Butch and Sundance are two of the most lovable boys that you will ever meet. I was greeted at the door with tailwags and lots of kisses, which continued all weekend. If you want lots of cuddles, then these boys are for you. Amy was delightful to work with and left all of the info and prepared food that I would need to take care of her babies. I highly recommend this sit with Butch and Sundance.
I had a lovely time staying at Gills house over Christmas with her gorgeous pup Mabel. The house was warm, comfortable and is located in a gorgeous village. Mabel was a dream to look after. She is one of the sweetest dogs I’ve met who loves cuddles, people, and walks!
Very good sitting experience with two lovely bunnies in central Riga. Elke was very helpful providing all the info I needed about the apartment, the places where I could find good greens for the bunnies and lots of tourist information which allowed me to discover this beautiful city. The apartment is in a very modern building, well located in the middle of the city, close to the beautiful old town. The bunnies are great, except you need to keep an eye on Cyndi at all times, just a few minutes looking away while preparing their food or yours and she might be on the couch, chewing merrily on the cushions! But they are real darlings and so cute. I would recommend this sit with great pets in a very nice city.
Carmen and Jack's place was in a great part of Seattle in the Ballard district. Easy to walk to great restaurants and cafes, and also easy access to public transportation. Carmen was a very responsive host and easy to communicate with. The apartment was cozy and clean, and Peanut the kitty was absolutely precious. Peanut is quite talkative and will definitely tell you what he needs. He goes out into the backyard while wearing a harness, which you attach an expandable leash to, and he loves to scour the yard for bugs. I really enjoyed my time there, and I would definitely love to sit for Peanut again.
We had such a wonderful time looking after the lovely dogs, they were friendly and easy to take care of. The house is amazing and it was such a treat to call our home for four days. Susie and Andy couldn’t have been nicer, they were friendly, helpful and all round lovely people. A thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing sit.
Barbara and Andrew have a great home on a quiet street and very convenient to Newton Center. A nice yard for relaxing and perfect for playing with their dog Maple. Maple is a ball of energy and super sweet. He quickly took to me, cuddling and following me around. There are several great parks and conservation areas nearby, that became part of our daily walks. I was there three weeks and Barbara and Andrew were great, very responsive in their communication. Their house was very comfortable and had everything I needed for cooking.

It was the first time we put our rescued 11 month old dog at a kennel and were a bit nervous about how he would take it. Happy to say he did great and was very well cared for! He was happy and cheerful and made a lot of friends at lone pine both human and canine!!
I’ve been bringing my dogs here for almost 15 years. I’ve had large and small dogs - all have loved coming here for long stays. The staff has changed but is always top-notch, kind and loving. My dogs never return smelling bad or unhappy. This is a great place!
We have moved a few hours away from the area but when possible, we leave our dog Birdie at Lone Pine Kennels when we travel. She is well-cared for, treated like family, and always seems happy to return. We are comfortable leaving her at Lone Pine because of the lovely folks who work here and the access to play time with the other dogs.
This is our "go to" kennel for Carter, our labradoodle. We used it when we lived in Harrison and now that we've moved to Armonk. Carter loves staying at Lone Pine - he jumps right out of the car, and the staff is always kind and caring. Plus getting him bathed is exceptionally convenient and well-priced. We've only used other kennels when we haven't been able to get a slot at Lone Pines, and it's just not the same elsewhere.
Our dogs love it here, as soon as they enter the door they Jump all over the staff in joy. Can tell they take great care of the dogs!!

