It was an absolute joy to have Louise and Steve looking after our home and our three pets (one dog, two cats). It was clear from the reviews that we were lucky to have them, and that expectation was born out completely. Louise and Steve are wonderfully warm and thoughtful, and genuinely love animals - all our pets seemed to take to them immediately and have a much nicer time with them than they usually do with us! The process was seamless and reassuring from the very beginning. Communication was exceptional throughout, and we loved receiving videos and photos of the animals enjoying themselves. The house was spotless on our return, and we were lucky enough to have a delicious tart ready for dinner and a fridge with milk for coffee the next day! I really can't emphasise enough how good this experience was.

Nicky and Aaron have been amazing housesitters! Lovely to communicate with from our first on line meeting through subsequent emails / texts etc confirming all the plans / instructions etc. They were so understanding with boiler issues and our rabbit, gecko and fish had clearly been very well looked after, as had the house which was lovely and clean and tidy on our return! Super housesitters. Would highly recommend and thank very much for coming to stay!!

First time using this app, and I was a little nervous, but the complete process was fab. I found a great couple to look after our dog, Dali. Edward and Kayleigh were brilliant! From the start, they were organised, polite, and showed much kindness to our dog. I returned to my apartment to find it exactly how I left it, clean and well looked after. Dali seemed happy and secure, and this meant the world to me! I would highly recommend Edward and Kayleigh.

It’s 5 stars from us! Mike was the perfect sitter; we talked plenty leading up to the sit, and Mike even called in beforehand as he was nearby which was helpful. He arrived exactly when he said he would, messaged whilst we were away and the house and animals were all just as we left them. What stands out though is the extra mile he went; Arnie has a recent diagnosis of heart disease, meaning he’s on a high dose of medication for a while, Mike was even OK about getting up in the night to let him out for a wee for which I am very grateful. He also cared for my indoor plants; watering and misting. Above all though, Mike is just a really nice guy; he’s easy to talk to and the animals all responded well to him. We hope to stay in touch.

They sent us updates and photos of Jack, and left the home in perfect condition. I HIGHLY recommend them as top-tier house sitters.

This was an absolutely wonderful cat sit. Macsi was the loveliest, chilled out cat. He knows what he likes! Which was great because we settled into our routine quite quickly (lots of brushing please!). Rhod and Sian were brilliant hosts. I came up the night before for dinner and the handover, and found out everything I needed to know. Communication before and during was excellent. The pictures don't do the location justice. I worked from home as well as having some free time to explore the area. Working with a view of the mountains was heavenly, especially knowing that I would be out on those mountains the next day. Lots to do in the area, a week wasn't enough. The house was cosy and comfortable, I felt at home straight away. Can't wait to come back.

Mike and Clare

Although we didn't get to meet Clare and Mike in person they left clear instructions in their welcome pack and we were made to feel very welcome. Their home was beautiful and very comfy and their pets were an absolute delight, especially Tommy who followed us everywhere. The chickens laid eggs every day so this was an added bonus with fresh eggs. Would definitely recommend sitting for Clare and Mike and hope our paths cross again in the future

I apologize for not leaving feedback sooner but life can be very challenging at times.  The reason I am giving 4 thumbs up is because Temira's place may not live up to some folks' comfort standards. This housesit is probably only perfect for one person since the apartment is small and a bit rustic. However, Strave is one of the coolest cats I ever took care of (other than my own of course :) ) and Temira left great instructions. 
You can't beat the area in and around Hood River and the town itself has much to offer. If you are into outdoor activities, this is the place.
