Kat and Luke were fantastic, looked after our dog Roxy very well. House was lovely and tidy when we came back and were accommodating with the timings on both side of the sitting ♥️. Highly recommend as sitters. Thank you.

Hannah and Conrad took excellent care of our dog, Woodrow, for 10 days. They sent us regular photos and updates throughout their stay while we were traveling, and we came home to find him, and the house, in excellent condition. After their departure, we saw Woodrow go to their room several times to look for them, a clear sign that he liked them and had become attached. We are so grateful for their pet-sitting, would definitely have them back again, and wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

I have had many many pet sitters over the last few years and unfortunately this is the first time I feel the need to write a less than 5 star review. Evin has lots of good reviews and when we met her everything was fine and I felt happy to trust our cats and apartment with her. My biggest disappointment was that 3 days before the end of the sit she messaged saying she was leaving the next day as she had some ‘unexpected news’ and hoped we could ‘work around’ it. They are not plants. I expect a level of commitment for what you agreed to when you are trusted to stay and care for someone’s pets. When we came back the apartment was not as clean as we left it (I really make an effort to make sure everything is really clean for house sitters.) The litter trays were also completely full (more than a couple of days worth). Our bin in the kitchen, which is rather new, had 2 deep dents in the top which Evin didn’t tell us about. There were also some odd things, like it seems like my shoes had been used, as the laces were tied up and pulled tight, and I don’t take my shoes off with the laces done up. And my wardrobe was left ajar, and it was closed when I left. I was really surprised by our negative experience as Evin has lots of positive reviews. She had been travelling for a year and ours was the last sit before she was going back to the US. I can only assume she didn’t have the same commitment to what both sides agree to and expect during a house sit anymore.

Julie and Gareth are a nice couple. They were extremely reliable arriving on time and keeping us updated whilst we were away. They clearly love animals and both our dogs were well cared for by them. They had been on plenty of walks and seemed not to have missed us all. Unfortunately there was an issue with our electric gates a couple of days after we left which meant that Gareth and Julie had to adapt until we could get someone out to look at them. They dealt with this admirably. Coming from Norfolk it was also useful that both Jules and Gareth knew the area well. Overall it was a successful sit thanks to them.

We really feel like we landed on our feet having Kimberley and Dean look after our ‘little boy’ Huw. We were newbies to having a house/pet sitter, but Kimberley really held our hand taking the initiative to set up an early meeting and responding quickly to messages. Meeting early really set our minds to rest. At handover we agreed every other day updates on progress which included a photo and a couple of sentences and this really helped us to feel much more comfortable that Huw was being well looked after. It was clear throughout that Kimberley and Dean had considered our profile details, taking Huw to some of his favourite places and also on some new adventures too … including introducing him to a Hollywood star! Their experience with animals, but especially dogs, shows and this helped hugely in understanding Huw’s personality leading to him having a great time - when they left it was clear that he was upset that his new friends were heading off. Kimberley and Dean took great care of our house which was left immaculately clean. Thank you both so much for befriending and looking after Huw.

Andy and Lucy took great care of our cats Gin and Tonic whilst we were away for 5 days. Communication before the house sit was proactive and we had a couple of video calls. G&T clearly enjoyed their company and were well cared for and got plenty of cuddles. The house was spotless when we returned. We’d highly recommend Andy and Lucy and would happily have them back in the future.

Amy took care of Toshi and our house shortly after Toshi had gone through a trauma. Amy's care of Toshi and communication with us was perfect. Everything was left in excellent order and we would highly recommend her.

Tracey and Chris were the dream team! Our cat was extremely well-cared for and was clearly very contented and happy on our return. Being an older cat meant a few challenges for them but absolutely nothing phased them. They were both very reliable, responsive, communicative, friendly, thoughtful, accommodating, understanding and helpful. We really appreciated that they kept in touch regularly and sent photos of Cecilia to reassure us. They took great care of our house and left everything neatly and tidily for us to return to. Cecilia was bought toys and we received a lovely gift too which was very kind and generous. We really hope they enjoyed the experience enough to want to return at some point in the future, particularly when the weather is kinder! Cecilia would be thrilled to be looked after by them again!

Fiona and Chris were just amazing - such lovely people that we now consider friends! They sent us regular updates and photos of where they were and what Herbert was doing which made us feel happy to have left him in such capable hands. They even got us pizzas for our supper when we got home from our holiday! Amazing totally recommend them to anyone 🥰

Pierre and Rhi came to us last minute and am so thankful they did. They came and met my 2 dogs and could instantly tell they were so caring and didn’t mind the liveliness of my frenchies at all which put me at ease. They were also very flexible on dates and even sat longer for us. The house was spotless when we came back and got sent regular pupdates too. We would definitely recommend this lovely couple to anyone and hopefully we can arrange another sit soon. Thank you again x

Annie is a superb sitter with great cat skills. She looked after them and the house brilliantly. Great communication too and she really helped us out when the sink got blocked when we were away. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks Annie 👍🏻
