Julie provides a level of care and service that tops every other pet sitter I've ever used. My cats love her, even my shy kitty with extra needs. She keeps me informed and goes above and beyond. When we forgot to turn on the A/C before a trip, she reached out to let us know and helped keep the kitties comfortable. I have full peace of mind any time we leave our home and pets in her care - she is a gem!!

Julie is fantastic! Not only does she do a great job taking care of our diabetic cat, but she sends photos and videos so you can see your pet and know they are doing well. She keeps your mind at ease and is always professional.

Julie is a lifesaver. We hired her to care for our beloved cat, and she was amazing at sending pictures and giving us updates everyday, which is so appreciated when you are away and missing your babies. Had an unexpected health emergency come up, and without hesitation, Julie was able to extend her period of care for at least a week. During a time of stress, it was such a relief to know our kitty was cared for and getting lots of love. She loves Julie! Shortly thereafter, another health emergency came up and Julie came through last minute for another week. Our family is so appreciative of her. I have the most timid and clingy cat. For that reason, I am afraid to go away, but Aunt Julie reaches him. She sends me pictures where he is cuddling up to her, in her lap! When we needed a Petsitter, we were not sure how to begin to find someone that would care for our furry loved ones as much as we do. Our vet knew of Julie and we are so grateful he referred us. Julie is great pet sitter and I highly recommend her. She is very organized and is able to cater to the individualized needs of my kitties. Julie deftly administers medications, feeds each of my three kitties their own specialized diets, gives my youngest energetic one the playtime that he needs, and has even won over my elderly grouchy one who dislikes everyone. Julie provides updates while I am away, and always checks in to make sure that I have returned home to resume care of my kitties as scheduled. She is very observant about the behaviors of my kitties and alerts me to any potential health issues. You can trust your loved pets to Julie’s care.

We feel very lucky to have met Julie. She is extremely responsible with great attention to detail. She has been able to care for a kitty with a lot of special needs (medications, slow down food bowl, etc). She is outstanding with her communication with us -- quick to reply, includes photos. Best of all, our kitty loves Julie. She is very tuned in with animals and truly enjoys their company. I highly highly recommend Julie!

I can not say enough wonderful things about Brittni. My dog Jessie has been going to Paw Play daycare 2-3 times a week now for about 6 months. Jessie knows exactly when she is going and runs to Brittni when we get there. She has become her second mom. Brittni provides a safe, consistent and fun place for our 4 legged children. She sends me pictures throughout the day that put a smile on my face and melt my heart knowing that Jessie is having a good time playing with other dogs. I’ve also used Paw Play For boarding while going on vacation. There is nothing better than the peace of mind that Brittni will treat her like her own while you’re away. Paw Play has become a part of our lives that I’m very grateful for.

My puppy has now been loving Paw Play's services for the past three months and is now his second home. Brittni has taken genuine care of him, gives him plenty of attention, and treats him as if he were her own. We are so thankful to have found Paw Play Daycare!!

Bill is great and I would definitely recommend that you visit his Hospitality Inn 4 Dogs! He has watched my fur boy for both short and long term visits. My dog loves it there… he runs to the door when we get out of the car! (That never happened at other places.) Very chill vibe and everyone in the pack seems to get along. My husband and I were extremely pleased to have found Bill’s Hospitality Inn 4 Dogs! We were taking care of my sister’s dog after her car accident and didn’t have much time to locate a kennel before a trip. I did’t know a lot about the dog, Lucy, and was having trouble on my own getting her to eat. I was also nervous about leaving Lucy for a week because she had also been in the accident and was still shaken. Bill was truly wonderful and a life saver for us and especially Lucy. Bill was able to get her to eat and he and his daughter, Dawn, were very helpful and loving towards Lucy. I especially loved that the dogs that stay at Bill’s can go anywhere they want in the house and lie on the covered furniture. Bill knew I was so worried about Lucy and he was kind enough to send me photos of her while we were gone. I don’t think you could find a better place for your dog than Bill’s!! Very highly recommend.

Bill loves those dogs, my little buddy was happy when I picked him up. Bill sent some photos so I could see my buddy playing while I was traveling which was really nice. His house is super dog friendly and they do NOT stay in cages or kennels , he treats your doggy like his own. Here is a pic he sent me of my dog playing with his. I have already scheduled some more days with him.

Bill looked after our Australian Cattle Dog Dixie for a week. Dixie is a high anxiety dog that takes time to get comfortable with someone. I have only left her with family in the past when I went out of town. We were very nervous to leave our girl with someone new. Bill took amazing care of our girl Dixie and kept us updated with photos every day. Dixie had an upset stomach while she was at Bill's and he took exceptional care of her altering her diet until she felt better. Having our girl with Bill helped put us at ease so we could enjoy our trip and after a few days Dixie fell in love with him. When we picked her up I was shocked and a bit jealous to see she wanted to give Bill and his daughter kisses too! I would highly recommend Bill and look forward to using him again in the future.

