We love it at Willow Creek Ranch! Ash loves daycare and play time…. He gets his baths and smells amazing for days! This place is number one for us, if we are out of town we never have to worry about Ashes wellbeing.

This place is wonderful. Always I leave my pet I feel safe. They are very friendly and love our furry ones. Massimo is a very large breed dog and he is 8 months old and already looks like an adult dog. They have the patience to take care of him and also and when I take him to daycare. They definitely have a wonderful team.

Words can't express how grateful I am for this incredible place! They truly care about your dog as if it were their own. The staff is not only amazing, but the environment is beautiful and welcoming. The owner’s compassion shines through in every detail. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who wants the best for their furry friend. My Oliver absolutely loves it here! My new spot! Super clean. Super friendly. My pug had a great time. Has a girlfriend supposedly (good). All dog people. The land it’s on is impeccably maintained. They also offered to show me around and the back before I dropped him off. Bought a package! Thanks guys!

WOWOWOWOW grooming at this place is amazing. I have a border collie named Cooper with really bad anxiety. Never been anywhere but home. Not friendly with other dogs. HATES tools of any sort. My dog had a horribly matted butt from my own mistake of shaving where his poop would get stuck. My vet who cut his nails last traumatized him, he wont even let me touch his feet. i was SO hesitant to take him anywhere because his anxiety was is bad. But i just couldnt watch him be uncomfy anymore, it was inhumane. So i researched MANY places and decided to try Willow Creek in Tomball and wow am i glad i did. Very thoughtful; Brooke (groomer) did a meet n greet with my doggie a day before the actual groom so we’d feel more comfortable and decide if we want to move forward or not. She listened so well and didnt brush anything off that i was concerned about (I had a million and one concerns). She understands behavioral cues, stressful situations and much much MUCH more. She also fixed my dogs butt and paws and then some more!! Also, what a perfectly wonderful staff. Nicole (i think thats her name) was SO SO sweet over the phone listening to my every concern playing as the messenger between brooke and I. The girl checking me out was also so freaking sweet. Couldve been nicole as well but i forgot to ask what her name was. Overall such an amazing place and so clean and welcoming. Cooper got his own private room away from stress and it was perfect for him. Thank you Brooke, Nicole, and the rest of the amazing staff! And to whoever keeps it clean, very nice to walk in somewhere with so many dogs and it smell good and be clean! (Btw i literally cried because i was so happy Cooper finally got the treatment he deserved and the comfort he needed. I am a forever costumer. Today was our first visit. My fur baby had an amazing experience! She got a bath nail trim and went to daycare… All the employees were so kind and helpful. I am so so happy I found an amazing place for my Zena.

This was my first time to take my little Yorkie to Willow Creek Ranch for a grooming and it won’t be my last. The facility is so clean and inviting. The staff were also very pleasant. The best thing was my pup came out looking so amazing.Her cut was perfect and her long hair was so shinny and soft. Thank you Willow Creek for your great service. Cindie Laird

Compassionless. My poodle fell severely ill with multiple visits to the hospital and radiologists. I kept Willow Creek updated and warned that I may need to cancel. Despite offering a note from my vet, they were unwilling to provide a refund.

This was my first time to take my labradoodle to WCR! We had a wonderful experience. They groomed her exactly how I asked! Price was great! And I love that they are available 7 days a week for grooming!

This is the third place we have tried for boarding our young cat, Lou. PetSuites were amazing, and in particular Sidney. She was so very sweet with Lou. We had a great experience at Petsuites. We chose them for our puppies first extended stay experience based on overall reviews, the great information provided on their website and the wonderful information I received when I called with questions. Booking was easy and upon arrival, the team at the front desk was very friendly and attentive to Baxter. I was worried about him being a bit crazy because he's only 5 1/2 months old and hasn't yet been socialized, but they really put us at ease. One of the girls gave us a full tour of the facility, and showed us around, including training, kennels, playroom and outdoor areas. It was feeding time, so it was pretty loud in there with all the very excited pups!! Before leaving for our trip, we explained all the " stuff" we included in Baxters bag and the girls patiently answered all our questions. We felt good as we left. While on vacation we loved getting the pawgress reports and were surprised to see several photos and a couple videos attached! Our fur baby was clearly having fun! Extending his stay was no problem, when our flight home was severely delayed. They were very understanding. At pickup, Baxter was clean and smelled great from his bath. He looked great and was excited to see us. His demeanor and personality were the same, but he picked up some great new habits and manners, thanks to help from the trainer and the team. 🙂 I would definitely recommend Petsuites! The workers are great kids/ people that really love pets, so kudos to management for hiring good, caring individuals. Working in pet resorts and boarding facilities is not an easy job at all and we really appreciate the team taking good care of our baby, just like they would want someone to do for their own pet. Thank you!

