Jim was great! I send us pictures and videos from time to time to show us the pets, they looked relaxed and happy. They bonded. The house was left immaculate, super clean and in order. If I could give it 6 stars i would!
Jenn and Steve were a delight to meet, all the way from the early conversations as we got to know each other over video calls and chats. They clearly genuinely care about your pets and asked early insightful questions about Flash and our home to ensure they had understood his care, habits, and things which would help him-or us around the home. They arrived without any fuss while I was working, and quickly settled themselves. They kindly helped us when we had a slight change of travel plans and helped to ensure we had what we needed and got away with minimal stress for us, and of course Flash. Throughout our time away, they kept us updated throughout the sit of any mail we should action, any clarifications about the house and of course with wonderful photos and stories about Flash. They cared about what we were up to and wanted to ensure we were having a great time as well! They had prepared for our early morning arrival back home, welcoming us warmly, and with a spotless house and garden! We couldn't have asked for more, Flash obviously loved their company. Jenn and Steve looked after our house so well, and Flash has really missed their cuddles and super fun walks. Thank you and we hope to see you sometime again soon!
