I had such a great time looking after Molly and Maizie. Both girls were very loving and affectionate. They're easy keepers and stay out of trouble. The chickens are low maintenance and produce plenty of eggs of which youre free to eat during the sit. I didnt look after Mona and Cooper but I got to meet them and they see them a joy to care for. Stephanie and Carl were very hospitable and made me feel comfortable, they even gave me with some homemade cider and blueberries to enjoy! The farm and home itself is a magnificent property with great bird watching and a beautiful flowing river out back which is a wonderful spot to read a book or get a tan. All around a great sit!
Jennifer was not kidding in her headline - this place IS the dream! Gorgeous view and home -- and the pups make it even sweeter. Both Bodhi and Myoko were very gentle dogs and easy to care for. The location is a 15-30 minute drive from many fun San Diego neighborhoods, but you might not ever want to leave the house :-) I will miss Bodhi curling up next to me! Look forward to coming back again.
