Good feeling with Anna and Barbara from the beginning. My house sit at Pam and Tim's was delightful. I had a bright and airy bedroom with a comfortable bed. The garden is beautiful and I spent many an hour outside in the sunshine admiring the flowers. Jasper could be a little stubborn, but with patience and plenty of time on my hands we got along just fine. Two walks a day through the fields kept us both fit and motivated. The only downside is that I always fall in love with the animals and am sorry to leave them behind.
I pet sat for Arianna 's dogs Luna and Chloe right after she moved into a new apartment. Despite the craziness of moving, she had everything nicely set up for me and ready to go. Arianna's booklet on how to care for her pets is extremely helpful and makes sitting for Luna and Chloe very easy. The dogs are a bit wary and bark when you arrive at the door, but as soon as you start petting them they stop and want to be your best friend. Luna is not a huge fan of walks, but be aware she's deceptively strong when on the leash! Arianna herself is very nice and friendly (like her dogs!) - knowing my travel schedule, she offered to sleep on the couch the night she returned from her trip and let me stay in her room an extra night! I didn't need to take her up on this as I had another place to stay, but it's just evidence of her willingness to go above and beyond for her sitters.
