What a sweet family! They are all quite experienced in pet sitting and loving, and very respectful of our home. We were lucky enough to have them return for a second stay just a week later. They were all so very kind and made sure everything we wanted and needed them to do was clearly explained when they came to meet us in person for the first time. I was especially grateful since our flight got changed last minute and we had to rush out sooner than we planned. Mail sent me daily text messages and pictures so I knew all was well at home. Sally and Rick became best friends with our dog Teddy and did a great job during their stay here. Communication is quick and helpful. They were friendly, flexible, trustworthy and left everything clean and well cared for, especially Teddy. We'd have them sit for us again in a minute!
Mabel, Molly and Parker are lovely pets and great to spend time with. The pups (Mabel and Molly) are excellent off lead, with great recall and good with people and other pups when out on walks. As they are mid size they can be excited to get going initially on lead, but within a few mins settle well and walk to heal. As Mabel is still only young, she can be a bit bouncy on greeting you at different times of the day, but responds well to "down" with a gentle hand on the chest and has such sweet puppy eyes, you can't help but love her. Molly is very relaxed and definitely the Alpha sister. Mabel just adores her and is always looking for her attention and approval. Parker the kitty is just beautiful. A real furry gentleman. Love's a cuddle and is relaxed with Mabel and Molly which is lovely to see. The house is in a great location for walks with the dogs - lots of different ones in all directions from the house. A car is needed for easy access to Bury St Edmonds, Lavenham and Sudbury for amenities and cafes. Rachel was available throughout for any questions and kindly left a "welcome pack" on arrival which was a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable sit in beautiful countryside with some lovely furry companions. Thank you for choosing us Rachel.
