I had a wonderful time sitting for Tink in Joyce and Connie's beautiful and peaceful Sebastopol home. They left excellent and detailed instructions and were warm and welcoming. Tink is a sweet girl and she loved sitting in the sun and getting her treats. As someone who used to live in Sebastopol, it was wonderful to be back in the area. Such a lovely rural location yet about 15 minute to town. I highly recommend sitting for Joyce, Connie and Tink and can't wait to come back. Thank you! :)
We loved the experience of house sitting for Linda and Iain. They are a really kind and generous couple, they were really flexible working with us in arranging our travel to and from the area. They gave us a very comfortable welcome into their home, which is lovely, very clean and organised. Jesse, Daisy, and Becky are amazing. Each with their own personality, without doubt Daisy is the most energetic and biggest personality. Becky is very friendly and always looking for a pat, a very good companion. Jesse is really intelligent and a kind animal. Willow loves to eat her food and was a lovely cat always showing her face around the house. The sheep and chickens are very easy to manage and even love a snack! We definitely recommend Linda and Iain! We look forward to sitting again for them!
Alison is just wonderful and a fabulous host, i had the pleasure of staying with her the night before the sit and the night after, very kind of her, she could not be more welcoming, thank you Alison. Alison’s house is just gorgeous, so stylish and comfortable and a such great location close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, public transport and the fabulous Bristol Downs an expansive protected parkland, a great place for walks and where Squiffy loves to run around. Well, what’s not to love about Squiffy, she is the most adorable dog, she immediately stole my heart, she’s very well behaved, obedient and so affectionate, she loves cuddles and playtime but will wander off when she’s had enough, she’s so cute and so funny. She’s a little afraid of traffic noise so a bit reluctant getting started on a walk but once she’s out in open spaces, away she goes and loves to run about. She has a good appetite and definitely enjoys treats but you don’t need to bribe her with them she accepts them more as rewards, she has the greatest personality and will keep you besotted, she loves playing fetch with a ball and loooves cuddles and tummy rubs. Squiffy is very social and loves meeting people and also other dogs whilst out walking, she amazes me for a wee little thing she’ll wander up to the biggest dog unafraid whilst i’m panicking! but like the classy lady she is she knows when to leave! She has very good recall off lead. All in all i had the BEST time with Alison and Squiffy and would most definitely sit for them again, can’t wait to be asked! Thank you so much Alison for all your generously and kindness, i had a fun time, miss you both already. B xx
I had a great time sitting for Lawton and her boyfriend Sami while they went on their trip. Sweet and affectionate animals in a beautiful home right smack dab in the middle of the city. Their neighbourhood made my daily walk with their dog Zoe a lovely way to explore, see pretty things and - if you're here around springtime like me - literally stop to smell the flowers. Also their cats Lexi&Noel were so chill I actually enjoyed sitting down with them and get some work done - even my taxes! The instructions for petcare were easy to follow, Lawton was always only a text away and the house was comfy&clean. So yeah, 10/10 would sit again :)
