Ellen and Simran did a phenomenal job sitting for us during the end of April. They are incredible women and I admire their depth, sense of adventure, attention to details, compassion for others and positive attitudes. We had the pleasure of hosting them for a few days before our sit and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations and meals together. This was their first sit caring for horses and a llama and they quickly became at ease doing chores and working around our livestock. When we returned, the barn aisle was swept and organized and and the dry lots clean. Apollo also loved spending the week with them, complete with daily walks, loving pats, belly rubs and cuddle time. Even our neighbor shared she noticed how attached Apollo became to them (and that her status as "best friend and dog lover" had been revoked and replaced!) We really appreciated they stayed an extra day and did chores in the morning so we could sleep in after our long flight. Everything was also clean and tidy inside the house when we returned. All the carpets were freshly vacuumed and kitchen counters shined. Ellen also reset the bedroom linens and bathroom towels knowing we had a short turn around time for our next trip. I highly recommend Ellen and Simran as pet and house sitters. They will provide top quality care for your home and pets. I feel I've made two friends, am grateful for all the positive energy to put into their stay here and hope our paths will cross again!
Ann-Marita was, quite simply, perfect. We don’t have the easiest setup here — 3000+ sq ft house with 3 dogs, 2 cats, 2 birds and a gecko.
Melody was a wonderful sitter and delightful person and we would welcome her again anytime! From our initial communication it was obvious she took her responsibilities seriously. She asked great questions about our cat's schedule and habits, demonstrating her desire to make the sit as seamless as possible for him. From the beginning through the end of the sit she was responsive and communicated. She's tidy and very consciousness. I would not hesitate to recommend Melody for any sit. She was awesome!
