Our family had a wonderful time. Andrea and Tim are experienced hosts and provided us with everything we needed to make this a great first housesitting for us. The farm house is beautiful, with a great kitchen, and a very comfortable living and guest rooms. We had a great time looking after the chicken, caring for Dana and Deisy, and of course cuddling with Chips. He is the most content cat we have ever met, a great hunter, happily outside during the day and he a loves to cuddle in the evening. He is very gentle and in 2 1/2 weeks not even the kids got a single scratch or hiss from him. Andrea and Tim were excellent in their communication and provided us with very helpful tips whenever we had a question. We absolutely recommend this housesit.
Staying at Silvia’s place was a very nice experience. Lillo and Tibs can be shy at first but once they get comfortable, they are the sweetest cats. The location of the flat is in a very nice area in Berlin and the communication with the host was very easy and clear.
We had a lovely stay at Nick's and would definitely love to sit for him and his family again. Wasabi is one of the sweetest dogs we've ever looked after! He loved cuddles and had such a gentle soul. :) The house is amazing and we felt comfortable straight away. It's approximately a 25 minute walk to the closest shopping centre, but the walk is nice and safe. We had a lovely time and would gladly look after Wasabi again! :)
We were lucky enough to spend the whole of May in Sue's beautiful home and we loved every second! We popped over to meet Sue, Clare and Buzz before staying and they were so friendly and instantly made us feel completely welcome. The house is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need for a happy, comfortable stay. The garden is spectacular, everything was blooming when we were staying so the flowers were incredible. We spent a lot of time enjoying the garden and watching the many birds that visit (including a nest of robin chicks!). Sue's home is nestled in a gorgeous little village with a village shop and couple of great pubs just a short walk away (highly recommend the pizzas in the Bucks Head!). Everyone was so friendly and the walks are amazing! The highlight of our stay, however, has to be Buzz! This little guy is a superstar! He's an absolute sweetie, loves his cuddles as much as a play. He's a dream to walk - great on and off lead, will always find you a ball to play with and will happily walk for as long as you like! He'll then snuggle on your lap all evening and while I worked online. We were so sad to have to say goodbye but cannot wait to be reunited soon. Thank you Sue for such a wonderful stay, looking forward to seeing you again soon. xx
Our sit at Alison’s home was wonderful. Petal is a little bundle of joy! She’s intelligent, obedient and excellent on and off the lead. A pleasure to walk on the local trails and to keep you company when relaxing at home. Jasmine is a beauty who is best mates with Petal. The two of them wrestling was a surprise but pure fun for each of them and very entertaining. Jasmine was a bit aloof but curious and clearly interested in having a little back scratch every morning. It was a pleasure to meet Alison and a delight to be welcomed into her home. Five star sit in every way!
Jerry was an excellent host and he and Angela have 3 very sweet cats. Angel was the most reserved but he still wanted to be around me when I was home. Sheema and Tobias wanted special pets at times. Jerry and Angela were very welcoming and available if I had any questions. Would love to sit for them again in the future!
