energetic 18 month old poodle Winston who came home tired and happy. He spent one day there in anticipation of regular daycare every couple of weeks as well as for extended care which we will be needing at the end of March. I would not hesitate to have these folks take care of any of my pets. Plenty of other dogs on the premises both owned by Brian and other customers. He screens the dogs well for compatibility and is well-versed in handling any type of disciplinary issues among the dogs. I received all positive feedback and am comfortable that if they had concerns about my dog, they would raise them immediately. The dog was safe, well-cared-for, and loved. With other sitters, we have sometimes had an issue with our pup eating his kibble because of excitement and strange environment however Winston had no problem eating all of his food. This means that he was comfortable and well exercised. Would definitely recommend to friends for daycare or Extended Stays.

Buster and Lola love spending time with Brian, Star, and all of the other dogs in their care. They always come home exhausted from the mass amounts of playtime they get. They have a beautiful, huge backyard that is perfect for the dogs to play in. They definitely know how to take care of your fluffy babies. I always feel at ease when I leave them here and always get pictures (multiple per day) of my puppies playing with the other dogs! I would highly recommend them to anybody that wants to leave their dog with an awesome sitter. Thanks Brian and Star!
Brian and Starr are PHENOMENAL with the dogs. My Doberman and my Aussie was boarded and they took excellent care of them. They are well exercised and they send me pictures of them playing and running with the other dogs. My Doberman also goes there for doggie care each week too. He loves it. I highly recommend them.
I left my dog Abbey with Brian and Star for the day while by boyfriend and I went to Busch Gardens. We were in Florida I’m vacation and didn’t want to leave her at the Air Bnb for that long. I booked her stay here just one day before, and they were so flexible and accommodating. They have a great area for the dogs to play, and security cameras watching all the dogs! I was very impressed when Star told me how much care they took in introducing new dogs to the group each time. Abbey came home so happy and tired out from all the play time. I felt so comfortable leaving Abbey here, and I would recommend them to anyone!
They are excellent Groomers. I use to take our old Yorkie to them before she passed, and now our new pup as well. He is a hand full and they were still able to get him comfortable to be groomed, which is difficult with a 5 month old pup. Best Dog groomers I have ever used hands down.
Our family had a great experience with Mad Max Dog Sitting. They were available to take our boxer on short notice and during her stay sent several pictures of her in action, playing with other doggie friends and taking walks. Their home and yard is well maintained and perfect for lots of furry friends. I highly recommend Mad Max Dog Sitting and am so grateful I found people I can trust with my dog.
Brian took such good care of our boy. This is the longest we’ve left Marley with a sitter but we were so impressed with Brians level of organisation and commitment to the dogs he was boarding, we left him there feeling very secure. Clean home, lots of backyard space, ample playtime throughout the day and great photos and updates all day! Marley has been missing all his friends he made there and is a little sad since we got him back home :( Would 100% recommend Brian’s services and use them again in the future. There aren't enough good things to say about Peace Love & Woofs!! Hannah and her team are exceptional. We have been using PL&W as our only walking and boarding company for almost 2-years now and have zero regrets or complaints. The best feeling is whenever we run into Hannah and Rookie is more excited to see her than he is to see me -- makes my heart smile knowing he's in the best hands that he loves too. Hannah has seen Rookie on his best days, dealt with him on his worst, and even stayed with him while he was horribly sick and I had to be out of town. It makes traveling, working all day, needing extra help one day -- you name it, so much easier and brings so much peace to my life knowing that my dog is well loved, taken care of, and plenty exercised! You won't find anyone better than PL&W! The day that we have to leave Tampa will come with a huge (& very sad) hole in our lives because we depend on and love Hannah so much <3

