We had the pleasure to sit Soko during our stay in Pregny! We arrived with one day to spend acclimating to the home with Soko's wonderful owners while they showed us the ropes. Their home is beautiful in a wonderful gated community and the owners (Rona and Guillame) were really inviting and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. They even picked us up at the airport! We got to spend a few days with Guillame while he was working. He's very friendly and respectful and we really enjoyed the time while he was there. We made a friend during our stay. Soko herself, is a funny, energetic, dog full of personality. She's a very sweet and loving dog and incredibly obedient. We loved staying in the house with her and while she does take a lot of energy to wear her out she returns so much affection to make it 100% worth it. We had the best time exploring Pregny and Geneva with her. Soko, Guillame, and Rona made our time in Switzerland all the more special.
We really enjoyed our sit in Torquay looking after Gus. He’s a wonderful dog, very well-behaved and full of love. Pauline and Bob were really friendly and welcoming. Pauline made sure we were comfortable and Bob drove us round and showed us where we could walk Gus. Their house is in a fantastic location for exploring South Devon with many great places to explore nearby, especially being so close to Dartmoor. It was also very clean. We hope to return in the future. 🙂
Thank you so much to Aletia & NIck for a wonderful first sit. Their stunning home is located in the beautiful Lincolshire Wolds, just outside the picturesque Georgian town of Louth, which is in easy walking distance from the house. The coast is just a short 30 minute drive away. Communication with them was excellent. They left easy to understand written instructions and helped upload apps to control their very modern home. The best thing about the sit was the 3Ds Dodger, Duke and Daisy. They are three lovely Labradors of excellent temperament well trained and extremely obedient, a credit to their owners. The house is surrounded by paddocks, which are completely fenced in so the dogs can run and exercise without the need to leave the property, so if you are looking for a relaxing sit in tranquil surroundings, I would highly recommend a sit here to other sitters.

The place looks well equipped, I cannot comment on the service because they denied it due to a misunderstanding of the requirements that were never mentioned to me and I clumsily did not ask. What I can comment on is the defensive, unfriendly and even rude attitude of the staff. Maybe it would be good for them to get trained, maybe they are good at treating pets, I insist, I couldn't know, but when treating customers they are terrible and training in "customer service, empathy, quality of service, assertive communication, tolerance for frustration and above all, emotional intelligence", they would like him very much. They did not accept my pet due to requirements that were never mentioned to me when I asked about them, that may be irrelevant considering that it was just a communication error. But when even though as a client you assume your part of the misunderstanding, they get involved in trying to justify themselves and blame you for that misunderstanding, even arguing facts that did not happen, becoming totally defensive when there was no complaint; It is a sign of their lack of empathy, insecurity and unprofessionalism. I insist once again, I cannot speak about the service but I do believe that they have many areas of opportunity in their dealings with customers. I hope they treat pets better than they treat a client.
I congratulate this beautiful daycare center for the treatment and dedication towards our pets. On Saturday we had a spectacular experience with a master class with pets, the explanation of how we should handle our dogs when we take them for a walk. We had already gone to four other daycare centers but our little dog did not return from there happy and when we took him back he did not get out of the car very happy; but in truth with social pets my dog returned very very very happy and every time he returned you could see his happiness and desire to live with everyone at social pets again. It is very large, they have a lot of space for the furry ones to run, it smells like the forest and the smell of urine is not at all contained (like in other daycare centers), they play a lot, they live with many dogs and they also discipline them. Don't leave your dogs here! I had already left my dogs with them once and everything seemed fine. But the second time we went to drop them off directly at the place and it was very dirty, since we could no longer cancel everything from the vacation we had to leave them, but we were left with that concern. Later when we went to pick them up they were unrecognizable, they had lost a lot of weight and looked very sad, they say they bathe them and it's not true, maybe they gave us their bed all dirty. Fortunately, as time went by, they improved and are fine, but thanks to this experience we have decided not to leave them with anyone ever again. Also, a neighbor who also has dogs told us that she had also left her dogs here and when they returned they were full of fleas, so I DO NOT recommend them at all.
