Ruth is wonderful and warm; she made my partner and I feel so welcomed in her home while we took care of her two older kitties and was responsive when we had questions or troubleshooting to do. The cats have sweet and talkative personalities when they're not napping. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach very much.
Was a pleasure hanging with Gallagher a very independent and friendly little fella that loved going for walks and hanging out. Brian & Claire were excellent hosts providing detailed instructions and always available by text whenever needed. Enjoyed my stay! Thanks you guys!
The most amazing cat/housesit ever! Leta couldn't have made me feel more welcome! She is amazing and her flat great! Her cats, Zoë and Charlie are the best! I fell in love with both of them right away and spend a lot of time cuddling them. They are also super easy to look after. After letting them outside, they always come back with ease. One of my favourite sits - Julia & Sam are a really lovely couple whom i was lucky enough to meet beforehand. It was a real pleasure to sit for them at their beautiful home in Wandsworth. The house is just lovely and very comfortable, the guest room on the top floor with ensuite was just perfect. They even very generously left me a bag of goodies from the local deli - a really sweet touch. The house is in the centre of Wandsworth Town, which has a village feel with pedestrianised roads, lots of lovely shops and cafes and super quick access to the train station. Nearby is the Southside shopping centre for your bigger shopping needs. And now to the cats! Xena and Lara are basically just the most adorable and gorgeous fluff balls! They are ridiculously cute and sweet - I loved them!! My favourite little Stalkers as they love to follow you around the house :-) Getting to know them and their different personalities was such a treat and watching them interact together was just adorable. All in all this was a perfect sit and I'd sit for them again in a heartbeat - highly recommend! (And PS Julia: I'm so sorry it has taken me so long to leave the review - i did not realise that you could not leave reviews if you did not have an active subscription and mine ran out shortly afterwards, then has taken me ages this year to get around to catching up with them! Hope you guys are well! Xx)
Oliver and Maggie are absolute sweethearts! It was a joy to hang out with them throughout the plethora of lounging options available in Amy and Dan's beautiful home. The screened-in back porch area was the perfect morning coffee area, and the neighborhood was quiet with sidewalks for nice leisurely strolls. Amy and Dan were gracious hosts and their home was so comfortable. That guest room bed was a dream! Highly recommend taking these two humans up on any offer to hang out with these two kitties.
I genuinely enjoyed every part of my sit for Erica and her kitty Val! From the start Erica was open and welcoming, and was kind to let me come before the sit to meet Val and go over things around her place. She provided everything I would need for a comfortable stay and so much more, including great suggestions on things to check out in the city and other places to stay in my travels. Valentino is one of the best cats I’ve had the pleasure of caring for. He’s such a sweet kitty and very unique. He loved cuddles in the morning and evening, even slept under the covers! Val loved to be brushed and have some daily play. He was always there to greet me when coming back and was all around amazing company for my time there. Last but not least, Erica’s apartment was a dream. It was extremely comfortable and felt like home. I enjoyed some of the rainy days just hanging out there with Val and enjoying the space. Overall it just feels really good. On top of that you couldn’t ask for a better location in San Francisco! I didn’t drive my car once in the 10 days I was there. You can walk everywhere and easily get around the city with the public transit. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had in a pet/house sit, and really in my travels all together. I’m grateful to have connected with Erica and to have had the opportunity to care for Val and her beautiful space. I hope I get the chance to come back again in the future! Thanks so much Erica!