The care that each sitter takes with our furbaby, Lucy, is so so thoughtful and considerate: not only do they take wonderful photos at each visit so you can see, they also speak up about other issues as they arise, like a loose faucet handle. They also bring in mail and packages and leave our home in great condition. We love taking our dog on vacation but when we can’t, I know that she looks forward to the pet sitters who always spend quality time with her. We are very happy customers and so is Lucy. Stephanie is fantastic. I always feel so at ease when my older dog stays with her. I can't bear to board him and this has been a lifesaver. I know she's up to date on all the latest pet trends and safety precautions. I never worry about my old pup as she sends me lots of photos and updates. He's got some bladder control issues in his older age and she doesn't mind putting a diaper on him when he stays with her. I'd recommend her services to anyone.
An absolute gem of a pet service. Excellent communication and so understanding and non judgemental in regards to a rescue pup (w hx of trauma aka she is not the easiest with strangers) and working with her quirks. Every employee was fantastic and sent sweet updates and hilarious videos of trying to convince the scaredy-cat pup to come downstairs and see them…which she eventually did!!!! And that is not something that has happened in the past with previous sitters. Everyone from owner to employees make you feel like you are part of a family which can give one such a sense of security and trust leaving their fur baby under their care. I could feel everyone truly has a passion for their job ! And a little shout out to Alexandria who I shall now refer to as the Chloe whisperer 😊 Looking for a professional pet service that also still has an authentic, real life, we are all in this together feel? We left our dog and cat at our home for two weeks while we drove across the country to visit grandparents and had Stephanie's business visit a few times a day to feed, walk, etc. We got photos of our pets and reports on their health with every visit, were able to communicate with not just Stephanie but her awesome employees, and came home to happy and relaxed pets (when we used to board our dog, she'd be frantic and anxious for weeks after). As everyone gets busy with summer travel plans, give Steph a try!
Stephanie is wonderful . She is very professional and took care of my two kitties while I was away. She treated them like her own. I love that she sends daily pics and updates on how they're doing. They both loved her so much. Highly recommend

Love Pilar, her husband, and family! They are so caring and I trust them fully with my babies. The dogs are not separated by size but they vet all the animals before accepting them. So I feel comfortable with my smaller dogs being mixed with the group. All dogs require vaccine records. Prices are reasonable for the care, quality, and last minute drop-off requests! Would recommend.
Just moved to Ybor City 4 days ago. I was super excited to have a pet resort that is only a 2 minute walk from my new home. I walked over to check out pricing and to make sure I had all required documents to bring my pets in the future. I drive trucks so this would have been perfect. Never even got to step foot inside the building. An old guy standing in the doorway with his arms crossed blocked the door and would not let me enter. He asked me, "what do you want?". I said, "huh?" He said, "yeah, what do you want?" I responded, "it's ok, I'll never do business here."
We can rest easy on our trips when the dogs are at Pilar's. Our corgis and dachshund love Pilar and her family.
If you are looking for a great place to bring your pup, look no further! Pilar's is a no kennel boarder/day care so your dog is free to roam and play all day or just find a comfortable spot to sleep. Pilar's is wonderful and the staff is amazing. My doggo is a shy girl but had a great time here! She is very scared of thunder and fireworks but the staff played music and had fans going over the 4th and she didn't even notice! I will be using Pilar's for any other boarding or daycare we might need. Thank you for such an great place where I know my sweet girl is well taken care of while we are out of town.
Pilar is amazing with all dogs! I trust very few people to take care of my dog, but when Nala is here I don't worry for a minute. She always has so much fun and I feel so comfortable leaving her. Thank you for taking such great care of Nala and all the other pups!
Our babies go here at least twice a week. They run straight to the steps from the car and don't look back!!! Lots of love, socialization, and exercise! The owners and staff are very knowledgeable and intuitive. Kennel free! The dogs can go in and out as they please. Very home like environment. Great set up for play outside. Good pricing, but only accept cash or check.
There are not enough words to say how wonderful Pilar's Resort is! She is wonderful and she is awesome..........We miss Tampa and the resort. Her customer service is incredible and her love for her pets shows. Tinkerbell was there for four years and would recommend this Resort to anyone without any hesitation............
Our Great Danes love going there for daycare and boarding. Herman and Pilar do a wonderful job caring for the dogs. For those giving 1 star because they don't accept pit mixes, I'd give them 10 stars for that very reason, and I don't care how "unacceptable" that may be to some!
Layla stayed at Pilars Pet Resort for two nights while we were visiting Tampa from out of town. She had such a great time and made many new friends! The facility is very spacious and clean, and she was very well taken care of. When we come back to Tampa our pup will definitely be staying here again!
This is my fur baby's happy place! He loves going to play, for the day or occasional boarding. I honestly believe that Pilar and family MIGHT love me pup as much as I do ❤️ I never worry about him when he's with them. I'd give them 100 stars if I could...
