Lindsay was great! She took wonderful care of my dog Marlowe and was super communicative. Would 100% recommend her and use her again!
Frenchie is so sweet, she is cuddly, happy, and well-trained. The dogwalker comes on weekdays, so I only walked Frenchie on weekends. Frenchie had an issue with a paw/ claw twice (for a day each) so I was really grateful that the dogwalker could have an additional eye on things. Communication with Alex (the owner) was excellent and lightning-fast and I felt very supported while Frenchie was feeling poorly. She took her pain medication quite easily (squirt it on her treats) and returned back to normal after a few hours so no immediate vet visit was needed while I was there. The family gave me a warm welcome when I arrived the evening before the sit started. The house and garden are well-kept and so comfortable and the general area is peaceful and quiet. This really was the best first housesit I could have imagined, thank you so much for having me, I loved it and would come back in a heartbeat.
My time with Apollo & Shamsi was delightful! While Apollo is, surprisingly, a BIG snuggle bunny, Shamsi is more reserved and will take her time to see if you are worthy of her time and trust. This lovely home is in a great location and easily accessible to many of Austin's fun spots. Zeinab is a great communicator and will welcome you into her home with open arms.
I had such a lovely few days staying at Sarah’s lovely home. My niece was able to borrow the paddle board and had the best time in the sea which is just a few steps away from the back garden! The pets were lush and I completely fell in love with Boris. I’d love to come back in the future. Thanks so much!
We have nothing but praise for Gail. She has a beautiful home and provides ideal accommodations for house sitters. The spacious guest bedroom and bathroom are waiting for you, and the entire home is immaculate and well-appointed. We were welcomed by a basket full of goodies, and were invited to park our car in her garage, which was a nice gesture. Gail was easy to communicate with and we could tell that she genuinely appreciated our service. Her two cats are easy to care for. Bodhi is very friendly and will hop onto your lap for a snooze. Walter is very shy, but will eventually come rub his cheek against your hand once he adjusts to your presence. Any sitter would be lucky to get the opportunity to sit for Gail, so don't hesitate if she posts a listing. Thank you Gail for a wonderful experience!
Taking care of Zippy for two months was without a doubt one of our favorite sits. The genuine friendliness and hospitality of Georgie and Luke made us feel very welcome, as did the beautiful apartment in one of our favorite locations in Amsterdam. At first Zip was a little unsure about us, but as she got to know us, she showed more of her calm and friendly character, as well as her love for tummy scratches. Watching her bursts of energy in the park, off-leash was one of our favorite moments with her, as well as sharing the bed. Thanks again Luke and Georgie, we hope to meet you and Zip again soon!
Juniper is the most darling little cuddlebug and I had a wonderful stay at Mika & Nik's. Their home is absolutely gorgeous, Mika is very communicative and helpful, and it was a pleasure to sit for them. I would happily return just to see this sweet girlie again!
