Molly and Gussy were such sweethearts and a lot of fun! They were very energetic and playful with one another. Molly being a puppy definitely needed more attention than Gussy. Rick’s home was absolutely beautiful, in an incredibly scenic and quiet, safe neighborhood, overlooking the mountains. The house was comfortable and provided all you could ever want and need. I enjoyed using the pool, cooking in his nice kitchen and relaxing in such a peaceful environment. Rick left me clear written out instructions, replied to all my texts in a timely manner, was very gracious with letting me use any food that was in the kitchen and even lent me his car which I am incredibly grateful for. My flight getting there was cancelled and then delayed so I wasn’t able to arrive until the next day and Rick was very understanding about it. His neighbor even came by to watch the dogs while he waited for me to hand over the keys. I think it's important to mention - this was both Rick and I’s first time using the app. I feel that we both learned a lot and am grateful for the ability to communicate with Rick about some minor issues that did come up (e.g., some pests such as roaches and ants, a dead mouse in the kitchen, running out of dog food). Rick was responsive to these concerns, but there was definitely a learning curve for both of us! Overall, I would definitely recommend this house sit.
