I can wholeheartedly recommend Olga and Stephen as house/pet sitters! Olga was my primary contact while I was out of the country for 2 1/2 months. She was considerate, pro-active, thoughtful and completely on top of things with my dog, Brody, and my newly renovated townhome. She read the detailed instructions I put together for them and asked intelligent questions after reviewing — and throughout their stay. She was a great communicator and kept me up-to-date on Brody (including photos & videos). I could tell that Brody was being well taken care of; he was content and happy and that was my primary concern. When I returned home, I couldn’t believe what wonderful condition everything was in! Not only was the house clean and in perfect condition (keeping in mind that Brody sheds a LOT!) and with everything in its place, but Olga was kind enough to prepare a few home cooked meals for me. They were delicious and an unexpected delight! All in all, it was a very positive experience from start to finish and I would absolutely invite them to house/pet sit again if the need arises.

The place looks well equipped, I cannot comment on the service because they denied it due to a misunderstanding of the requirements that were never mentioned to me and I clumsily did not ask. What I can comment on is the defensive, unfriendly and even rude attitude of the staff. Maybe it would be good for them to get trained, maybe they are good at treating pets, I insist, I couldn't know, but when treating customers they are terrible and training in "customer service, empathy, quality of service, assertive communication, tolerance for frustration and above all, emotional intelligence", they would like him very much. They did not accept my pet due to requirements that were never mentioned to me when I asked about them, that may be irrelevant considering that it was just a communication error. But when even though as a client you assume your part of the misunderstanding, they get involved in trying to justify themselves and blame you for that misunderstanding, even arguing facts that did not happen, becoming totally defensive when there was no complaint; It is a sign of their lack of empathy, insecurity and unprofessionalism. I insist once again, I cannot speak about the service but I do believe that they have many areas of opportunity in their dealings with customers. I hope they treat pets better than they treat a client.
I congratulate this beautiful daycare center for the treatment and dedication towards our pets. On Saturday we had a spectacular experience with a master class with pets, the explanation of how we should handle our dogs when we take them for a walk. This coexistence, if you can say that, was great to see the pets with their owners, the participation of the Doggo guys paying attention to every detail of this walk, and getting to know each of the participants and people. My dog's second home! Tara arrived with me a year ago, hit by a gas truck, she had a broken leg and was very afraid of humans (she was probably mistreated), at social pets we found the best place for her care, rehabilitation with a lot of patience and love, and although It has been slow progress, but everyone there has had all the patience and affection for him, and his reactive character has changed a lot. What she loves most about the place is being able to run, run and play non-stop and with many friends in a safe and professional way. Incredible place, me and my partner travel a lot and we had a hard time finding a place, as well as big, where the caregivers/trainers were sufficiently careful, responsible and, above all, dog lovers. We had already gone to four other daycare centers but our little dog did not return from there happy and when we took him back he did not get out of the car very happy; but in truth with social pets my dog returned very very very happy and every time he returned you could see his happiness and desire to live with everyone at social pets again. It is very large, they have a lot of space for the furry ones to run, it smells like the forest and the smell of urine is not at all contained (like in other daycare centers), they play a lot, they live with many dogs and they also discipline them. They are very trustworthy, totally recommended!!!!!!

Don't leave your dogs here! I had already left my dogs with them once and everything seemed fine. But the second time we went to drop them off directly at the place and it was very dirty, since we could no longer cancel everything from the vacation we had to leave them, but we were left with that concern. Later when we went to pick them up they were unrecognizable, they had lost a lot of weight and looked very sad, they say they bathe them and it's not true, maybe they gave us their bed all dirty. Fortunately, as time went by, they improved and are fine, but thanks to this experience we have decided not to leave them with anyone ever again. Also, a neighbor who also has dogs told us that she had also left her dogs here and when they returned they were full of fleas, so I DO NOT recommend them at all.
