Aww Nikki and Ry are the best. Such a kind and gentle family who are the most respectful and generous hearts. We would have them back in a heartbeat. They loved our pets as we love them and clearly Sadie amd Ralph have been cared for and happy. Nikki and Ry left our house cleaner than we did ourselves. They even cleaned our oven!!! We came back home to happy and well looked after animals and house and garden were perfect. Thank you Chris and Suzie, you have been amazing and I am sure Eden is missing you. You are always welcome back!

Mandalay took great care of our 3 cats and house whilst we were away. All the cats loved her and they got lots of attention and cuddles!

Katie and Ben are lovely housesitters. They came the evening before we left and we all had dinner together and shared a drink. They are so easy going and chatty, it was great getting to know them a little bit before we left. Their love of dogs is clear and they really took to Wicket. He was exhausted when we got back from all his adventures. They took great care of the house while we were away and stripped the bed etc… before leaving. I would highly recommend them.

Liz and Stuart were dream sitters. We felt very relaxed leaving Leo and the house with them. Leo was very happy when we returned and the house just as we left it. Thanks so much. We will definitely as them to sit again.

Hi this is the second time Danielle has looked after Tilly. She is a lovely, caring person and Tilly is very happy when Danielle looks after her. Daniel ensures she has lovely walks and lots of cuddles which Tilly loves. She regularly sends us updates and photographs. I would highly recommend her for any future sits.

Deb and Gray were fantastic sitters and helpfully communicative from the start. They looked after our dogs extremely well and left our house immaculate. They are friendly, responsible, kind and reliable. Would heartily recommend them.

Shannon and Ryan were fantastic! Communication was excellent and they took time to understand our black lab Islay's needs and asked appropriate questions when they visited before the sit to get to know us and the house. They helped out by looking after the pool and plants while we were away and left the house spotless. They were entirely self-sufficient and didn't contact us with any problems while we were away. We felt completely confident in Shannon and Ryan before leaving and this was only confirmed by their communication and care for both Islay and our home. Any future sits will be lucky to have them. Juliet, Lawrence and their daughter Martha were the ultimate house-sitters. There are literally not enough stars to signify how amazing they were. They are an absolutely delightful family and we all (including the pets) felt instantly at ease with them during our first video chat and when they arrived to sit for us we were delighted to find that they were equally lovely in person. Whilst we were away, they kept us updated with loads of wonderful photos to reassure us that our pets were all being lovingly cared for. We arrived home to a spotlessly clean house, a beautifully watered garden, a relaxed and happy dog and three immaculately groomed cats (much better than when I'd left them!). And lovely Martha had even made us a delicious batch of brownies to welcome us home. I would highly recommend Juliet and Lawrence, and I would welcome them back any time.

Cindy communicated very well and was able to pop by before we left which made the process very easy. Both boys loved her, even the shy one! The house was left clean and tidy and the boys were happy. Would highly recommend and invite to sit again.

It was an absolute pleasure to welcome Sophie, Rikki and their adorable little girl, Nellie into our home. They are the perfect housesitters, capable, caring, thorough, organised and just very likeable people. From the initial video call with Sophie, I got along really well with her and just knew that she would be brilliant. She identified that it must take a huge leap of faith to hand over your home and your pets to almost total strangers and go off on holiday for two weeks! Her empathy meant a lot to me. Nellie is a delightful, gentle and sweet little girl and she was very good around the dogs. I believe she and Darcy formed a strong bond. Communication with Sophie beforehand and during the sit was excellent. We had a brief in person hand over before we left and both Sophie and Rikki asked how much/how often we wanted updates, photos, etc. Sophie's updates were thorough and reassuring - detailing how the dogs were eating and sleeping etc., and in particular regarding Elvis' well being/appetite. It can be a challenge balancing the needs and differences between and older, infirm dog and a younger more playful one. Sophie and Rikki managed this well and with kindness (and patience!) towards Elvis. They were diligent about following the dogs' routine and even created their own more concise, easy to use version of my rambling notes on what happens when with each dog. I shall be keeping and using their version for future sitters. Needless to say, we arrived home to an immaculately clean and tidy home and got to spend a little time with Sophie and Rikki and Nellie before they headed off. Do not hesitate to take that leap of faith with this lovely family - they are the safest pair of hands you could find. I hope they come back to us one day but in the meantime we wish them well on their travels. Gary and Rebecca xxx

Tracey was really great with communication from the moment she applied until I returned home. I appreciated the regular updates while I was away as well. It was clear that my cat was very relaxed and happy with her, and she took really good care of him. I came home to a sparkling clean home. Albert and I would happily invite Tracey back any time.