Erika groomed our Goldendoodle, Marlee, and did an outstanding job! Having just moved to the area, we weren't expecting such excellent results on the first try. I sent pictures of Marlee’s usual look and had a phone conversation with Erika beforehand. We dropped Marlee off at 8 am, and she was ready by noon. She received the full treatment, and we are thrilled with the outcome. We will definitely return!

I’d like to emphasize on the experience my doggy and I had it was beyond great customer service all around. From checking in to ask about availability for a reservation to checking out, the staff is so friendly and helpful! I was able to schedule time for my doggy it was last minute and the staff made it happen. I highly recommend this location. Not only can your pup stay in safe hands but you can depend on the friendly ness of their staff. I’m so pleased and over joyed of the hospitality my doggy received during his stay.

PetSuites The Woodlands takes excellent care of our puppy. They provide a variety of services and an engaging conditions for pet socialization. Our miniature schnauzer comes home happy every time. Their facility is spotless and very well maintained which gives me peace of mind about having my schnauzer stay here and coming back home healthy.

Love this place! We have a Goldendoodle (Cora) and two Maltipoo’s (Alfie and Maggie) that we board when traveling and also have groomed at this PetSuites location. The staff is friendly and truly take an interest in our dogs. We also love the groomers. Erika’s truly excellent . Highly recommend.

So I pick up my Dog today from boarding at Petsuites Woodlands and I get her back with really unprofessional grooming services specially her nails after we told them specifically to be really really careful,so she comes home with the nails way to short and bleeding and they didn’t even notice she was bleeding until I told them, she didn’t even smell good or anything like when we took her to previous grooming nothing like this happen, Really bad quality service, now i understand why they don’t have any cameras on the suites to see your dog who know whats going on inside. Never ever coming back to this facility again.

This is the best place to take your dog for boarding, grooming or just play/daycare. My dog LOVES it here. Every employee plays with him from the second he walks in the door. You can tell they really care about animals. I won’t take my dog anywhere else!

I was very pleased with this place. I’ve never left my puppy anywhere but when I had to leave town, I toured this facility and it was very clean and did not smell. After leaving him there one of the staff members called me to let me know how well he was doing and that he was having a blast and that alone made me feel good. I will definitely be taking him there again.

I highly recommend PetSuites at the Woodlands location. I hadn’t boarded my dog (9 year old Lab) for 6 years and I was nervous about leaving him for the week, however the staff was awesome and took great care of my dog. The facility is clean, well organized, and fully staffed to ensure the dogs safety. The staff was so friendly every time I called to check on him. Also, everyone there was friendly and professional. Definitely will continue to come here. This is now the only place I will bring my dog.

Our boxer Vader always goes here when we need to use boarding! He used to get stressed out when we took him other places, but now does super well! Thanks Kathy!

We have boarded Fluffy here several times, and are always happy with the service they provide. We recently boarded her for 15 days while on a business trip followed by a vacation and felt comfortable knowing she would be in a safe, secure, clean environment. I picked her up this morning, and she was as healthy and happy as could be. I would recommend Tomball Pet Resort to others who want piece of mind when they have to board their pup.

Ivar has been going to Tomball Pet Resort since 2020, when he was about 7 months old. He truly loves it there, sometimes not even wanting to go back home :-). Ivar is a big guy and I only trust Tomball Pet Resort with his care. They have known him almost his entire life.

I have been taking my dog Atlas to the daycare here for over a week now… this place, their environment, and the staff are absolutely amazinggg!! I had a bad experience with doggy daycare before coming here, first time walking in I was explained how they introduce him to the other dogs, the different rooms, reassurance with the dogs that were there and the packs energy, the pricing, & gave me a whole packet with information to take home. He also called a few hours into day 1 and updated me on how it was going for Atlas! The place was so clean and they give you real reports at the end of the day at pickup. TPR I couldn’t recommend enough!!

This is my second time boarding my three dogs at Tomball Pet Resort bc I had such a great, welcoming experience the first time. And the second was no different. Same excellent customer service, helpful, happy, friendly staff, they get you in and out fast. Competitive pricing, and variety of discounts and services for your pets. It’s worth the drive for me and my babies! Highly recommend!!

