Susan and Chris are very friendly, funny and open-minded. From our first conversation, we immediately felt welcomed! We had a video call with Susan before confirming our sit, everything was explained clearly, we could also get to know each other! They came to pick us up at the bus station and also Susan drove us to the airport in Malaga in the end so you could imagine how nice they are! Their house is very tidy and clean - it doesn’t look like a house with 4 cats! Their cats: Custard, Nulla, Beauty and Sushi are darling and cute! Each cat has a completely different personality and that's great! The time spent with the cats was not boring even for a moment! Yet the cats are easy to care for and friendly. After a few days, all of them were already sleeping in bed with us! We liked them very much! We had a lot of sweet and funny moments. Leaving, we had a great desire to take them in a suitcase with us ;) but we could not separate them from Susan - we saw what a great bond they have, true love! In addition to domestic cats, we also took care of 8 feral cats. Our care consisted of bringing them food and water once a day and spending a while petting them. As much as we loved that moment of the day, we were happy to take care of these cuties the way Susan does! The house is very comfortable, has a patio, fireplace and an amazing collection of classic books! As for us, it had everything we needed (including high speed internet for work). It was a great month, we recommend this sit to everyone! We will be going back to Susan and Chris soon in the spring, so let that be the biggest recommendation!
We would highly recommend sitting for Sue and Nick. We organised this sit several months in advance and the communication with Sue and Nick was excellent. Arya and Ollie were easy to look after and wandered in and out to check us out. They enjoyed a wee chat and a pat. Sue cooked us a lovely dinner for when we arrived and invited us to stay the night they came back. Very welcoming owners. Thanks Sue and Nick.
This is a great housesit ... basically keeping an eye on the koi pond filters and pump and keeping the backyard landscape well-watered, especially during hot Roseburg days. Pat has a nice home with a beautiful backyard in a safe neighborhood with many things to see and do in the local area.
Great house sit. Caitlin was so easy to communicate with, pre-housesit and during the house sit. The house is lovely and Caitlin is so welcoming. Raven is a darling, and although she was initially shy she started to come out of her shell by the end of the sit.
We enjoyed our time pet sitting for Yoyo and Itty Bitty. It was nice to meet with Molly and her family before they left for their trip. She gave us all the information we needed. Both pets are easy to care for. Yoyo is so quiet you barely know she’s there. She didn’t bark at all. She likes to go for walks and is good on the leash. Itty Bitty likes to be outside and will let you know it. The house is comfortable and located very close to Metro stop in Rockville as well as many stores and restaurants. We would return and would definitely recommend this sit.
