We had an easy peasy sit with Raisin, she was slow to warm up but still a sweetheart nonetheless. Lovely apartment unit in a cute, up and comer part of DC. We really enjoyed our time!
Musha and Siggy are two adorable babies I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with. Siggy takes a minute to warm up to you but once she does, she will definitely turn on the snuggles and purrrs! Musha is a bit more chill, she is a senior dog so she can’t see or hear very well, but she’s always down for a back scratch and a walk around the block. Karma’s place is situated in a great location just a 10 minute walk from anything you need. Her and louie were great hosts who stocked the fridge and made sure I had everything I needed. If ever I needed to reach out for something, I was met with a prompt response. It’s a bummer I don’t live close by, as I would love to sit here again. Perhaps next time I’ll be available to travel abroad! Thank you for everything and for welcoming me into your home. :) I hope to see you again soon
My stay at Michelle's delightful home, accompanied by the company of Chloe, was absolutely enjoyable. Chloe is beautiful, easy going, relaxed and charming. Michelle was an outstanding host, ensuring that every detail was well arranged and organized to facilitate a seamless stay. The apartment is beautiful, organized and clean. The space is truly inviting and comfortable, making it a real pleasure to spend time indoors. Additionally, its location is superbly conveniently close to subway and bus lines, as well as a variety of markets and grocery stores. I had a great time, thank you so much for having me! :)
Patrice & Les were both gracious hosts. The home was spectacular, immaculate and well appointed. It felt very welcoming. Patrice made sure that we had passes so that we could experience the life style in the Villages. She also provided the use of a golf cart & took us on a tour that included dinner out. Thanks Patrice! Seamus the Greyhound, is a gentle giant with a laid back personality. He followed us around, let us know his needs and was very affectionate. Greyhounds are such a special breed and such a pleasure to have around. There was a huge discrepancy from the original sit dates to the actual dates that we originally agreed upon. It was five days as opposed to 28 days originally agreed upon. This caused a multitude of changes & missed commitments we had made to our friends and family in the area. Fortunately, airline reservations were changeable and was a very pleasant experience.
Ann is a great host. She responded back quickly. The house is located in a very quiet place and there are lots of trails. There are lots of restaurants on Main Street and I love the town. Louie and Emme are so sweet. I missed them when I left the house. Overall I had a great housesitting experience.
Fumaça is the single most affectionate cat I have ever met. Very okay to be picked up and held, with an adorable loud purr. Tunico was instantly friendly while Lucky was more reserved. Quickly Lucky was my companion, following wherever I went. They’re an incredibly well behaved bunch making them a joy to look after. The home is a delightful bungalow that transports you somewhere between California and the Hamptons, complete with gorgeous garden. Suzanna and her family were welcoming and warm offering all the local must sees.

We are so glad to have found Namrata. Our dog stayed for 2 weeks. We got multiple pictures of her having a great time. Namrata was super communicative via text. She got daily walks and socialized with other dogs and humans. It was a huge relief to know that my doggie was living the good life while we were gone! I highly recommend happy pets and namrata!
We boarded our two year old rescue pup while we went to Vegas. The beginning was rough for our doggy because she was in a new environment and has anxiety. Namrata worked with her tirelessly, and after the first night, she was doing so much better. Namrata sent us updates, pictures and videos and set our minds at ease. This is the first time we’d used a boarding service and we will be returning whenever we need puppy care. Her rates are reasonable and the dogs have free access to the backyard as well as regular walks. We are very happy customers.

Namrata has taken care of Millie (my 3 year old doodle) for both dog day care and dog boarding. I have been dropping Millie off with her and her family since September 2023. Millie is always excited to see her when I drop her off. Namrata is very responsive and always provides picture updates. Her son and Millie have become best friends. We have been very pleased with Happy Pets. She is very organized, and quick to answer by text for bookings, pick up time, etc. She will forward pictures to you during the time you are away from your dog if you request, and our small dog, Lola has always seen very well cared for. Lola can be temperamental, and whiny, and may not be the easiest dog to take care of, but Happy Pets has always done a great job of providing great care for Lola and understanding she is who she is.
Namrata did a great job boarding our 5.5 year old Jindo. She sent pictures and updates every day, making us feel comfortable being away from our pup. We would happily board our dog with Namrata again :)