I can’t say enough good things about Buddy’s Parking Lot! I’m so grateful I found this place for my dog Valentino, a 2 1/2-year-old Pomeranian, who has been going here since he was a puppy. After moving and trying several other daycares, it’s clear that none compare to Buddy’s. Valentino is never as excited as he is when he gets to Buddy’s Parking Lot, and his happiness shows every time I pick him up. The staff is incredibly friendly and caring, and I can tell they truly love what they do. Valentino has never suffered any injuries here, unlike other daycares we’ve tried. I highly recommend Buddy’s to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and loving environment for their dog! Thank you to all the staff Valentino loves you!
We absolutely love Buddy's! The staff love our Honey, and she loves them right back! She flies out of the car when we arrive and has to be carried to the car during pickup. Within just two visits, the staff know us by heart and treat her so kindly. Special shout-out to the grooming service, they did a beautiful job with her and even surprised us with just the cutest little bows.
Buddy's was recommended to us by our dog trainer after we were having bad experiences with another local daycare and I cannot say enough good things about this place. All the handlers know the dogs by name and I can tell the staff take the time to get to know the dogs and interact with them which gives me confidence in the safety of the establishment. Our dog Sophie gets so excited when we tell her she is going to daycare and comes home exhausted after such a fun day of play. We've only boarded her overnight once but she seemed to do well with it and I love that she's able to snuggle with the handlers!
I'm thrilled to share that Buddy's Barking Lot is truly the best cage-free doggy daycare in Westchester! My rescue pup, Barack, a 13-year-old Labrador mix who struggles with anxiety, absolutely adores this place. The caring staff and stress-free environment have worked wonders for my furry friend. My dog loves going there but there are several things they could improve on. There is a lack of communication when it comes to emergencies. My puppy caught influenza from another dog there and they continued to allow symptomatic sick dogs to attend. Lastly, he has thrown up feces, so there is a hygiene concern.
I have recently started taking my Golden Retriever to Buddy’s. He jumps out of the car and struts in happily on his own, and is always excited when I pick him up. His exercise tracker tells me he plays all day while there. Happy to have found a daycare where he’s outdoors and not kenneled.
My Goldendoodle has been going here since she was 15 weeks old. She is now 2 1/2. I love this place. I know when I drop her off she is in good hands. She is always happy to go inside and that says it all. I also use their grooming service. Karen does a famtastic job and is done in 2 hours and my girl is 65 lbs and her ears and tail can be challenging as they tend to mat.
We drop our dog there for any length of time (within their long hours), whenever we need doggy daycare. Never need to call ahead for drop off or pickup and never a worry. The owners and staff are amazing. They also board. I will not have my dog "play" anywhere else.
Karen always does an amazing job when grooming Simba, you can tell how she genuinely loves her job and loves pets. I have been to other grooming places and he has never felt as comfortable as he does here. Highly recommended, great quality and great pricing !
We were going overseas for 2 weeks and our pet sitter backed out. My son was worried about his Bearded Dragon, Xerxes. Jeff was available at short notice for us to come and "ok" the spot that Xerxes would have while we were away. He was very understanding with a nervous 14 year old! When we came back to drop her off, he had even researched more info online about Bearded Dragons - she was his first one! While we were away he texted pics and updates. He had to cut fresh food daily and remember to turn on and off different lights/heaters each morning and evening. Jeff was wonderful and saved the day. Xerxes did great and we were able to enjoy our trip. Thanks Jeff!! We will definitely use Preppy Pet again!
Our Jack Russell rescue is an active, high energy dog, who needed to learn basic commands and also how to play with other dogs. We've been bringing him to Jeff every Saturday for about six months for socialization and basic training. Our little buddy has become much less aggressive with other dogs and now sits without me having to tell him to! We bring him up to Preppy Pet (from the Bronx!) every week because we know he. Is. Loved, trained and has a great time! We’ve also used the boarding services. Jeff’s prices are great and the service can’t be beat! Jeff is flexible and he and the staff truly care about the dogs. If your dog needs a day to run around and play and “just be a dog”, bring him to Jeff. Your pooch will come home, drink from his bowl and call it a night! 🐾🐶🐾