Provided great doggy daycare service for my pug! Dawn was informative, friendly, and professional. She also sent pictures and provided a few updates throughout the day. I will happily bring my dog back next time I’m in the area

Bill has boarded my dog a couple of times for a week each time. He is an experienced dog breeder and does a great job making my skittish terrier feel comfortable and safe in his home. We had a meet-n-greet appt. prior to boarding, which was great, as it insured my dog was a good fit in his home. I bring food, a food bowl and my dog's bed and leave my furbaby with Bill, knowing she's in great hands. Bill has a large, fenced, escape-proof backyard and his own dogs help to welcome any canine visitors. He texts pictures during my dog's visit. My dog sleeps snuggled up right beside Bill, which she doesn't even do with me, even though I'd welcome that! I'm trying not to be hurt by that fact - lol - but she obviously loves him and he is my go-to boarder. Thanks Bill!

I left my little Dog Lucy with Bill and i could not be happier. She was well cared for and I felt very comfortable leaving her with Bill. She was able to play, eat and sleep in a home. I am using him again when ever I leave town.

We are so grateful to have found Bill! He truly has a heart for dogs and takes such great care of them. Conejo- Fetch Pet Care has been a great find (Thank you Plush Puppy of NP, ladies!). Ashley understood and worked with our interesting schedule and unique doggie set up. Nathan was careful to follow through with their walking needs, was dependable, caring, and professional. I really like the timely visit feedback, complete with photo and walk information(map). I feel confident my little girls are in good hands when I can't be with them.

Ashley was wonderful! She took such good care of my 'boys'. I was a bit apprehensive leaving them overnight but she checked in with me during their stay, letting me know they were doing well. I will definitely use her services in the future!

Ashley worked us in to her schedule for our last minute travel plans. Her communication was awesome from the start. She let me know how Fetch works, walked me through scheduling, and immediately after each walk I got an email with detailed information about her visit. She earned my puppy’s trust quickly. Due to the pandemic I ended up with my son’s pup. While happy to help out and thrilled to have Bella stay with me I was concerned how to provide timely care for her due to my work schedule. Ashley Wright and her Fetch! team responded to my initial inquiry quickly and professionally, a strong initial impression. I’ve now worked with Ashley and her team for about 30 days and I’m happy, relieved, and not stressing about Bella. I’m not sure what I was expecting, but I can tell you that THIS experience with Ashley’s Fetch! team has far exceeded those expectations. Oh, and the kicker? Once she completes her 1/2 hour walk with Bella I receive an email with a picture of my happy pup and their walk route! So cool! Bright spot of my day! This was our first time using Fetch service and we were very pleased with this company and so happy with the care our 2 dogs received. The entire process of registering our pets was very easy and very thorough. Our two Westies were right at home with Ashley and her family right from the start. They require lots of love and attention which they got plenty for sure!! It was so fun to get pictures of them and seeing how happy they were. Ashley and Nathan were great caretakers for our two kittens during an extended vacation my wife and I took. We traveled out of the country for 3 weeks, and while away the Fetch team took great care of our pets! This is, without a doubt, the most reliable pet sitting service I have ever used! Ashley and her team (specifically, Traci) are absolute professionals and provided excellent care for my cat, Maggie, while we were away on vacation. Mags had recently developed some health problems and needed meds twice a day, so I wasn't sure if we'd still be able to make the trip, but this dynamic duo stepped in and gave us the peace of mind we needed to take the time away. They did all the standard cat sitting things, but went above and beyond, even making a last-minute flex when our dates changed the night before we had planned to leave. I give my highest recommendation for Fetch! and will gladly hire them to watch Maggie again in the future!

We had a great experience with Sit & Stay for boarding, daycare and light grooming. We were in LA for a wedding and needed last minute care for our 75 lb goldendoodle and the Sit & Stay team was able to accommodate us on short notice. The team was caring and kind and professional and our dog had a great time over the weekend! We would highly recommend them to anyone for boarding or daycare!!

This place was great and gave awesome care to my little fur baby. It was her first time boarding so it was important to me that I find somewhere that would give her not only physical care but love too! Sit & Stay more than exceeded my expectations.

I was in a stressful situation and needed a place for Bob to stay for the day and night since I couldn't take him to where we were going. Bob is an apartment cat and doesn't have a lot of experience in the outside world. Not only that, I've never really been separated from him since we started hanging out about 3.5 years ago. I guess the staff noticed all this when I contacted them to see if they had room for Bob on short notice. Not only did they have room for him, they sent me a pic of him a few hours after I dropped him off to show me he was ok. It was at that point that I realized I had nothing to worry about. Bob was in the best hands imaginable. The staff, Sara, Nicole, Mary, and six others I didn't get to meet, are amazing. Bob had a great time and was comfy. They took great care of him. Bob didn't get the chance to stay the whole time as we had to shorten our original plans and pick him up early. Once again, no hassle. I love this place. I wouldn't consider taking Bob anywhere else. Thanks guys. I'm telling all my friends!

