Hey, are you looking for some fun companions to enjoy morning and afternoon walks with? Look no further than Ginger and Javier. I’m still dreaming of their sweet, little faces, although we separated two days ago. They are two healthy, active dogs that love exploring the beautiful neighborhood that they live in. It’s very easy to get to the many trails of Fort Steilacoom Park, and beyond this, there are many fun residential areas to explore as well. They are great walkers, and while they certainly enjoy their smells, it doesn’t hold you up at all from a healthy pace. We easily logged 10,000 steps each morning before another walk in the afternoon. They’re also healthy eaters and get along very well in the household. They are well behaved and know what furniture they are allowed to rest on. Ginger especially loves cuddling in the evening in the den, resting on the couch with you. They get on very well, despite their distinctive personalities. Ginger is more slow and steady, and loves, licking and tons of affection. Javier has more kinetic energy and is more independent, but very friendly and enjoys a good scratch. Jim and Lynn our great house. They had us over the day before they left to show us around and introduce us to the pups. They took us out to dinner at a nearby restaurant and left us with a very clean, well stopped home. We enjoyed steady communication with them while they were traveling and hope that one day we can return to Petsit for their lovely pair.
We had a wonderful time taking care of Noodle and Branston. Sam and Dan gave us all the information required to take care of their lovely dogs and their fabulous house. We had a great time exploring the local beaches and surrounding countryside with Branston and Noodle as our companions. The house is absolutely charming and well stocked with interesting books to read by a gorgeous log fire in the evenings. The location is superb if you love unspoilt natural beaches and long walks in the dunes plus some beautiful countryside and villages. The real pleasure though was having Branston and Noodle for company. They were very hard to say goodbye to.
A perfect sit with the perfect cat at a perfect place! Emile is such a sweetheart, he is the calmest and friendliest cat I’ve ever met. He really appreciates your company and is extremely gentle, I loved being with him and I’m very thankful for having had the opportunity to pet sit at Monica’s and Ville’s and Emile’s home. The location is perfect, their home is very tidy and big. The communication and instructions were Perfect too! I would be very happy to pet sit anytime again! Thank you very much for your trust 😊
Bailey and Lua are true S-grade dogs. They are so sweet and mild-tempered, especially Bailey. She is so calm yet so loving. Lua is adorable when she gets excited for walks. The space was tidy and comfortable, and the rooftop patio a lovely space to enjoy a morning coffee. Nicole was always super quick to respond to messages, and left a detailed Welcome Guide that made the sit stress-free. Would definitely sit again. :)
I enjoyed this short pet-sit very much. I didn't get to spend very much time with hosts Lucy and Max, as they had to quickly leave after I arrived, but they were both very friendly and accommodating. Max kindly picked me up from the ferry terminal upon my arrival into Southampton, took me to the bus terminal when it was time to depart, and Lucy gave me a quick, but thorough, tour of their flat showing me everything I would need to know. While they were away, they both gave helpful suggestions for things to see and do in Southampton, as well as a great pub to go watch Southampton FC win the EFL Championship match and regain entry into the Premier League. Their flat is cozy, has a nice kitchen, a beautiful bathroom with endless hot water, and their guest room bed was very comfortable. It is located within easy walking distance to downtown Southampton, an Aldi grocery store, several smaller convenience stores are very close by, and a river front walk is closer yet. Their two dogs, Leti and Nudge were a delight to care for, walk, and befriend. They are both very well trained, like to lounge outside on the back patio, and appreciate all the love and scratches you can provide. Nudge knows how to work you with her eyes and will have you laughing at how cute it is, while Leti will have you smiling non-stop with all of her side-eye glances. They were both very easy to take on their walks, and behaved wonderfully as I let them off their leashes at the park across the street. I was only there for four days, but I thoroughly enjoyed this brief time with Leti, Nudge, their apartment and Southampton. I would recommend this pet-sit to all: great hosts, nice apartment, charming city, awesome dogs. Thank you, Lucy and Max, for trusting me with your home and wonderful dogs whilst you were away; I will always have fond memories of it all.
No words are enough to thank Erika for her confidence of leaving me in charge of her home while she was on holidays. She and her daughter are lovely persons, she made me feel welcome since day 1. Instructions very clear always and good communication. The place is beyond beautiful and super connected to everywhere, very close the metro station, supermarkets, a park… I had a dreamy stay here :)
