Amy & Charles were at our place with our cat for a month. TThis was our first housesitter experience, and we were a little nervous to be gone so long and far away. They were understanding and even moved their travel dates so we could meet them in person. They left the place super tidy and clean and were always very responsive to messages. We were also concerned about having our cats nails trimmed while we were gone, and Amy and Charles were able to help with that without issue. Our cat warmed up to them and everything went very smoothly.
They were very attentive from the start. We loved staying at their place and their generosity was so appreciated. 😊
It was an absolute pleasure housesitting for Vero, Igor and Gabe. What a beautiful, interesting, inspiring, and kind family .They have a charming home with a gorgeous garden , in a great location, but in a very quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We spent many days just enjoying coffee in the garden listening to the birds and nature. Vero left us great instructions for taking care of " Mr C and the girls" She was very laid back and easy to communicate with....before, after and during their trip! Their darling fur/feather family is super easy take care of. Jelondy and Pamira love to cuddle in bed and love to snuggle up while you read. Canaillou will chat with you the whole day and loves to sing, laugh and whistle all day long. He is very entertaining. The housekeeper, Petronella, is also a gem. She spoiled us rotten with her jubilant prescence, outstanding cleaning and amazing cooking (we will miss her fresh chapatis) We had a delightful stay at Vero, Igor and Gabe's home and we truly enjoyed the company of " Mr. C and the girls" We would highly recommend this sit! What a lovely sit! Beautiful kitties and wonderful hosts who were welcoming and kind and made us feel at home right from the get go. Coco and Quinn have such unique and lovely personalities and were amazing company while we worked from home - we will miss them a lot. Sophie and Cam's flat is comfortable and has everything you need, in a lively part of London full of coffee shops, parks, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. 10/10 would happily recommend this sit and would love to come back - thank you guys ☺️
Barney is an extraordinarily special cat! He's very communicative and easy to care for. He and I bonded quickly over lots of brushing and petting. He's so adorable I didn't even mind getting up when it was still dark to let him out for dawn patrol. By the end of our time together he was waiting for me in the driveway upon my return on the nights I was out for dinner and sleeping in the comfortable bed with me. He now holds a special place in my heart. Angela and Cindy were so kind and easy to talk with upon our meeting the day before the sit. They left their comfortable home in perfect condition and thoughtfully created plenty of space in the pantry and refrigerator for me. Angela was my main point of contact throughout and responded to text messages promptly. The trails around their neighborhood were fantastic for walking and I saw several deer on my treks. I would absolutely sit for them again!
We had a blast caring for Valerie's furbabies. Smokey and Sassy are the sweetest dogs. Smokey gives the best morning cuddles and Sassy won't ever refuse belly rubs. They are always happy to go out for a walk and explore the surroundings. Valerie's apartment is in a great location and it has a backyard as well as an empty lot right across the street for quick potty breaks. The proximity to the Avenue made it easy to get to the restaurants without needing a car. If you don't like walking, there's always the Freebie option, which is like a free electric Uber. The cats are very low maintenance and just as sweet as the dogs. Sebastian thinks he's a dog so he'll be hanging out with the puppies at all times, but Sabrina and Nigel like to have the house to themselves and they mostly come out at night. We had the opportunity to spend some time with Valerie between her trips and she showed us a lot of cool places around Delray Beach. We really enjoyed this housesit and we're grateful to have gained a friend out of it.
It was a pleasuring house sitting for Cris and Cal. I had great fun looking after their dogs Jacky and Ayla. Thats for a warm welcome and a homely stay.
