We had a wonderful sit with Guinness! He was a great dog. Very calm and loving. The house was immaculate and in good location with a dog park nearby. Cas & Dave were so welcoming and very responsive to our messages. We highly recommend this pet sit!
Louie and Emma were a joy to take care of. They were easy to walk, flexible on when you walked and fed them, loved to get pets and playtime, but could chill on their own just as well. Their humans, Margaret and George, were just as wonderful. You felt at home as soon as you walked in the door. They made sure we had everything we needed, including a vehicle to haul around dogs so we could go on wee adventures. They were happy to have my own poodle join the pack, which was lovely for me and her, and had the added benefit of a doggy playmate for Emma who is still learning the ropes as a loved dog in a home. Her background isn't completely known, but there were obviously parts of her past that left a mark on her. As such she has a few quirks, but they are manageable, and her new family is committed to helping her become the best dog she can be. We were proud to be part of that journey for her. In fact I say that she is EMMAnently lovable. Old Man Louie is getting up there in age, but he is still King of the River Walk. He loves tours of his kingdom and making sure everyone has a proper greeting. As long as he and his hips get a good nap afterwards. We would be happy to come again anytime. Thanks all four of you for your hospitality. Les and Piedle and sometimes Terry too. :-)
It was really lovely to sit for Lynn’s friend + care for her gorgeous dog + cat. They were both adorable company +very well trained. I was made so welcome by the hosts + felt very lucky to enjoy such a wonderful house-sitting experience. Thank you Lynn + Lou!:)
Best house sit! Pip and the cats are a dream, Pip has so much character and is so loving. The cats are lovely and friendly - Nea would just come for cuddles all the time. Super cute. House is amazing and location is wonderful. Looking forward to coming back next month.
Leo is a very active and playful 9 month old kitten. He absolutely loves water and he would join me in the shower, happily sitting in the bathtub while the water was turned on. I never saw a cat who loved water as much as Leo does! Inquisitive about everything, he would almost always follow me around the apartment to see what was happening. Although he is young, he already weighs 6kg. Beware when he tries to jump on your shoulder or use the tops of your feet as a push-off pad - he is strong and heavy! He is also in the process of learning the difference between rough play with claws out and gentle play with soft paws. Carla and Micky gave me plenty of useful information about Islington which is such a cool area and very handy to central London. There are bus stops just around the corner from the apartment and it is an easy 15-20 minute walk to either Angel or Highbury & Islington train stations. I also loved doing walks along the Regent’s Canal towpath. One note, which is definitely not meant as a criticism: it took me a couple of days to get used to the live security camera in the living room. While it had been mentioned to me beforehand, I felt self-conscious being monitored/filmed but I managed to relax when I stopped thinking about it.
Clegg is a sweet old corgi. He is very social and loves to be with you every moment! Very easy to care for. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The location is amazing! Close to so many amenities. Brett is a great communicator. Highly recommend this sit!!!