Namrata and her family took such great care of my dog Allie for one month. My initial plans for a dog sitter unexpectedly fell through, but on very short notice (just a few days) I was able to find Namrata who thankfully was able to take care of Allie for the whole month. I received photos and video and it was clear that Namrata, her family and her dog Albus were bonding with Allie and that she was very well taken care of. Namrata is simply THE BEST!! If I could give her 10 stars, I would! My fur baby, Remy, has major separation anxiety. I was so worried about leaving him, as we've never left him with anyone! Namrata took great care of my pup during his stay there. She sent me pics everyday to keep me posted, and also hand fed my dog when he had low appetite. My dog came back home happily, indicating that he had a great time there! Thank you for your care!
Jeremy managed to get us set up with a great dog walker at very short notice. We are working with Eric--he's gregarious and clearly into dogs and his job. We interviewed him with our dog and were immediately at ease. We have an ever changing schedule and Jeremy and Eric have been able to accommodate that with no problems. THANK YOU Red Rover!
Our dog has been getting walks from Red Rover for almost 4 years. We have also boarded her with them. We couldn't be happier with their services and customer service. Riley loves her walks and comes back a happy and tired dog. I really don't know how we would function without them.

I’m so glad to have found trustworthy, honest, friendly & truly caring walkers to take care of Ned. As a first-time rescue owner, Ned was adopted and lived with two other dogs for two years. I recently moved to the area on my own with this sweet dog and as an anxious dog parent, I do worry about him without his dog mates. Dave is amazing with Ned and goes beyond his dog walking service. Once on a very hot day in Oakland, Dave ensured Ned did not overheat and turned on the fan for him. Including checking on his water bowl. This was not our first dog walker - I had a few before who did not have the same level of professionalism and general care for my Ned. I am so grateful for Jeremy and Dave.

This place is often noticeably and consistently clean and organized. It also appears they have recently made the place more secure. The staff is always nice and hospitable. I love that they offer grooming services and a host of other services and enrichment program for the dogs. They appear to offer great care to my mother's dog, Sheba. Grooming is much more reasonably priced than other places and they do a good quick job. While the location is a bit remote and not much foliage or infrastructure surrounding the area, the positives outweigh the negatives.
We love taking Ollie here. They are nice and friendly. Ollie is very social and loves to play with other dogs. Just recently we are taking Bella, another dog who is shy. Leslie was sitting with her and letting her come to her on her terms which helped her feel comfortable. The staff is very patient with her.
I have used them for boarding my dog Patrón. The staff has always been friendly and I can tell they care for the dogs. I always leave him knowing he is in good hands. Definitely recommend!

My dog LOSES HER MIND in excitement when she realizes where we're going! The loving and attentive staff are by far her favorite people on the planet, I'm definitely second to them on her list of favorites 😂 We love to come for a play day or an overnight if I'm going out of town, and I never have to worry that my pups are bored, lonely, or not being loved!
I have a very well behaved service dog with all vaccinations who has been to many doggie daycares without any incident and she wouldn't even consider my dog. living next to a amusement park you think you'd be more open people from out of the area she was very rude on the phone And almost stated that she wasn't going to take the dog at that point but told me I could fill out the paperwork. I did as she asked I faxed over all the paperwork vaccines and registered service dog tags I knew even before I started filling the paperwork she wasn't even going to consider us these aren't people that are doing it for the dogs
Very friendly staff and my dogs love going to camp. They divide the dogs into groups based on size and the have their own play yard. I like the fact the dogs are free to sleep anywhere they like and not stuck in a kennel until play time. I feel safe leaving my fur babies and they enjoy the play time.
We've been talking our 80-pound German Shepherd/Greyhound mix here for about eight months now. She always comes home tired and happy, it's always clean, and the staff is friendly. We always feel really comfortable boarding her overnight.
We appreciate boarding our Tucker at Arrdvarks because we know he is safe and will be fine when we pick him up. It is the best scenario for our situation. We aren't confident with a live in dog sitter so we will be staying with Aardvarks for our fur baby.

