Eliza
I thoroughly enjoyed my time looking after Eliza’s beautiful home. Being in such a great location, everything I wanted to visit was in walking distance, and the added bonus was fabulous weather. Florence seemed to accept me into her home and chatted with me, and was always ready for some stroking sessions. She is a very beautiful and good natured cat and it was a pleasure to look after her.

I had the wonderful experience of looking after Maggie and staying in the lovely home of John and Fiona for just over two weeks.

Maggie is a total love bug and just wants to lounge around near you and get hugs, pats and massages. She’s very easy-going around the house, however does get quite riled up by the sounds of vehicles or people going past. You do need to distract her and call her inside if something major (like sheep being moved around nearby paddocks) happen as she will hype herself up; however, it’s mostly settled in a few barks. It is a good thing though - she’s protecting you and the house!

She loves going on long country walks but is a strong dog and will pull. Gradually we got used to each other and worked out a way to work together and communicate with each other on walks. She definitely knows her own mind, and once you’re ‘in’, she’ll do a lot for you from love.

The house was left beautifully clean for me to enjoy, with some extra food and treats for me (and for Maggie). The bath and the views into the garden were just gorgeous.

John generously allowed me the use of his van for the time to get to amazing hiking destinations and to get food and experience life in the gorgeous Northern Fells.

It was a wonderfully calm time and I so appreciate the time spent in John and Fiona’s lovely home. Thank you very much!!

We had a great time taking care of Argus and staying at Stephen's place. Argus is gentle, sweet, and easy going -- honestly he is like a big teddy bear who wants to be around you. He is intuitive and communicative: he would pick up his toys and walk to you if he wants to play and stay near the food when it is time to eat. Of course we were happy to oblige. :) During the day, he likes to lie down on the couch, bed, floor or wherever is close to you! He enjoys his walks and good cuddles. So do we! He is always nice to people during walks and you can imagine that his stylish mohawk and polite demeanour attracted great comments!

Stephen's place is nice and cozy! Conveniently located near the city center, everything you need is within walking distance. Communication with Stephen was easy and consistent before and during the sit. We got timely responses whenever we had questions. We had a virtual tour before the sit started and Stephen provided detailed instructions, both of which made things easy.

Definitely would recommend it to any dog lovers! I am sure that you will fall in love with Argus!

Lyn
This was a wonderful sit.

Suki is an absolute little sweetheart - soft, gentle and very affectionate. She loved lots of lap-time and being stroked, even on her tum!

While we weren’t enjoying quiet moments with Suki, we were kept well-entertained playing with the sheep and lambs. When Lyn chose us for this sit, apart from her cats (one of whom is, sadly, no longer with us) there were only sheep to be cared for, so we were very excited to hear a few weeks before we arrived that lambs were expected. We had never looked after lambs before - it was magical!

Lyn’s home is a beautiful converted barn in a peaceful situation, but only a few minutes’ drive from shops and restaurants etc. We saw squirrels and pheasants in her garden and lots of wild birds were frequent visitors to the feeders by the kitchen windows.
We felt immediately at home. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. Graham especially appreciated the use of the piano.

Communication with Lyn was always quick and easy and she was very appreciative before, during and after the sit.

Thank you Lyn, Suki, Ella, Nina, Billie, Whitney, Stevie and Luther!

Auriel
I really enjoyed my time at Auriel and Sebastian's house, with their lovely, SUPER cozy kitchen, backyard garden, and awesome location close to the Heath. All expectations were communicated ahead of time and the walkthrough was very thorough.

The neighborhood is wonderful - Hampstead is a cute alcove of London which is close to city center via tube or bus. There are loads of restaurants, pubs, and shops surrounding the property and I felt safe and comfortable walking around everywhere.

But the best part was spending time with snuggly Bruno and beautiful Thyme. We took long daily walks on the Heath, mostly off the lead. They got so much attention for being adorable and I loved exploring the paths with them. Thyme's recall is phenomenal, she loves to run wild through the trees but will always come back to you.

Our routine was to walk the 2 minutes back to their cozy house and wash their feet with the *very handy* outdoor hose, then cuddle up on the couch. Bruno is such a loverboy, happy to sleep curled up next to you as you watch Netflix.

A very enjoyable sit for someone who loves dogs.

Heidi
Cat sitting for Heidi and Jason has been an absolute wonderful experience!
From the first time I went to visit them, the moving stories we shared, until the moment I left and got a huge amount of appreciation from their side… I cannot describe how wonderful this entire experience has been and how happy I am to have met these very heartfelt people in Dubai.

Communication and guidance was great. Help was there whenever I needed it. The lovely cleaning lady came in every week as well as a gardener to clean the pool.
The community they lived in was like paradise and they organised acces for me to use everything.

Sitting for 4 cats at a time was a new experience for me and I loved it. Food was simple to prepare and the whole furr family was happy to have human affection around… all of them had their own characters and very enjoyable to share a home with.

Thank you again dear Heidi and Jason for everything you did for me. I’m happy I could be in service to you and hope you have a smooth transition to New York! Yippee! ☺️

Lots of Love to you, Caroline
