I had a lovely sit at Wendy’s for their two kitties. It was my first sit on trusted house sitters and I felt welcomed. The house is in a cute neighborhood and is a short drive to Bellingham with lots to do there. The kitties were adorable and easy to care for. They spent a lot of time relaxing in their sunny catio and are pretty independent, until treat time that is lol. I worked remotely for a couple of the days and the internet was reliable.
Leo and I absolutely loved looking after Colin and Nelly. They're so sweet, so friendly and so calm - much like Wendy and Phil. I absolutely loved my time with Mr Inspector and Chenon! Mr Inspector is the biggest cat I’ve ever seen, yet, he is so sweet and gentle, I wanted to cuddle him all the time! Chenon is more energetic and playful, they make the perfect combination! The home is gorgeous, one of those places you don’t want to leave, really gorgeous, spacious, beautiful view and beautiful decoration. Jill was a great host, we met prior the sitting and she clearly explained everything and shown everything to make sure I knew my way around. Weybridge is a lovely area, very safe, plenty of places for nice walks, lots of shops with everything you need, Waitrose and Morrissons supermarkets are just about 10 minutes walk from the house, which was super convenient. Would love to return to take care of Mr Inspector and Chenon whenever Jill needs to travel again! Thank you for having me! :)
Judith and Terry are the kindest people on earth. They made us feel at home right away, picked us up and welcomed with delicious dinner and dessert. We miss them a lot as they just feel like family and we wish we could spend more time with them. It was a very special encounter for us. The girls, Jess and Layla, are so cute and fun to be around! We laughed every day at their sweet habits and requests (Jess, in particular, is very expressive ;). Jess is very lively, seems still a pup in her pretty head, and Layla is a real lady, poised in her manners ;) Both are very friendly and love to be cuddled, especially when they fancy a treat (which they always do, of course). Last but not least, the house and the surroundings - a dream housesit, hands down. The house is very cosy and well equipped, beautifully furnished, very homely. Relaxing stretches of fields, a forest and a nature park with lakes are nearby, we enjoyed walks with the girls a lot. Charming French towns close by. Whoever sits for Judith and Terry is the luckiest housesitter in the world.
We had the absolute best time on Lindas and Norms farm in San Juan. They both are really great people, so welcoming, very caring and will make sure that you are perfectly prepared for the farm sit. We arrived 2 days earlier, to get to know everyone and everything around the farm, make sure we know how everything works which was very, very helpful! Linda and Norm took us horse back riding, introduced us to their friends, so we had someone to contact in case we needed help while they were gone. And their dogs and cats are the sweetest animals, so loveable and will make you not want to leave the farm anymore. Overall, this has been the best sit we have done and we could not recommend Linda and Norm more! Thank you so much Linda and Norm! :)