You can tell how much they each love and appreciate their dogs. ---- Our boy Warren, a border collie mix, LOVES his time with Kristen & Michael's packs. They're some of the most exceptional and trustworthy dog walkers we've had. Warren will wait up by the window for Kristen or Michael to come every morning - tail waggin a million miles an hour and whimpering from excitement. It makes me happy to see Warren get to play out on the trails, learn new skills, and socialize with his pals every day. Finding a trustworthy and professional dog walker is not easy. But Molly runs a tight ship, and the team she leads at Doggy Lama shows just how much she cares for and loves animals. Molly and her team at Doggy Lama are the best! Our dog Toby always returns from his off-leash walks with Jordan having had lots of fun with his pack buds and tuckered out. It’s been a huge relief to know Toby is getting the exercise and stimulation he needs, especially during the work week when we can’t provide that for him to this level. This team is also amazing at communication, from day-of logistics to general awareness of seasonal considerations on the trail.

We brought our 1yr old pup for his first grooming, Jennifer made it very easy to communicate through appt scheduling and was extremely welcoming. She answered questions and concerns and made us feel at ease. We felt obi was in good hands. We brought Obi with long hair that was matted from ears to his paws, long nails. We picked him up, which he looked like a whole transformation. Clean cut and looking handsome as ever! We’re definitely coming back!
Took my five month old puppy to Miss Jennifer she did a wonderful job. Look at his picture I had to post it. I will recommend her to anybody else that needs their pet groom. This is his first time going to the grooming, my husband and I usually base him, so now we found a favorite spot to take him. He loves her as well Mr. swag my dogs name.

Jennifer made me feel at eases leaving my best friend Mr.Coal .To get a well needed bath and blow dry. When I call to make appointment I was lucky enough that she was able to fit me in that day. About 45min or so she call to let me know he was done. When I pulled up to the gate. It rolled back and Jennifer and her little helper I want say about 3 or 4 year old son was walk Mr.Coal out. Boy did he look so handsome his coat look so shiny and black as night. To the touch soft clean. His smell make you want to hug and take big woof of air through your nose. She is communicative and knowledgeable with dogs and has been great with my girl! Highly recommend all their services but especially boarding/daycare.
Jennifer and Zach offer a fantastic service for pups at their home. The value for the boarding service is very good and my dog has a great time. He can be skittish and nervous at first but their family has been so understanding and patient, now he wants to stay when I pick him up from boarding. They understand and love all kinds of dogs here and their love of animals shines through. Their own dog and kids are so cute and help with the business by adding playful energy to the home. The baths offered left our dog as clean as ever. Jennifer is very responsive over text as well. I would recommend Barn Find to anyone.

Jennifer was great with my two dogs. Before booking, she asked questions to make sure she understood what I wanted and she was very clear about her services. I felt confident that my babies were in good hands before I even dropped them off. They loved her instantly when they met her. She paid attention to their needs and even used an oatmeal shampoo for added moisture. My dogs were clean, cute and happy after she groomed them. I will certainly take my fur babies back to Jennifer for their grooming needs. She was so great with them that I will also consider her boarding services in the future.

My boy Brody loves going to see his Aunt Carol! Yes, that is how amazing she is, she will forever be one of his Aunties. I don’t trust just anyone with my baby but she made me feel comfortable at the meet and greet initially and the first day went well so we are a lifetime customer. I appreciate any necessary updates and picture messages of what he’s doing during his stay. Carol is so great she even takes him on walks to meet her friends. She always provides a synopsis of his day including anything that was concerning to her.
Carol is very loving of all the dogs she sits. She watches my dog while I'm out of town for 1 - 4 nights. She snuggles my dog, follows my directions for feeding her, and really tries to make my dog feel comfortable at her home. Carol has been very accommodating for me, especially when trips don't go as planned and I'm unable to get home on time to pick up my dog. She's responsive via text message for scheduling and general communication and she follows up to confirm our dates right before I'm planning to leave, to make sure she's home. I really enjoy working with Carol and my dog gets excited when she realizes she's going to Carol's.
Elizabeth Jones seems to have started an account just to give local pet sitters 1 star reviews, despite having never interacted with them. Do not pay any attention to her review! I run into Carol on my regular morning walks and she is definitely a true professional. I would be completely comfortable with my pet in her care.