Preppy Pet (Orangeburg location, formerly located in Nanuet) has made a huge impression on me and my husband. After searching high and low to find a trusting place to board our sweet female German shepherd, handsome male German shepherd, and smiley male Golden Retriever we decided on Preppy Pet. From the first initial phone call, they were very patient when answering our list of questions and concerns. They were very reassuring and made us feel that we are bringing our dogs to a place that will treat them like their own. The drop off was very smooth, as Jeff and his staff took our dogs in one by one to get used to their temporary home for the next several weeks. Jeff (who is the owner) spent as much time as we needed going through the specific feeding directions for our three dogs, as one of our German shepherds needs special medication administered in order for her body to properly digest her food. Shortly after drop off, Jeff and his staff would send us videos and photos of our dogs. I could tell they were having a great time from the start, by their ear to ear smiles and wagging tails. I knew we had chosen the best place for our dogs to be well cared for. You can tell that the staff truly loves animals. The love and compassion could be felt right through the videos. I am so happy we chose Preppy Pet to board our 3 dogs, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for services that they offer. (They also offer services such as grooming, and day care!) Boarding your animals is never easy, but Preppy Pet made it so much better for us. They are very reasonably priced, they are very honest, and they have the best team! Thank you to everyone at Preppy Pet! We will be returning in the future! 5 + stars!!!!
my dogs Daisy and Tippy came here multiple times for boarding day care and baths the staff was great! and very kind they did a great job with the bath and nail clippings and even sent me pictures!
My baby boy loves going to daycare here! Whenever he realizes we are on the way he howls and howls. Once we arrive he drags me to the door. He love being able to play with other pups. Preppy Pet is the only daycare, boarding, and grooming provider that we would choose.
I’ve been boarding my two dogs, Nigel and Lily at Preppy Pet over the last few years. Jeff has always been super reliable and accommodating. Each time I pick the dogs up they are happy, well fed, and tired from playing. When I drop them off to stay at preppy pet they don’t even look back, they are so excited to return to hang out with their friend Jeff & co. We will definitely miss them as we move out of state but are happy to know how loved and cared for Nigel & Lily were during their many stays at Preppy Pet.

We have been dropping our pit bull Cocoa at Preppy Pup for around a year now. People get nervous when they see pit bulls and unfairly judge them based on their reputations (not going to call out any other day cares in the area by name…….). That is not the case with Jeff and the staff at Preppy Pup. The whole team treats Cocoa for who she is, a very loving, happy and playful girl who doesn’t have an aggressive bone in her body….though she still has endless amounts of puppy energy! Cocoa is always so excited to go. When we ask her “do you want to go see Jeff today?” she instantly “smiles” and shakes her butt and when we pick her up she is completely exhausted from a day of play!
Our two dachshunds have had many wonderful stays with Preppy Pet! Preppy Pet owner, Jeff, gave great care to our senior dogs, making sure to follow all best practices for keeping them healthy and safe. They really love all pets and all feel welcome. With typical boarding structure, filled with many dogs, cats, and others, you will probably smell the clients, that's a good thing-no toxic disinfectants or perfumes, you can leave your pets with ease of mind, they are safe and in good company!
Georgie loves going to Pleasant Paws. He comes home after a day at the "inn", happy, healthy and exhausted from playing! This is a family run clean daycare and they love and care for my boy! The pictures are Georgie hanging in the backyard where the dogs play !
Great place to leave your dog for a day or board for longer stays. My boy Blue absolutely loves this place, sometimes I think more than home with us. He gets a great workout with his buddies and is exhausted when I pick him up. Billy knows dogs and I trust him immensely with our pup.
Our dog Hudson loves going to Pleasant Paws Inn. Julie and Joe are terrific! They take good care of our pup. We feel very comfortable bringing Hudson there for daycare and boarding overnight. Great family-run place!

