Juliet and Laurent were great petsitters! My place was clean and the cats were happy, which is my biggest concern. Juliet was very communicative and sent pics daily along with little comments about Jack and Jamie and how they loved the area around here. I had zero worries about anything, which is always a great feeling while away. I would highly recommend them for any pet sits in the future! Thank you both!😻😻

Sara and Patrick were AMAZING! I am so grateful that they wanted to stay in the Hamptons and take care of my dear fur ones, while I visited family and worked in Europe. Sara sent me daily updates, which was comforting. Their dog came for the last week, which Dylan loed. He did get some stomach issues the last week, but Sara kept me in the loop and handled everything perfectly. They fell in love with the calico (everyone does!) and both of the cats coats looked gorgeous when I got home - they were so well brushed and purr-happy. The house looked like my maids had just left, it was neat and tidy. This trip was the reason I decided to try Trusted HS and I am so grateful to have found this community of animal lovers. Joanne is pretty much the best of the best. We came home to a very happy kitty and clean and tidy house. She was communicative and easy to coordinate with. Please come back anytime!

Leslie did a great job taking care of our four cats, our house was neat and clean, and we received lots of pictures from her daily - we can't thank her enough! Aside from an alarm on an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) in my office (she has NO blame for this one - it failed while we were gone!), she was self-sufficient and took care of all out plants and paid great attention to the cats!

Lisa-Marie was responsive, tidy, and self-sufficient while we were out of town. Olga was in great hands and we came home to a clean home and a happy cat.

Reliable, organized, always available with plenty of updating about our dogs… once my daughter missed her toys at home and Eleonore placed them all on the floor in order to take the best picture and send it to me… Eleonore and Guillermo were the most perfect and sweet sitters for our animals and house! I strongly recommend them! You will not be disappointed!

As before, Marquita was wonderful in every way. Took great care of my dog and cat and was flexible when air traffic took a U-turn! She's just the best!

Callie was wonderful! She took such great care of my home, pets, and plants. It is so nice to know that someone is watching over your place with respect and care. I highly recommend this great communicator and admirable lady to keep your home in excellent condition and care for your pets with love and compassion.

This is the second visit here for Sarah. She was an excellent sitter, who paid lots of attention to our kitties and left our house very tidy. It was so nice to have her stay at our place once again, and we hope she will come back in the future!

Sarah was great with our Yorkie. He's an older guy and Sarah took him all over town with her during her adventures in Charlotte. She sent picture updates occasionally and kept me in the loop on packages received while I was gone. She is super friendly and has a nice disposition. Our Yorkie fell in love with her and would follow her all over the house if she left the room so she is AWESOME with dogs. He never does that. The most important thing I wanted from this experience is to know that my pup was well cared for and Sarah did just that. He got his medication every day and she made sure he ate his food even though he usually doesn't due to the stress of me being gone. The smile on his face during their adventure walks was priceless. She came in the night before I left so I could show her around the house and answer all her questions and meeting her before I left put my mind at ease. She left the house clean and left a sweet note of thanks upon her departure. Her gratitude was heartfelt. Overall Sarah was awesome for our Yorkie. The only reason Sarah didn't get 5 stars is that I've had other people sit for me that went above and beyond what she's done but in no way does that diminish Sarah at all. I can see why she has repeat clients all over.

Ruth and Roberto did a great job of taking care of our pets and house while we were away for the weekend. They communicated very well before and during their stay, kept the house tidy and even washed the sheets! Our pets seemed like they had a wonderful time with them. We would welcome them back any time!