Use Stacey for dog walks, daily visits, or pet sitting, and your pet will receive lots of attention and loving care. Stacey is reliable and professional. She's on time and we have always felt our dogs were in good hands. We highly recommend her!
I highly recommend Travlers Pet Care. They have been walking my dog, Rocky, for the past few years, and the experience has been great. Rocky is an elderly pup and Travlers has been good at ensuring he gets the exercise and attention he needs. Rocky always returns from his walks happy and well-exercised.. What would we do without Travelers Pet Care!! My girlfriend and I have a10 year old dog with separation anxiety and a chronic illness that requires regular medication. Marisa and Dominique have been top notch in their professionalism and communication, able to accommodate giving his medications. They give us the peace of mind to be able to leave town. Their website/app allows for quick communication and storage of all of the great photos that they take. Attached is one of the great photos they took of Ranger... Like how did they get him to pose like that!!! One of the true gems of the East Bay!
Marisa is reliable and professional. As a new dog owner, I had a lot of nerves. I never have any doubts when my dog is in the care of Marisa’s team. The best part, my dog is IN LOVE with her dog Walker and can’t wait to leave me and go on her walk!!!
We contracted with Travelers Pet Care to administer our sick cat's complex schedule of medications while we were out of town for over a week. Our cat has lymphoma and is on a variety of medicines (some injected, some in pill form as well as subcutaneous fluids) with varying frequency (some daily, some every other day, some three days a week.) We were very anxious about leaving our cat Posey, particularly when she needed care from someone who knew how to administer her medications. We needn't have worried! Dominique came over in advance to go over the spreadsheet of medications we had prepared and to get to know Posey in advance. We scheduled extra time during the first few visits so that they would have more time to bond. We also met with Marisa just before we left and developed equal confidence in her. While we were gone, we would receive daily updates on how things were going with Posey along with a picture so we could gauge her condition for ourselves. We could see that during the course of the week, Posey became more and more comfortable with them and more affectionate. On days when Posey didn't need much in the way of medication, they would stay and give her company for the remaining amount of time scheduled for the visit. When we returned home, it was immediately evident that Posey had benefited from their care. She wasn't anxious about our absence (though happy to see us) and even seems to have gained a little bit of weight. Her comfort level was high because there was no interruption in her medical regimen. I cannot recommend Travelers Pet Care more highly, particularly if you have a pet with special needs. Their fees are very reasonable relative to the care our pet received and the peace of mind they afforded us made it possible to leave Posey in their care in confidence. We are so grateful to them! Dominique and Marisa were instrumental in guiding us as first time dog owners. Our “pandemic puppy" was able to socialize and learn to walk off the leash with them. Our dog looks forward to every time they come by to pick him up. We are lucky to have this 5-star service in the East Bay.

Marisa has been the cat sitter for my fur babies since May this year. I'm grateful to have found her and Travelers Pet Care. She has been very reliable and she takes good care of my fur babies. There was one time that my senior cat was really sick while I had to leave out of country. She took really good care of her, she took her to the Vet, gave her medicine and also updated me as possibly can. Marisa is awesome!

