Vanda and Bryan were an absolute delight! I don’t even know where to begin! My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful oasis to spend our 1st year wedding Anniversary!! :) Vanda and Bryan are such generous, kind, hospitable and wonderful people. Vanda and I enjoyed videoing and getting to know each other before the sit. They had invited us to come a day before so that they could show us the ropes around the house and introduced us to Bodie’s daily care routine. We really appreciated that as it gave us time to get to know them and Bodie. We thoroughly appreciated their instructions with how to care for their home and sweet Bodie boy! They sent a welcome pack (through TrustedHousesiters) and when we arrived, they had all the main instructions laminated which aided for ease in having a quick reference guide. We adored their backyard and spent most of our time back there! Their yard is filled with such beauty and so many edible treats! My husband and I’s dream garden for sure! In fact, we found ourselves dreaming up what we would want our future home and yard space to look like – it would look a lot like Vanda and Bryan’s place! My husband and I loved the game room and played loads of pool, almost every day! The pool & spa outside were a dream too! Bodie- what do I say about this cute boy? He became my shadow and followed me everywhere! We loved caring for Bodie, taking him on walks, going to the nearby lake to play fetch in the water + taking him on adventures and exploring the lake area. Oh and fetch at home with those tennis balls – is serious business! 😂 I’ve never seen such an excited ‘flying’ dog when it comes to playing fetch! Haha! He constantly gave us a good laugh and we loved loving on Bodie! He is such a well behaved dog with loads of affection to give and receive. “Cuddle Time” on the couch is Bodie’s favorite pastime…aside from fetch. 😀 Vanda and Bryan’s home is so clean and tidy. Their guest bed was amazing and cozy too! We loved keeping their home clean and tidy for them while they were away. Also, I loved keeping up with their house plants and tending to their garden outside. It was a joy to also tend to the hummingbird feeders and watch everyday how happy those little birdies were. You will not be disappointed to stay here. Vanda and Bryan’s home is a retreat away from home. We felt so refreshed and recharged after staying here for a few weeks. Thank you Vanda and Bryan for such an amazing, relaxing and peaceful experience. We are so thankful that you entrusted us to care for your home and Bodie boy. Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything!!
Shea’s place is very cozy and comfortable, close to trains and local shops –a great area to explore! Banana and Dragon were great friends to have around and always welcomed attention and pets! Would recommend and stay again if the opportunity came up!
I had a wonderful week at Daphne's lovely house with Kanelo and the cats. I brought two friends of mine, which she was totally open about. She gave us clear, helpful instructions but was very layed-back about our handling. Kanelo and the cats were, exactly how descripted, calm, sweet, well behaved and easy to handle. The house was tidy and beautiful with a big garden. Would always come again!

Luna is a trustworthy person, who is passionate about animals and knows them very well (she is studying to become a veterinary assistant). She took care of my labrador several times, especially when he was sick: she was perfect and it was really very reassuring to be able to entrust your dog to someone so caring and competent. She is reliable, friendly and generous. I highly recommend it.
Very disappointed!!! Good reception on the phone by a young person (doing not speak French but English) Lots of good will but unable to satisfy my request (catsetting chat 11/21 to 12/19 - I have to undergo an operation), she contacted a colleague to find a solution. There I received a terse text message from my contact informing me that the person contacted already had too much work with his other clients. And they left me there!!! So very disappointing 😏😏😏
This is one place that makes my living in Brussels as a single expat with a four legged friend an easy ride! I have been taking my little dog Spinelli to Anny for grooming for several months now and she is absolutely fantastic. He seems so happy to see her each time and always comes home looking and smelling great. She is so sweet and loving to the dogs and gives good advise for care. 110% recommended
Well, Pet Squad is literally the second home of our little buddy, Kupi. So it is kind of difficult to write anything without superlatives… In short, as practicing puppy parents, we all know how challenging can be to leave your little one in someone else’s hands while you go to work or on holiday. This is not the case with Pet Squad BXL. You should see Kupi’s propelling tail anytime we step in the house, he has his best time ever at Anny’s. ❤️😊
My dog Cleo loves to go there at Anny's and Sebastian's! she goes there weekly and sometimes we also do boarding, we cannot be happier! we get regular videos and update and they are super nice and available for any questions! super recommended ❤️
I’m so incredibly happy to have found Anny! She is AMAZING! Our dog was shipped to us and clearly hadn’t been groomed in some time. I handed over a dog I barely recognized who was covered in mats and dreadlocks and came back with this beautiful, yummy smelling, happy pup. Anny is a gem!

We brought our 15 year old Labrador, Aslan, here for the first pet hotel stay in his life. The team here are absolutely incredible. They showed so much love care and attention to Aslan. They were also super cooperative, communicative, generous and kind. Because of his age Aslan was very sensitive and fragile, and we had nobody that could care for him. It was such a relief that he received such good care, that it was as if they knew him his whole life. The prices might be higher than other places, but they are 100% justified because your pet cannot get better care! We wish you all the best in the future and send you our thanks!

It’s all-inclusive service from dog-sitting, dog-boarding, to grooming, food and other advice, to sending videos of my dog playing and enjoying herself. It is my go-to place when I leave for work or go on holidays. My dog runs with a joy to get to pet squad and I never worry when she’s there. Sylvie is very good at her profession. Our dog, who is quite anxious, does very well with her and his washing and grooming is always in order. He has also boarded there and judging by the photos, he immediately felt at home. Sylvie is someone with a big heart for animals where their well-being comes first.
I do not recommend this salon for a Labradoodle, very disappointed with how we got our Labradoodle back. It was our dog's first haircut and apparently his coat needed to be shorter because there were tangles behind his ears and on his belly (we need to comb more thoroughly). However, we got him back completely shaved, there was no pattern at all and the recognizability of a Labradoodle was completely gone. In addition, the groomer indicated that she cuts all her Doodles this way... We will certainly not go back with a Labradoodle.

After some time my cat had tangled hair that made it impossible for her to wash herself. Sylvie helped us very professionally and gave us advice. We haven't had any problems since then. Top lady with a heart for animals
This lady says she can't do anything about my dog because she has tangles. I ask her if she wants to take it out and she says no. Then she says I should leave. While I had an appointment on Sunday 20 June at 2pm. The lady simply sent us away. Everything but customer-friendly and professional. I've never experienced this before.
