Katie was awesome caring for my cat and my home. Great communication while I was away with updates and photos of Mollie. The house was clean and tidy when I came back and had obviously been looked after well. Mollie was well cared for and happy. I thoroughly recommend Katie.

Vicki was an excellent sitter; she came To fill a gap with a long term sitter and managed the handover smoothly without me there. She left the house in An excellent condition.

Layce and Dylan looked after our cats and home so warmly. We chatted regularly whilst away and felt very at ease. Our cats were so relaxed when we returned. Thank you both for everything!

What a wonderful blessing to have Joy and Cam as our first experience with Trusted Houesitters! They were incredibly polite, kind, respectful and treated our home as if it were their own. Most importantly, they loved our pets and sent adorable photo updates and even videos! I appreciate that before we even met, they had a list of thorough questions for me to make sure that everything ran smoothly. I will post this Q and A for other sitters as they were great things to consider that definitely helped plan and prepare for one another’s needs. The day they arrived, they brought delicious chocolates for us to take on our travels . As the host, I did not expect them to bring me something, but it was very thoughtful. Joy and Cam were super quick to reply to any questions or messages that I had, which was reassuring and helped me relax that my pets were in great hands and all was well. They were independent and didn’t interrupt our trip with extra needs but were friendly and available when we did connect. They were eager to please, reliable, and carefully took care of our home. The morning we were leaving, we ate a homemade breakfast together and afterwards they said “don’t worry about clean up, we will do this while you get ready to leave.” Wow! I definitely didn’t expect that extra help before their sitting even began. Another bonus trait about them I would like to share Is how clean and organized they were. I didn’t expect any extra cleaning, but they took the time to make the house look even better than when they arrived. The pool was spotless and even though we have a pool cleaner, they took extra time to pull out remaining leaves. Joy and Cam cared for our fruit trees, plants and tomato plants and I was happy to see them thriving when I returned. Their nurturing care extended to all living things 🙂 It is always great to come home to happy pets but I wanted to add one detail which evidenced how much love they poured into our pets. We drove them to the airport the next day after we returned, so they slept an extra night and our dog Daisy was torn at first who to sleep with! She went back to their room a few times before settling in our room. Finally, we connected with Joy and Cam not only as a mutually beneficial exchange, but have made dear friends we can visit if we ever travel to New Zealand. I highly recommend them 100% and would love to share more details if you have any questions.

Pauline and Nadia were excellent house sitters. They communicated well with us and sent lots of photos. We came home to a clean house. Most important our little Lilo was well taken care. We have kept in touch with them and would highly recommend the girls.

Juan and Megan were the perfect housesitters. They were super friendly and we could not have had better people to look after our place and our dogs. They regularly kept in contact, were happy to ask questions and sent through pictures of the dogs to keep our son happy, who was missing them. Not only that, they fitted really well into our community and made connections with some of the neighbours. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Josefien & Jonas did a fantastic job, in looking after my home and cat Chloe for a week over Easter weekend. We came home to a happy cat. They kept me updated, looked after the house and everything was clean and tidy on our return. I would certainly recommend and have Josefien & Jonas house sit again. A+++

More then happy to Recommend Lara & Jero for future house sitting, our Goochie was so relaxed on our return we knew he was looked after with love & attention (which he loves), hopefully we'll get Lara & Jero to sit Goochie again whilst they're still in NZ.

Lovely couple, clear communication, very reliable, clearly loved our animals. The house was left very clean with some chocolates for us which was a kind touch. We would be very happy to have them back!

Aysia and Cormac were fabulous. Great communication pre sit and plenty of updates and photos during our time away. We came home to a spotless house and well loved dog who spent our first night back pining for his new friends. We'd love to have them back.

Silvana and her partner Álvaro looked after Frankie and Rocket (my cats) for 10 days. They were great at communicating and sent photos of my kids every day. The apartment was left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring petcare.
