Pam communicated promptly and regularly with us by telephone, text and email in the run up to her house- and dog-sitting stay. This helped to ease our anxiety as this was to be our first experience of a Zeewoi. Pam arrived exactly on time. She has an easy going, sunny personality and our three dogs took to her immediately. After a chat over a cup of coffee and dog walk together, we felt relieved and happy to be leaving the house and dogs in her care. Whilst we were away, Pam kept us updated every day with humorous texts and emails and the occasional photo of the dogs. Pam also willing helped with arrangements for the collection of some furniture we had sold, which was stored in our garage. We had a very enjoyable, carefree week away as a result and I would happily have Pam back to stay, if she were back in the UK any time!
Melissa was a great catsitter for our elderly Tatty! He was in better shape when we got home than when we left thanks to her care. We really appreciated Melissa's easygoing way and flexibility in response to some last minute changes on our end.
Kait was great!! my babies loved spending time with her. She was a great communicator, very organized and left my place in immaculate condition .
Thank you Lil and Brett for entrusting us with your home and adorable pups! Buddy and Arlo were a dream to look after, we had the best weekend showering them with cuddles and affection and receiving heaps in return! Buddy is so serene and calm, while Arlo is a giant bundle of energy and always wanting to play. The house was spacious and clean, and close to multiple parks, shops and food options. We met Brett and Lil the weekend prior to meet the dogs and get a tour of the house, and also met them on the day to pick up the keys. They were lovely to communicate with and gave clear guidance on looking after the dogs. We would love to sit for them again if we get the chance!
