Shakura & Martin are the best! They are consistently reliable and take great care of our home and cat, Q-Tip. When we go on vacation we always know Q-Tip gets a vacation too with lots of pets and playing with her best buds. We are always happy to welcome Shakura & Martin to our home. They are very generous and go the extra mile, fixing things that are broken and helping us out as slightly less than handy folks. Martin managed to fix our fridge once when it broke while we were away. We couldn’t ask for better people to take care of Q-Tip and our house.
Leslie was all anyone could ask for in a sitter and more! I love getting updates on how my cat is doing, and Leslie sent pictures of Henry lounging and playing, along with a video. I can tell when Henry is happy, and he was very happy with Leslie! Also, feeding my cat is a bit complicated (a food scale is involved), but Leslie is clearly a competent, detail-oriented person, so I knew she’d have no problem with it. Leslie also left the place spotless (looked better than I left it!). Overall, she was amazing. I highly recommend Leslie with no reservations!
It was an absolute pleasure having Ian as my house and cat sitter when I was away. In the preparations, Ian was efficient, flexible and very organised. During the sit he was sending me frequent updates on how he and my cats were doing and even aligning on preferences for handover. My cats were extremely happy and healthy when I got back (they proudly brought me the new sushi catnip toys that Ian had gotten them as a gift) and my house was spotless. If it was not for my spoiled cats, it was like no one has even been in my place. Bringing me my favourite tea from the US and leaving very kind notes behind with what he encountered, including a bottle of wine, was an excellent way to return home from a tiring trip. Having said this, Ian went above and beyond to ensure my cats were happy and I did not have to think about anything, he also did more than I would expect from a person taking care of my pets, even leaving little gifts If you need an organised, clean, friendly, animal loving house sitter, I highly recommend Ian! I can only hope, he enjoyed the sit as much as I enjoyed having him take care of my furry companions!
Joanne is a great host & makes you feel right at home. Communication between the two of us was quick & easy. The house is lovely & located on a quiet street, her backyard an osis in the middle of Toronto. The pups were easy to care for, each with their own little cute quirks. Walking them a breeze! I can recommend this sit to anyone!