Pam has taken excellent care of our two kittens/cats over the past two years. Pam and her team are very personable and attentive, and they clearly love their visitors. The accomodations are clean and comfortable, well-lit, and the windows have great views of trees, bird feeders, and more. Pam sends regular updates and pictures, and is happy to answer any question. 🐾 I highly recommend Critter Pet Care. My cat has special needs and they treated him like a 🤴. They knew I was anxious about leaving him and kept me updated daily and even sent pictures. The little 🐈 house has AC and is set up very nicely specifically for kitties.😻 The owner is easy to work with and very accommodating. They take care of 🐕 as well.
I am so happy I found Pam! I met her when I was moving and also going on a trip, meaning maximum cat-life interruption and I was super stressed about how it would all go. She was totally communicative and reassuring while I was away, sending pictures of obviously-happy cats. She has also helped with vet visits and advice. It is so great to work with someone who cares about your animals as much as you do (and knows so much more). My only reservation is about spreading the word so that she might be hard to book! But she deserves recognition for providing such an outstanding and important service.
We had been planning a trip of a lifetime - 7 weeks abroad - and one of the most important things was also one of the hardest things to do and that was to ensure our 1-year old sibling cats, Daisy & Spunky, would be in a secure and caring environment while we were away from home. We found there are many places that board cats in “2’Wx2D’x2H’” stainless steel kennels with 1 or possibly 2 hours of daily “out of the kennel” play time. Although they may be clean and secure, that type of a “confined” environment would have been difficult for our cats to endure even if just for a weekend (especially for Spunky who is very sociable and inquisitive); 7 weeks would have been grueling for them. They would probably be wondering, “what did we do to be abandoned like this?”. Thank goodness we found Pam & Critter Pet Care! The design of the cat house is wonderful and the size and multi-level layout of the kennels, some of which could also be expanded to double wide for bonded pairs like ours, allows cats to “hunker in” and feel secluded, or to peek out through their window for watching birds at the bird feeders outdoors. Cats also get to explore and commingle or just chill in the common areas, or they can trek/jump up to the many perches mounted high along the walls of the cat house. We missed our cats to pieces but really appreciated how Pam automatically kept us updated with photos and info about what they were doing throughout our 7-week trip. It gave us great peace of mind and our reunion confirmed how well they were cared for during their stay. We will not hesitate to leave our beloved Daisy and Spunky in Pam’s care the next time we plan a vacation or require boarding services. Thank you very much, Pam, for providing such an important service, a cozy and engaging boarding environment, and for truly caring about the well-being of our pets. . . you’re the best!
I cannot recommend Pam highly enough for anyone with a pet. I hated to leave my old dog, recovering from an illness, with anyone, but she had come recommended for her transparency. Pam went above and beyond making my dog comfortable and cared for when I had to leave town. When i found I couldn’t get home when I had hoped, she made it work to keep watching him even though his care needs were more than we expected. She let me know how he was doing every day, and was incredibly kind. Pam will always be my first choice for someone to care for my pet.