We highly recommend Tomball Pet Resort. Their facilities are always clean, staff is great, they offer promotions and good prices. Not to mention, our Siberian husky, Cooper, always comes home smelling great. Honestly, all that would not matter as much as the joy Cooper gets each time we drop him off. That’s the biggest tell for how much we appreciate everyone at TPR.

Had our mini schnauzer groomed here and they did a great job!! She was super fast and I liked the relaxed pickup window. Prices were comparable to other places I called.

This is place is good for your pets, as much as I don't like to leave my dogs there because I miss them this place is the second home for my 3 dogs. Susan the owner is so into the care of the dogs, and all the staff that take care of them. One of my dog gets nervous with new people and noises, bringing him in has help him develop a better personality... I always get the play time so the doggies go and play with other dogs... That has help them a lot....

I appreciate having a place that I can leave my pets and rest easy. They share photos daily on Facebook. The owner and her staff are kind and genuine. My dogs stay in one of the open spaces with a doggy door. The staff sends you home with a detailed review of your dogs stay. Oh and I get them groomed during their stay.

The friendliness, service and helpful experience was awesome. When I picked my dog up I could tell he liked being there. Your pets let you know. If they are afraid or happy.

Our dog loves being boarded at Foxmoor. She starts the tail wagging as soon as we turn into the drive. True animal lovers who take care of their visitors as if the Warren their own. It gives us great peace of mind when we travel that our dog is happy and well cared for.

This facility is beyond amazing. I wouldn't take my babies anywhere else. I have a Rottweiler and a Pitbull, and they know exactly how to handle them and keep them happy and safe when I travel❤️ My dogs get excited when we pull into the driveway!!

This place handled our Poodle amazing!! They cleaned him and did a custom hair cut we saw on TIK TOK. PROFESSIONAL place for all dogs I highly recommend this groomer - there is a reason this is a 5 star place! Thank you guys so much we will definitely be back every 4 weeks! Our Bo Bo looks sooo cool with his fully body Mohawk!

We went here for grooming, and I am very pleased I just moved here to this area so I was looking for a new groomer and found Madilynns Board and grooming from a Google search and I'm so happy we went with them. My dog is 12years old so he's an old man and they did great with him He looks great and the biggest I'm happy with is at his old groomer he always came out very clearly exhausted, worn out and distressed but happy to see me but after his grooming here he came out happy and full of energy so I know he was in great hands. Also everyone there were very sweet people. ❤️🐾

This is the place you want for your dogs! At this point, I can only speak for the grooming as that was what I was needing for my pups. This was my first time using Madilynns and I am so very pleased!! I had to find a new groomer because the one I've been using is potentially permanently out of business 😞 I would absolutely recommend Madilynns. I believe her name is Melissa was so friendly and personable and very loving with my babies. Everyone there was friendly. I picked up two beautifully groomed and happy girls! A true, small business locally family-owned place. So first of all I chose this place, because I definitely wanted to support a local small business, however, there is nothing small about the way they do business. Marilynn got me an appointment last minute when I was so desperate I explained my dire situation to her and she was so understanding. It was such a relief to hear her. Tell me that she would find a way heaven or hell to fit me in her schedule I had called so many other places who did not give me the time of day. I told her to charge me whatever, and she still charged me a completely fair and below market price. I normally pay $150-$200 for my grooming, she charged me 100. Now you may be thinking well the quality must not have been great, when I tell you, my dog came out, looking like a show stopper at Westminster. It still wouldn’t describe how amazing my puppy looked. I am so happy and pleased with the work she dead I will definitely be coming back for all of my future appointments. Highly recommend!!!

Doak and Melissa took such good care of our dogs! They were honest about their space during peak travel season, and luckily we got a spot (after our dog sitter fell through last minute). This meant they shared a large dog kennel together for no more than $40/day. The pups came back happy and with a fantastic, surprise dog washing. I highly recommend sending your pups to this place.

We had such an amazing experience at Madilynns boarding. We have never left our dogs in a kennel and when we needed to go out of town for a wedding we needed a reputable place we could trust. Our dogs were treated like family. They bathed and shredded them prior to us picking them up for a small fee which we gladly paid to have super clean happy dogs to bring home. Would totally recommend this place and can’t wait to use them again! 5 stars!!!