I would give them 20 stars, if I could. I only wish I had found Pleasant Paws Inn sooner! My dog is a bit on the anxious side and I have never been comfortable with the idea of boarding him in a typical kennel environment. It is clear that everyone at Pleasant Paws has a genuine love for the animals in their care and importantly, they are fantastic about communicating with me while my pup is there. The best thing I can say is that every time I have brought Finnegan there, he is happy to go and every time I pick him up, he is happy to come home. Perfect <3 !
Pleasant Paws has been our dog Fiona’s home away from home for a little over a year now. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces are clean and well- maintained and the outdoor play area is spacious and allows the dogs to run, play and exercise together. Most importantly, Julie and her staff are kind, caring and attentive - they are tuned in to each dog’s personality and make a real effort to accommodate their needs and behaviors. Fiona loves being there, and I love being able to look on FB on the days that she is there and see pictures of her throughout the day! We are always confident that she is well taken care of when we leave her at Pleasant Paws, and that has given us enormous peace of mind.

Our dog Clover has gone to Julie and Pleasant Paws Inn for nearly 3 years now. Clover loves it there, whether for daycare or boarding. She can't wait to get out of the car and be with them for the day or the weekend. In particular, it has been such a relief for us to know they're available whenever there has been a family emergency. They're so responsive and ready to take Clover on short notice. We never have to worry.
Julie and the staff at Pleasant Paws are the best in the business. Our boxer puppy Cooper spends two days a week at daycare there. When I pick him up after work he is exhausted and happy from playing all day long! Just this past weekend Cooper spent Friday through Monday at PPI while we were away on a weekend trip. Cooper did GREAT! We got to see pictures of him playing with his friends on Facebook while we were away. When I picked him up on Monday I couldn't even get him out of the car he was snoring so loud! It was so nice to know that even though we missed Cooper while we were away he was well taken care of and didn't seem to miss us too much! I’m so relieved to have found them! They helped us out in a pinch early on in my puppy’s life and now they are our go to. We had to use another place one weekend that our dog hated so much that he wouldn’t get in the car for the next trip. Once we arrived at Dan’s place (instead of the other) my puppy was visibly relieved and charged for the entrance. He LOVES it here. Cameras are a nice touch. Staff is excellent. 10/10