Pam and her staff are absolutely intuitive in their care for pets. She's personally taught me so much about cat behavior and how to be a better cat companion as a newer pet parent. Pam is very professional and knows how to handle both cats and dogs. I had left my two cats with her for a day. She has a very good set up where our cats could feel at home. The cages were set up in such a way that the cats could also look outside at the world or lie in a secluded spot if they wanted. There was even a bird feeder right outside the window, to keep the cats entertained. I definitely recommend her place if you want your cats taken care of while you are on vacation.
Pam is incredible! My rescue pup was isolated for many years and after only a few weeks at daycare, he was much more sociable and calm. He has separation anxiety and has a really hard time being alone, so Pam has been a godsend since I found her about a year ago. She takes really good care of my pup and updates me with pictures and status, which is nice while I'm at work. She is super flexible with drop off/pick up times and always responsive. It's amazing how she is able to socialize dogs with cats, dogs with each others, etc. Also, the backyard is amazing! Huge and lots of room for dogs to play. My pup can't wait to get out there and run around:) Highly recommend Critter Pet Care, Pam is truly a lifesaver.
Pam is a great person, she is extremely responsive, caring and knowledgeable. This place inspires trust! We lodged our dog and cat during one week and they both had a very good time under their care. Pam took me home with my pets the day we checked out because there were no Uber or Lyft drivers available. It was so sweet and kind of her! I would highly recommend this place for cats and dogs. Expect questions about your pet’s health, behavior and a meeting session for dogs.
Pam at Critter Pet Care has been doing a great job for myself and my furry family members. We like to call her Auntie Pam, and she is like a second mother to my young kitties. Along with all of the regular responsibilities of taking care of food, water and litter cleaning, Pam also plays regularly with them (has even bought them some really fun toys and treats), brushes them, and also sends me photos and regular updates when I'm away. She is also willing to water my outdoor patio plants and she brings in the mail. I can be easy in my mind knowing that all will be well at home when I have to be away. Booking and communication has always been easy. I really like using her online portal where I can book and confirm upcoming visits. Finally, when I have last minute changes to my schedule and need to add or cancel visits, she is always willing to accommodate. We are so lucky to have found her and truly appreciate her wonderful care and service!
My job has me travel alot. I recently moved from AZ to NV and I didn't have a pet-sitter for my tortoises. I needed to go to Ca for training and Terrell was very respectful when I first messaged him asking if he would watch after my pets for the day until I got out of work since I couldn't check into my hotel until later in the day, and ai didn't want to leave them in the car while I was at work. They pet-sit for dogs, do require proof of vaccines, and would appreciate at least a couple of days notice so they can rearrange their room for the other pets being boarded. The business is run from their home, and they allow the other dogs being boarded to roam with each other, so they aren't caged up in a kennel all day. The day I stopped by they were watching over a newborn puppy along with about 5 other adult dogs. In the past they have watched after birds, but he mainly specializes in dog care. However he will watch over mostly all pets with enough notice. Keep in mind this is a personal, and private pet care service not your typical big franchise or well known business therefore, it is not going to involve any paperwork, and you do pay by cash. In order to know the cost all you do is contact him via his website by researching the name of the business and the option to message him comes up. When I asked for a quote he was pretty responsive, I messaged him around 6:00pm as I was leaving that next day, he got back to me around 8:00pm. If I remember correctly you could also pick up your pet at 11pm as that is the time they close their doors for the business, but you may notice that they do get antsy if you tell them a time, and aren't there minutes before, so you may hear from them via text when time gets closer to the expected pickup time. Otherwise, they seem to care after the pets kindly and are open to following instructions on feedings, pet care, or medications if needed. Best of all they surprised me with a couple of images of my pets while I was at work, as you can see my male tortoise dirtied up his water soon after they gave it to him.
We are really thankful for TJ service. After a last minute call he accepted both our dogs and was patient enough for both. He updates us everyday, highly recommended.
I took my two dogs to Tj's All Per Care for three weeks stay. Terrel went way beyond what he was asked for. He took a good care of my dogs, he kept me informed with daily messages of the dog's activities, he fed the dogs as he was asked. I'm very happy with Terrel's service and honesty. I would definitely trust my dogs to Terrel again
Great place! this was my dogs first time with a boarder and he definitely benefited from it. I was out of town on a work trip for 3 weeks and I didn’t want my dog to be in a kennel majority of the day so this was a perfect fit for us along with becoming more social with dogs. He went to the park everyday and TJ also sent me at least 2 pictures everyday and answered any question I asked on my pup. After I picked up my pup he has been sleeping wherever he can, definitely not the last time we’ll be using his services.
TJ runs his service like a business. We were especially impressed with his professionalism, foresight, and experience. While watching our dogs we encountered an unforeseen travel situation that he was able to accommodate with no issues. The entire time we felt completely comfortable and safe with him watching over our dogs. He provided daily photos and updates on how they were doing. We would definitely go back to TJ and recommend him to anyone looking for a competent, communicative, and professional sitter.
Terrell did an amazing job with my 7 month Doberman. We were in a last minute bind and Terrell was able to take him the day of AND keep my dog for 4 days. Terrell really does know how to handle all of the different personalities which is very important when you have a large dog with a lot of energy and separation anxiety. I noticed that when I picked my dog up that he was calm and leaning against Terrell as we were talking. We were very Appreciative of Terrell's flexibility and Happy with the state of our dog upon our return. We will be returning with no doubt!!!
TJ went above and beyond to accommodate us as we were moving from Japan to Fairfield. He has the most flexible hours for drop off and pick up and is reachable by phone at almost all hours. My dog has never been happier when boarded...probably because she is not locked in a concrete run/cage, instead, she is hanging out in a comfortable home! My dog was due her monthly preventative medication and TJ ensured she received. He takes all his boarding dogs to the local dog park and keeps them actively engaged with other dogs, toys, treats, and human interaction. TJ sent us daily photos/updates and it's clear he loves our dog almost as much as we do. I will be using his service again and again. In fact I'm hoping he will do some doggy daycare too!
TJ is Awesome! Knows how to handle and treat dogs, I have a old German Shepard and a old Jackussel mix. Both dogs came back happy and healthy. TJ takes them to the park, plays with them and let's the do what they want. He is very professional, polite, super responsive to calls and texts and sends pictures to you 2 time a day of your pet. I will recommend TJ to everyone!

TJ did a wonderful job taking care of my older labrador! I was in need of last-minute pet care for a day trip for work, and was SO grateful that TJ was able to keep my sweet old dog entertained while I was away. (He even sent me a nice picture of all the fun they had at the dog park!) My dog is pretty energetic and extraverted for an old dog, and he came home super happy and exhausted -- I think dogs that like to run and play with other dogs will have a wonderful time with TJ.
