Our little dog loves staying with The Wag Pad team. They really do cherish their guests, a real home from home. I would recommend these kennels to anyone.

What a fabulous kennels! My two girls have spent the last 13 days here. The pictures that have been posted on Facebook have been all the evidence I need to see how happy they have been. I can't recommend the Wag Pad enough. The staff are all fantastic and so caring. Thank you to everyone involved.

Always a great experience. My dog had lost her life partner so we were waiting for a phone call to bring her home. She had a great time and was hand fed when needed

This kennel is amazing. We have tried many options from home boarding to various local kennels and have had various problems. On our first arrival our nervous dog Grace who has never settled with anyone, nipped Jo. We thought we would be sent away. Jo decided to take our 5 dogs and see how they got on. Within a day our dogs were happy and running off lead in the field. We have visited many times now over the last 3 years. We travel a 5 hour round trip from Bristol to board at the Wag Pad and it is worth all that travelling to know our dogs are happy. Thank you Jo Lisa and the team.

Our pack had a great time at the Wag Pad recently. Jo and the team were really accommodating to all 5 of our dogs needs who ages ranged from 3-13 and therefore had varying amounts of energy to let off during their time there. it was the first time that 3 of them had been back into any form of kennels since being rescues from the Dogs Trust and so we were a little apprehensive but the dogs did not look back on their return each evening so it seem we were more worried than they were!!! Thank you for giving us peace of mind.

Sarah and colin were very welcoming, showed us around the kennels very clean, tidy organized. The dogs that they had in were happy.. good clean kennels and play/ and walking areas for the dogs. Thank you for tour and look forward to bringing sky to you..

Our 2 boys had a lovely stay at the Wag Pad. We were really concerned that they would pine, but they obviously had a really nice time. We were even sent Facebook updates with pictures of our boys during their stay. Highly recommended.

We arrived at 'The Wagpad' at about 2pm with our dog for her trial overnight stay prior to a 'provisionally' booked three week stay, to make sure she'd be happy there, however, never got inside the gate,as we'd arrived beyond their morning opening hours (due to unforeseen circumstances)! This admittedly, was my fault, as I hadn't read the opening hours on the website! However, the girl that came to the gate wasn't welcoming, polite or obliging in any way, & told us we had to fill in a booking form (which presumably we had been expected to complete online, but which I could have completed whilst there if she had offered me one. Also we don't live in the immediate area, & albeito only 10 miles away (20 miles round trip) & had made a special journey to get there! (Fuel, time, inconvenience etc)! The kennels may be wonderful, but first impressions always count, & whilst I only wanted to give it a one star rating, I gave it an extra star as I was at fault for not taking note of the opening hours! I'm sorry Wagpad, but I'll be cancelling my 'provisional three week booking & I suggest you give your staff some 'Customer Relations' training!

My dog jumps out of my car wagging her tail, and goes off with Sarah or Lisa very happily. She obviously enjoys her time there!

Our dogs have been staying at Trixie paws from its very start. Since our buddy and Betty passed away we had a pup who has been going to Trixie paws since she was six months old and it has been a second home for her. I know she is safe, well cared for, stimulated, socialised and probably having more fun than us. Charlotte keeps us up to date on what she has been upto. They stay in a beautiful, cosy home as one of the family. Only problem is the sulking we have to cope with when they have to leave. Pippa loves Trixie Paws and so do we.

This field is a lifesaver! Since we started to bring our boy there, he's been such a chilled dog! The space is massive, all fenced, and Charlotte still offers you free poo bags, toys and treats. Our baby boy loves to go there and also us! It's always fun our time in the field!

I love taking my dogs to the field here. They have a really good run and it is so secure.

We had an amazing time. Rides for all ages. Kept lovely and clean and the staff there were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Super friendly to owners and dogs. Great service and helped us out while we were on holiday. 5 stars all the way.

Took my two dogs here for the first time the other day will definitely be a regular visitor perfect environment right on my doorstep and a very reasonable price

I cannot rate Alison enough, she helped us out at the last moment when we were going on holiday. She was friendly and informative when she visited for introductions and we felt instantly happy and reassured that she would look after our dogs. Her passion and care for looking after dogs was evident to see and how much she loved dogs!! We had regular updates and photos when we were away and was able to enjoy and relax on our holiday knowing Alison was at our home caring for my two. My two absolutely loved Alison and she will be their friend forever ❤️. If you want an experienced, committed and caring dog sitter, Alison is your person! I was nervous about asking someone into our home and to care for our boy whilst we were away for a few days. I should not have worried. Alison came to the house and met us all and got to know our dog and was very friendly. I received photographs and updates on how he was and they showed him on walks and being very settled at home, which meant we could relax and enjoy our time away with no worries. We came home to a very happy boy and a report on how he had been whilst we were away, which was also informative and showed how Alison was interested in finding out his ways and ensuring he was also settled and not anxious without us. I cannot recommend her enough and we will be asking her again and again to care for our boy in the future. Thank you. Anne