Pampered Paws is the best! I can’t say enough nice things about Dan and his crew. They are amazing. They offer grooming, boarding, and doggie daycare. Each service is exceptional! We are thrilled to have a place that is so clean and everyone is nice and caring. Our dog Franny absolutely loves going there. No goodbyes or sad faces when we drop her off, she’s like “see-ya later” and leaves us while she is running inside. This makes my heart happy. Most importantly, I know Franny is safe, happy and gets lots of love there. She comes home from daycare and boarding relaxed and content. I know that when Franny is at Pampered Paws she is getting the best care and love. Period. Thank you Dan, Shannon, Marcos and other team members! Franny loves you guys!
I sent my puppy there for the first time this weekend. they were so nice such good people, my dog loved it, I was a little worried since my dog didn't get along with other dogs so well. but wonders ever since I picked him up he's a new puppy so friendly and fun I take him to the parks and he loves playing with other dogs now. he is such a different and better dog. I definitely recommend this place as #1 they're so good with the dogs and the dogs loves it,
The best compliment is that Murphy loves it As soon as I turn the corner he wants to jump out the car. This is Murphy’s weekend spot. The staff is amazing they are so nice and professional and Dan is absolutely amazing best groomer in Rockland he caught an ear infection early on and saved me a costly vet bill Dan is caring, compassionate and runs a great day. Care/kennel/grooming. Again if Murphy is happy that speaks volumes!!!!!!😍
Pampered Paws is an outstanding place! I have a dog that gets nervous about grooming but Dan and his staff make my dog feel comfortable. He always comes back happy and looking perfect! Thankfully, Dan noticed an issue with my dog's back leg recently which led us right to the vet. A diagnosis of Anaplasma (a tick born disease) was treated with antibiotics. Dan noticed it before anyone in my family did. Dan pays tremendous attention to all of the dogs and was instrumental in keeping my dog healthy. Thank you Dan!!! There is no one better!!!
Thank you Pampered Paws My difficult dog Lionel, finally found a place where he is happy. Dan and his staff took the time and had endless patience to deal with his seperation issues and fear of other dogs. They went above and beyond to ensure he was settled in, calm and safe. They never gave up on him. Lionel and I are incredibly grateful for their obvious love and dedication to the dogs under their care.
Best place ever!! I'm usually skeptical about where I leave my dog but she had the best time and they took really good care of her so I can go to the yankee game. My favorite hotel allows dogs and now I know she don't have to be lonely. I will definitely come back and I recommend this lovely place to everyone. Just leave me a space.
The staff is SO amazing, the place is very clean.Our puppy had the most incredible time!! Super trustworthy and Just the best!! Highly recommend! I had a 3 month old puppy and had to go away. I was very nervous. Dan the owner completely put me at ease. He was so accommodating. He always texted me right back. There were web cameras in facility so I could monitor my baby. I was sent little videos to ensure his well-being. I even got to face time him. The facility was also convenient and easy to find. There are woods and a trail behind the center for walks. Also, because I had to leave him a few days I received a free wash and nail clipping. Cannot recommend enough! I will definitely use again!!!
Absolute best place! They have caring people taking care of your loving pet! My dog loves being there and loves hanging out with the staff all day. Only a few months after a total hip replacement I trusted them with my dog and they took great care of him. I will always use them!
My puppy had the experience of a lifetime at Wipe Your Paws! They took such amazing care of her! She gets nervous around loud noises and they were so gentle and able to work through it. My Pup looks beautiful! Her haircut is so perfect. The groomer was able to recreate my vision- we didn’t want much cut, just a “clean-up” and they did exactly that! The oatmeal bath left my pup soft and smelling so good! Beyond the wonderful haircut- the facility was extremely clean and sanitary. You would never guess dogs come in and out every day. The staff was so Kind and accommodating. The owner is a wonderful person with a vast knowledge about dogs and their behavior! She runs an incredible operation. We can’t wait to bring our ouch back!
I recently had an atrocious experience with "Wipe Your Paws Grooming." My friend went through a nightmare when she picked up her dog, only to be handed a completely different dog. Despite her insisting, the staff kept saying “it is your dog” and made her feel like she was crazy. They even put her dog's collar on the wrong dog! When I took my own dog there, they called me not long after dropping him off, complaining that he was growling at the workers. So we had to drive a hour back to pick him up. This was shocking as my dog is the sweetest boy ever and loves everyone. Their lack of patience and professionalism was glaring. Fast forward 5 months, I took my dog to Pooch Parlor Dog Grooming in Briarcliff, New York. These professionals groomed the very same "aggressive" dog without any issues. They mentioned he got a little nervous, which is common, but they calmed him down successfully. Pooch Parlor was everything Wipe Your Paws wasn’t – professional, patient, and truly caring. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Wipe Your Paws Grooming at all costs. Here is Cooper after going to Pooch Palor. they did a great job. Never Come to this DUMP

My little Bichon Frise/Mini Poodle mix is not only the love of my life, but he is also very high maintenance when it comes to his haircuts! We have been going to Wipe Your Paws for a few years now and I’d never take him anywhere else! Customer service is great and I trust them wholeheartedly when leaving Charlie in their care. They make not only myself, but Charlie feel safe and he looks absolutely amazing every time I pick him up!

