Elizabeth was wonderful! She came over before I left to meet Daisy and learn about her routine. She wanted to know my communication preferences and checked in regularly while I was away. Elizabeth and Matthew were very respectful of my home and even washed their own sheets and towels. I felt Daisy was well cared for and would welcome Elizabeth and Matthew back into my home.

For our first experience using the app we were very lucky to have had Amy take care of Dozer. From the first Zoom call we could tell that she takes her role as doggo caretaker seriously and enjoys showering puppers with love. She sent lots of pictures and videos so we could relax knowing he was in good hands. He might be spoiled because of all the attention, but I guess that's okay. And she left the place in immaculate condition! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a sitter for their special 4-legged friend. Thanks again, Amy.

Ashley and Evan were wonderful! They were very friendly, flexible, and thoughtful sitters. I was able to meet them the night before the sit started and give them a quick tour/rundown of everything. Great communication, updates, and pictures of my kitties, and I could tell that Stormy and Finn were so happy to have cuddle time with them! They went above and beyond with tidying up, and I would be happy to have them again anytime!

Ursula and Michael were such a delight! They took excellent care of our pets and our home...they sent pics and had great communication the whole time. We would whole heartily recommend them to anyone needing a house sitter, and we'd welcome them back in our home again in a heart beat!

Kenna had a magic touch with my kitty, he was very comfortable with her. She communicated well and left the place with barely a trace.

Amy was so great with the boys! They enjoyed their time with her and the home was in great shape when we returned.

It was a pleasure to have Elena caring for my Bailey and home. She was very attentive to everything that was happening and kept me informed. Bailey was on a medication schedule for an ear infection, and she made sure that she applied the medication as instructed in the prescription. Elena was very flexible with her schedule on my return trip. Due to the severe weather in the Dallas area, my flight was canceled and she was very accommodating and understanding. Elena left my house just as I expected. Everything clean and organized. Thank you Elena for everything and you are welcome back anytime!

Our labradoodle warmed up immediately to Diana and I think they became fast friends during her stay at our home. Diana was easy to get a hold of and super communicative in arranging plans that worked for all of us. Diana left everything super clean, starting a load of towels in the laundry and running the dishwasher when she left. Thanks for taking great care of Scout — we’d love to have you stay again!

Easy to keep in touch and a lovely woman overall!!

John (Kenneth) took great care of our cattle and bird dog. Managing our farm in 100 degree Texas weather is no small feat and he handled the garden and watering well. We appreciated him being here.

This was a tough review to write, but needed. I have had over dozen sits so far on this website so I have become accustomed to (and expect) responsive and communicative sitters. First, Richard and Sharon arrived 2 hours after their stated time (which was even later than what we had originally agreed upon weeks prior). As a consequence, my son was unable to show them the eye care for his cat and so I had to do it. This caused me to be an hour late for my shift. Second, they didn’t read the manual ahead of time. I spent a lot of time making it (and revising it over the last couple of years) and I emailed it way ahead of time with accompanying photos. It was annoying to have to show them where everything was in the house as this could have been avoided had they actually opened their emails from me prior to the sit. Third, they don’t know how to use a mobile phone very well and did not download the recommended app necessary to find the cats if they went hiding (TILE). No other sitter has had this issue- it’s super easy. Fourth, I did not get any updates from them without specifically prompting them and no photos of the pets, at all, for the entire week they were staying. Finally, they went to the beach and got sand on the tables and didn’t clean them- so my son unwittingly placed his laptop computer on the coffee table and scratched up the bottom. All in all, they are very nice, but I am pretty disappointed about this sit.

Betsy enjoys being outside and Chewy got lots of walks. Chewy fell in love with her. Betsy did a great job with houseplants and outdoor plants. Betsy is an interesting person and we had nice talks. I feel that not only did she have Chewy's best interests at heart, but we made a new friend.
