Kelly was prompt and communicative and send us updates and photos about the house and our kitties. The house was clean and tidy when we got home! Kelly was very flexible about the travel drama we experienced both leaving and returning home, for which we are very grateful! We felt confident that everything was under control!

Sue was warm and welcoming and left full instructions for us to look after her lovely collie, Cupar. She was easy to communicate with whilst away which meant that when we had queries we were confident she would be in touch. Cupar was such a lovely, gentle and playful dog. He really enjoyed the walks and was happiest when out and about. He also really loved playing ball in the house and garden. He slept very well on his bed over night and whilst we were eating Cupar would lie down for a rest on his bed without even being asked. He had medication during the day and Sue left instructions for us to help make it easy for him. Although he sometimes needed a little persuading, he soon got into the swing of taking his medication with us and it wasn't a problem. Although we have often visited Scotland in the past we have never been to Skye. We were very lucky with the weather and managed to get out everyday. It's a really beautiful island with dramatic contrasts and plenty of places to explore. It takes a bit of time to get there from England which has to be factored into the sit - but for us that was all part of our trip away and driving past loch after loch simply added to the charm for us.
