Nora was fabulous with my dog and treated her like her own. I’d be delighted to have her back anytime!

William and Caitlyn came to our house with their family to sit for Suzy, our 12-year-old dog who has some health issues. They are a nice couple, and we spent a couple of hours together in the afternoon before we left, talking over Suzy's routine and leaving them printed, detailed instructions about feeding, walking, and how long to leave her alone. However, on the first day, they did not adhere to our guidelines, leaving Suzy alone for 8 hours instead of the maximum 5-6, and not walking her for over 24 hours. Our neighbors reported excessive barking, and we confirmed this through our doorbell camera and door sensor. They mentioned that Suzy was refusing to go out, but instead of convincing her or picking her up as we showed them, they just left her inside. After discussing these issues with them, we believe the care improved from the second day. Despite the better attention thereafter, the initial lapse was concerning, leaving us with a stressful couple of days during our holiday. Because of that, we cannot provide a full 5-star rating but appreciate their responsiveness to our feedback.

This was our first time having Richard and Adrienne sit for us and we are so glad they did! We were impressed they came out prior to the sit to meet our cat and get information about our house and location. On the day of our departure they arrived punctually, at the time they said they would. Richard alleviated any concerns our first day away about Porter, when he sent a picture of our cat laying on his lap! They kept in touch with a couple of text messages and photos, which we appreciated, so we knew things were going well. They took great care of our house and fireplace while we were away. When we arrived home our house was immaculate. In fact, I would say it was cleaner and more organized than when we left. We would recommend Richard & Adrienne to anyone and would love to have them come back for another sit!

Daren was my first male housesitter and I was pleasantly surprised. In the past, I only picked women because I could trust their standards of cleanliness would mesh with mine. Daren left my condo looking great and did the laundry before he left. His communication was great and the cats were very happy. He even kept all my balcony plants alive during a record-breaking heatwave! (No easy feat.) I recommend him highly.

Raushan is an amazing person. From the start of our communications, I was so comfortable with her. I picked her up in Cartagena, and we didn't stop chatting. I felt as though I'd known her for years. We had regular updates, and our boys were obviously so happy and settled with her. We came home to a spotlessly clean apartment, which is no mean feat with me. I obsess over cleaning. If we could have her back every time we go away, I would be so happy and content. Raushan is one of the world's genuinely lovely people. She's intelligent, kind and great company. Our boys were perfectly content, and I think that Jack fell in love! If you have Raushan caring for your pets, you're very lucky.

Forrester provided exceptional care for Scotch during the three weeks of dog sitting. His regular updates were not only informative but also showed a genuine care for Scotch's well-being, keeping us informed and reassured throughout. Moreover, his attention to leaving the house clean upon departure speaks volumes about his professionalism and respect for your space. Forrester's responsible and considerate approach makes him a top choice and I would highly recommend him.

Aidan and Marcy took very good care of our dog and cat. They were very committed and the entire process went very well . We were very happy to have them. I definetly recommend them.

Kee was a great houseguest (I think he left our home cleaner than we left it even) and more importantly, he was a great dog-sitter. He sent photos and updates every day and looked as though he took Frigo on good adventures every day so our little guy wasn’t at all short of attention. We’d be happy to have Kee as a dog-walker or dog-sitter again!

Michelle did an outstanding job with our Yula and left our home very tidy. We would love to have her back anytime! Thank you Michelle.

We are so pleased with Liliana's care of our dogs and house. She was able to adapt her care to their very distinct personalities. Due to an old injury, Sage started to limp, and Liliana noticed and contacted me right away. We adapted the daily routine. Because of Liliana quick action response, Sage is doing very well . We came back from vacation to two relaxed dogs and very tidy and clean house.

Anika & Alex were great - communicated well, sent pics of the pets, and took great care of our place and our pets. I knew they were great when Addie went back to them as they were leaving for one more pet! We will definitely invite them back!