Dave looked after our 4 dogs whilst we got married and I cannot recommend Barnfield pets highly enough. This was our first time leaving our dogs in someone other than families care so we were a little nervous, but on meeting Dave & Sue, all of our worries disappeared! We received photo updates of the girls looking very relaxed and they were very well looked after whilst we were gone. The booking process was very easy and Alison was lovely to speak with. We have just had Alison of Barnfield Pet Services looking after our three dogs and our home for nearly a month. We cannot speak too highly of the service provided. This was the first time we had left our dogs, and we were concerned how they would react. We were reassured by daily reports and pictures and it was clear that they were enjoying the care and attention being provided. On our return, the dogs and our home were in excellent shape and we wil not hesitate to use Barnfield Pet Services in the future. Highly recommended! We contacted Alison at Barnfield Pet Services looking for a last minute wedding chaperone for our dog. Alison was super helpful & connected us with lovely Pam who came and looked after our dog at our wedding. We had great communication with Pam & Alison before our wedding planning our day. On the day Pam arrived early, and took our dog for a long walk before sprucing him up to come to our ceremony & to be a part of our photos! We didnt have to worry about our dog on the day, Pam had it all in control & we knew he was in great hands. We would recommend Barnfield Pet Services to everyone & wouldn't hesitate to use again for pet services in the future.

Kevin looked after our dogs at our wedding and I cannot recommend him and Barnfield Pet Services enough. He was incredibly conscientious leading up to the ceremony, checking in on all the details and very concerned about making sure the dogs (and we) were comfortable. On the day of he did an amazing job taking care of them. Everything ran smoothly from getting them in their outfits to making sure they were fed, hydrated and happy. He even took the time to interact with the children at our wedding, letting them play with the dogs and teaching them how to interact with animals as one had a fear of dogs. We could not have been more impressed. Having him there to take care of the dogs was one of the best decisions we made. Barnfield were also amazing in getting everything organised quickly, clearly and easily. They provided incredibly prompt and thorough responses to all our questions and the process of getting everything sorted was very easy. I As a dog owner having someone you can trust to take care of the dogs on your big day, bring them over to you for visits, and then take them away to have fun until the next one is a dream. Barnfield Pet Services has given our family a Fantastic service. Beth stayed in our home for 2 weeks and looked after our dog and cat. She was absolutely brilliant and sent us pictures and videos of them regularly and they were so happy. We felt comfortable and had peace of mind every second. When we got back home they were perfectly fine and our house was immaculate. I couldn't have asked for a better person to look after them and we would definitely ask her to come back in the future.

We can't fault our experience of Barnfield Pet Services and our lovely sitter Karen. From my first tentative enquiry Alison answered all my questions and was genuinely interested in our dogs. Karen arrived exuding calm common sense and our two girls loved her! We had a relaxed couple of days away and never once found ourselves fretting. Karen kept us well informed. Very reliable and friendly dog walker and boarder. Lee provides an excellent pick up and drop off service. Our border terrier is always excited to see Lee and clearly enjoys his days out and overnight stays.

Our boy had an amazing time last week at Johnny Whiskers. Lou updated us everyday with videos and photos reassuring us that Copper was happy and settled. He really enjoyed his time there with Lou, her family and doggy friends! He had lots of walks, days out and lots of cuddles 🥰 We highly recommend Johnny Whiskers and would not hesitate sending our boy there again. Thank you so much Lou for taking good care of him ❤️

Lou is absolutely fantastic! She had our spaniel Ruby for the first time for 6 nights in October and its clear from the lovely videos and photos that Ruby had the best time. Lou spent extra time with Ruby trying to get her recall better! She is a magician as now Ruby doesnt need to be on a lead with Lou and recalls to her with ease. Ruby was a little off colour at one point during her stay, but Lou loved her as if she was her own and gave us constant updates. I am forever thankful! Knowing Ruby was in safe hands and having the best holiday was a weight off our minds. Lou truly cares about the dogs she looks after and has amazing facilities and grounds to allow them to have the best time. Ruby will become a regular visitor!