I had to leave my senior pup while I was away here. I left worried and had major anxiety detachment issues. But everyone here at Sit and Stay put me at ease every day with an email of how he was doing and photos. He had so much fun, I dont think he wanted to leave his new friends.

I have a 15 year old blind and deaf pug. Barkley was the only boarding facility (and I called them all) that would take him and care for him like I would. All the staff loves my little old man “Yoda”. He has his own room and does not have to go anywhere or do anything. He barely moves at this point and needs help. They provide peepee pads and are attentive to his every need. I was so relieved to find a place that would take care of my sweet elderly dog. He deserves the best care and Barkley gives that to him.

I boarded my dogs here for a week and they had such a blast! They loved their pool days and I appreciated the staff so much for sending me photos specifically from their pool play time. I was stoked to see how much fun they were having and those photos are absolutely priceless! I also appreciated the 24-hour camera access to my pups. It was nice to see them whenever I missed my little nuggets. And last, but not least, I want to make sure to acknowledge how wonderful the staff is. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and helpful when I had questions. Overall, I couldn't be happier with how well my dogs were cared for. My pups will definitely be back!

This review has nothing to do with the staff as they are all kind and clearly there because they love animals. It definitely has everything to do with protocols and management. I picked up my dog from daycare THREE min after 6pm and was charged an extra $25. For prospective, a full day of daycare is $50! I understand everyone’s time is important and there should be some kind of fee or penalty but 50%? I doubt this fee goes to the employees who are the ones ACTUALLY waiting. Within a year, I’ve noticed VERY high turnover. Saw some people quit, who genuinely seemed to care, citing management as a reason to leave. Not something I want to support. If you board, your dog will be in its ‘room’ starting at 4pm and taken out at 9am. (Even though daycare starts at 7 or 8am). Maybe one free walk and additional services if you pay for each. Like an airline. Daycare is fine. He always returns smelling so gross, though. Even though they have chosen a better camera system than the old app, I’ve always seen the dogs just walk back and forth all day following whatever humans are doing the same laps. If you just need them to be busy, maybe that works for you. The obscene fee was the last straw. Especially since I was back in my car with dog by 6:07pm. UPDATE: A manager from the Barkley read the review and very proactively reached out to me. He clarified that the late fee wasn’t protocol and there was a misunderstanding within the staff. As an added gesture, he refunded the daycare charge as well as the late fee. I truly wouldn’t have expected that. I appreciated his extra efforts to rectify this.

The Barkley took amazing care of our chihuahua/jack russel mix Bruno while my now husband and I were getting married in another state. Bruno is very nervous and can be a little snappy but they took extra care to make sure he was comfortable. We opted to receive daily pictures of him for the week we were gone and he warmed up to the staff quickly which shows me he was in good hands. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Barkley.

We have our pet sulfate staying there. We wanted to give the place another shot. Since we are going away and we have nowhere else to go. It is only night 1 of his 4th unsatisfying stay there. Granted he is not a typical pet, but we ask the simplest things. We ask that he just stay warm and stay covered at night. The day before our trip, we will be looking for a different spot to try for the next time we go away. These people are great at telling you want you want to hear, but not caring about our pets (at least my pet). We pay so much money for him to be cared for and we don't get the support we need from them. This is not what we want from a company. Update: Even though at the time of my last review, it was not the greatest. I will say that since the review, things did get a bit better. Since talking to the GM, we were able to feel like we were heard. They have started to take care of our pet per our requests a bit better. Our pet did seem a bit better when he was leaving. He wasn't as upset with us or wanting to get his frustration out on us or any furniture. So we feel a bit more confident with taking him back again. Especially since we have a couple more vacations coming up this year.

This place is great and the first place that I’ve felt comfortable and relaxed leaving my dogs at. They helped socialize my dog who hated other dogs and not sure what they did but within a couple of hours being there he was romping with the others. They gave us updates on how they were doing and how the staff loved them. Definitely the only place I’ll leave my dogs going forward. The staff is amazing and can’t be beat.

Elaine, my mlni schnauzer's groomer, is amazing. She always takes great care of her and keeps me informed of her progress. The front desk is great/helpful. When she had stayed the night, I loved the fact that the day care had cameras so I could view how she was doing. I felt like I left her in good hands with a staff that cares.

I was not at the day spa part of this business but still the Vet that shares the building. They are top notch, very accommodating, and have all of the latest equipment to diagnose and treat your pet on the premises. They have great accessibility with unusually long hours of operation. The staff is very caring, of not only of the pets, but the pet patents too. I highly recommend them.