Don’t get me wrong. The facility is gorgeous and everyone that works or so nice although my dog might’ve been a little nippy, I would think they would know how to control him better underneath on his backside he has multiple areas where they’ve noticed that they’ve gotten way too close to his skin to points where their red marks, especially behind the ears and near his bottom. That my dog keeps liking No, although he was biting, he might’ve been biting for that reason. my dog never bite with the original groomer and only went here because I heard good reviews and my groomer sick will not be coming back. And they claimed he had an ear infection and 100 bucks later in the vet to find out he doesn’t have one i am editing this two days later his tail looks like a rat which was bot needed and his bottom side has become bright pink and keeps licking it in pain
HORRIBLE. worst experience i've ever had in my life. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!!! Edit: if you hired more experienced groomers instead of those who get certified online with no real experience you’d know better how to handle a puppy. but instead you come on here blaming the dog for your inexperience. You were given strict instructions as this was our puppy's first haircut and those were completely ignored. with the staff looking on their phones more than their dogs it's no surprise such mistakes were made. however, instead of rectifying the situation, you met us with rude, obnoxious behavior. truly disappointing get your act together instead of a classless response. me and other reviewers can agree DO NOT GO HERE UNPROFESSIONAL.

Stephanie is amazing at taking care of animals. I have had others watch my cats with some issues. Not Stephanie! She was able to find my senior cat and hand pill him 2 times a day. She visited 3 times a day, giving him lots of pets and attention. She ran my tub faucet for him. She misted our hermit crab too! She sent us frequent updates on our trip that put our mind at ease. Our 15 year old cat was in the best hands with her! We highly recommend Stephanie for pet care. She is the best!
I am so relieved to have found Stefanie to care for my 2 cats when I am away. She is very attentive to them. She keeps me updated on her visits with adorable photos. My cats aren't stressed when I come home either, so I know that she is doing a great job!
Fabulous, loving, fun, generous, and so many more wonderful words come to mind when describing the experience we have had with Stephanie. Max, our now 12 year old Wheaton terrier has boarded with Stephanie and her family many short and long stays over the past few years. He has always been treated as if it were his own home and came back to us happy and healthy. Stephanie sends pics and videos everyday of max playing with her adorable and sweet French bulldog Lucy in the house, in the backyard, taking walks, and just relaxing. She is incredibly caring and careful about food and medicine, allergies, picky eating habits etc. And Stephanie has always been very flexible about drop off, pick up and last minute timing changes. We feel so calm and comfortable that max is happy and safe and are thrilled that we found this wonderful second home for him.
My husband and I have 3 cats and have been using Stefanie and Creature Comforts for over 2 years almost exclusively. She’s incredibly responsive, sends updates and pictures after each visit, and really cares about our pets. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone in the area.
Stef is the best, and has been walking our dog for over 4 years. She is trustworthy, dependable and flexible. We also use her dog boarding services and it definitely gives us peace of mind when we go on vacation. She’s always sending us photos and videos to let us know our dog is safe and happy. I highly recommend her services.

Taylor and her team did such a great job grooming our newly adopted Pomeranian Juniper! Taylor took her time to talk to us about how we would like our dog to look and she kept in touch during the grooming to let us know when she would be ready. We are so happy overall and will be back!
I first started going to Taylor when she was at PetSmart awhile back and when she left we were devastated and so was my pup Harley. You can only imagine how excited I was when I found out she opened her own place. She is AMAZING!!!! The only groomer Harley has gone to that he comes back from happy and not acting weird (and looking even cuter)🥰 THE BEST!
We love it here! Both me and my little guy. Taylor is professional, accommodating, does a great job and the dogs love her! She’s so wonderful with my guy that his tail starts wagging when we pull into the parking lot. Highly recommend!!
I recently took my Goldendoodle Cody here. I was nervous because he can be a handful. But they were wonderful. They were professional and easygoing. They did a fantastic job. He looks great. They said he behaved which means they were gentle with him. Our whole family thinks this is his best cut in a long time. So glad I found them.

You guys did such a great job!!! I am so happy with how she turned out I was quoted $95-$110 for my shihpoo she usually goes every 7 weeks for a groom and she grows so fast I can barely keep up with brushing and I’m glad she didn’t have to be shaved down and wasn’t matted I ended up paying $120 for the amazing work you girls did and it was worth every Penny!