Our little Cavvie, Beau has just come back from his 2nd stay at JW and he loves it. Lou is great with him and he loves to play with his fellow doggy guests. Regular pics and videos have us in fits at his antics so we have no worries at all about him when he's in her care. She's also a really good groomer and Beau's returned bathed and trimmed, looking great and totally worn out ! Highly recommended 😁

Lou is a marvel and our dog Nell loves spending time with her and the extended Whiskers family. Lou knows just the right way to spread her love, kindness and care, equally among all the dogs she looks after, whilst being able to make individual dogs (and their owners😄) feel special, irrespective of their needs or personalities. We always leave Nell at Johnny Whiskers knowing she’s in very safe hands xx

I have a 14 year old dalmatian. She is very precious to me. I don’t like to leave her. I had to take my husband to a family funeral in London and really didn’t know what to do with Millie. She needs lots of care and special attention which a normal kennel setting wouldn’t be able to provide. She also needs to be protected around young and more boisterous dogs. I had almost given up when I heard about Lou. I could not believe that she was fully prepared to take Millie on, especially at such short notice. She took Millie into her home and gave her very special care, even getting up one night to check she was comfortable! She sent me lots of reassuring photos and videos so I didn’t have to worry at all. It really was a home from home. I still can’t believe my luck. Thank you so, so much Lou 🥰

Lou is an absolute 5 star wonder where dogs are concerned, and there is no one I’d rather leave our dear Dr Watson with for daycare or holidays. He simply loves her, having been cared by Lou from a pup, and justifiably so - she knows dogs well and is 100% attentive to their every need. She even made him a Christmas stocking!

Lou is an absolute wonderful person who loves my girls as much as I do. Rada and Willow get so excited when we are on the way to Lou’s for their weekly daycare and when I collect them they are happy tired girls. I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Lou and her amazing family of humans and dogs to look after them. Thank you for loving Rada and Willow so much.

We have a first generation rescue Foxhound with a massive prey drive. It goes without saying he is not a "regular pet" Lou and I spoke at length about his needs and on our first meeting she took time to show us around her incredible set up and socialize Beau with her dogs. Lou has spent time building a fantastic relationship up with Beau gradually over time to the point where we all felt that he was ready to trial an overnighter. He passed with flying colours and is as at home with Lou and her family as he is with us. The pictures and videos she sends are a true joy to watch and we can see how happy he is with her. Her attention to detail regarding his needs and ensuring that the mix of dogs she has at any one time are faultless. I can honestly say she's the best dog boarder we've ever had and I'm so glad we found her.

Our almost 5 year old spaniel Mara had never stayed with anyone before so we are so lucky to have found such an amazing home from home for her with Lou. Mara settled in with her and her family and was so relaxed and happy, which meant that we were able to leave her with no concerns. We know that she had plenty of exercise and stimulation and Lou kept us up to date with all that was happening with texts and photos. We would have no hesitation in recommending Johnny Whiskers and Lou for the very best dog care.

Lou looked after our 5 year old Jack Russel, Tilly for the last few months whilst we were house hunting in the area. Tilly absolutely loves going and is so eager to see Lou that she jumps out of the car and runs to her when we arrive. Lou treats Tilly as if it were her own and posts regular updates of what they are doing on her Facebook page. When I pick Tilly up at the end of the day, she is worn out with all the interaction she gets with Lou's dogs and other guests that have been in. I can wholeheartedly recommend "Johnny Whiskers" to anyone who wants peace of mind that their dog is being well looked after and nurtured.

Will only board dogs that have been spade or neutered. Very disappointed as told ot was a legal requirement. It is not required but is recommended.

I was very anxious placing our 4 year old dog in kennels for the first time, but Tracey couldn’t have been more kind and reassuring :) The focus at Bogmoor definitely seems to be the dogs and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. Happy and relaxed dog left in their care, and that’s exactly what we collected on our return from holiday. Thank you so much Tracey! :)

Newly re-opened (2022) kennels. Lovely owner made us feel confident and our dog very welcome. Great surroundings for dogs with plenty of good walking. Very thorough booking process, clean kennels with good size outdoor run.

Kim is a life saver! She’s the kindest most lovely person and always comes to collect our crazy pup with a calm smile. Oskar is definitely a handful but Kim handles him so well - I wouldn’t trust anyone else with him but know he’ll always have the best time with her - so much so that actually he doesn’t want to come home! So glad to have found Kim. couldn’t recommend more highly.

Lovely people. Winston our dog hadn't stayed anywhere else when we decided to let him stay. He was in wonderful hands, our apprehension at him being away was without grounds. Winston was well looked after, he was happy when we picked him up and I have no problem with him staying there at all, in fact I think it'll be good for him! I can't praise them highly enough, I'd not leave my four legged family member anywhere else.

I really can not recommend Anna, Andrew and Breddon Kennels enough. They looked after my babies as if they were their own. I got to introduce my two dogs to them before their stay and when I picked them up they were happy to see me but I know they so enjoyed their stay. My Oscar, how is exceptional shy, had warmed to them and that made my heart melt. I can’t thank them enough and I’m so pleased to have found them. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring temporary home for their family members/babies.

I have had dogs all my life and have always put my dogs in kennels this is one of the best very caring and friendly lovely field for the dogs to run round in and ruby my springer spaniel is always happy to see everyone .

My 5 dogs stayed there for a week. Well looked after and seemed really happy. They are obviously true doggy people.
