We absolutely loved house sitting for Florence! Her cats are just the sweetest - Raphael was absolutely hilarious and Angelina so adorably regal. Florence is not only a very interesting and lovely person but also super organized and communicative. We really appreciated her detailed house sitters guide, complete with neighborhood recommendations of the best eateries and coffee shops. Florence went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and we very much enjoyed staying in her beautiful apartment in Hamilton Heights. Percy and Skittles were wonderful companions for 6 weeks in Cuenca! Percy is affectionate and likes to be held. Skittles is energetic and likes to harass her brother. Teresa and Mike introduced us to other expats before the stay. They left us a detailed list of their favorite places in the area, shared info for private drivers, and recommended a guide in the Galapagos. Cuenca is a beautiful city with tons of history. The house is in the historic center, so nearly everything is walkable. Taxis are inexpensive and easy to hail. This house is large and the rooftop patio has gorgeous views of the city. There is plenty of space for work and entertainment. We felt at home right away. Since we both work from home, internet is an important piece. The internet was fast and reliable which made work stress-free. We would come back again!
Muffin is sweetheart and easy to take care of and walk. Maryam has a lovely home in historic part of Denver close to 6th Ave which is very convenient road to use. The home is clean, comfortable and inviting. I had a great experience
We instantly became buddies with Coco, Boots and Lucy. Coco and Boots are so chill. Coco finds the most comfortable spots to curl up and makes the cutest air barks when she wants a little attention. Boots loves staying close, sneaking his way onto our lap without us quite knowing how he got there. Lucy is full of puppy energy and eager to “work” – she can’t get enough of fetching balls and we suspect sometimes she was trying to herd and train us. The pack made all kinds of funny little noises when they played together. With us, it seemed like they were each trying to talk to us in their own distinctive voice. Layne is a wonderful and welcoming host. We enjoyed arriving the night before so we could chat a bit, meet the dogs, and settle in at a relaxed pace. The guest cottage was quiet, roomy, and very comfortable. The location in town was amazing, just off Sonoma’s main square. We could walk to everything – restaurants, wine tasting, Whole Foods and Safeway, even nearby hikes. Layne has an amazing indoor-outdoor living space that was absolutely perfect in the summer. We gathered many tasty treats in town and enjoyed hours in the garden reading and lounging with the dogs. We would love to return and sit for Layne again.
Hazel and partner were very friendly told us everything we needed to no because we was very local went to meet them a week before the stay. Sushi came to us straight away very friendly the best 😺 in Bow. The house was very cosy and warm great scenery from the balcony and nice and peaceful on the 5th floor. Would diffently recommend to others near train stations and local buses.
Cindy and Arlin are fantastic hosts to sit for! Because they were leaving early-ish morning, they invited us to come the evening before and we had a lovely visit getting to know each other. Their home is impressively tidy and in a beautiful location nestled against the Prescott hills and feels very remote despite being only a couple miles from downtown. We had lots of wildlife visit. Matika is very sweet and friendly and loves attention when he's not sleeping, and has a hilarious routine with his toy mouse at night. We would eagerly sit for Cindy and Arlin again anytime!

If you are looking for somewhere for your dog then Waggingtons is without doubt the best place to be. My dog Lolly has been going there since she was a puppy and she loves it - she cannot get in the front door quick enough. Tracie and her team are amazing and the care and attention they give to each and every dog is wonderful. lolly is such a loving and sociable little girl and adores Tracie and the team. I know I can leave here there whether it’s an overnight stay or longer and not have to worry. This is the best place for any dog.
I can not recommend Waggingtons highly enough! Tracie and her amazing team are just wonderful. Not only do my dogs love them, so do I. I was very nervous about handing over my fur babies to someone new but as soon as I stepped into Tracies amazing home; I knew this was the right place for them. Tracie made me feel at ease about leaving them & with all her incredible knowledge on dog behaviour and genuine love for your dog; there is no one I would trust more than leaving my dogs at Waggingtons with Tracie & co. It’s an amazing, fun, clean environment. Its also a great place for your dog to socalise with other amazing dogs. All 3 of my dogs love going to Tracie at Waggingtons. They love their walks, the attention, having fun with the other dogs, and generally have such a good time - they don’t want to leave at the end of the day! I took my two pups to Tracie to help them socialise with other dogs and generally improve their behaviour around new dogs and people - in just a couple of days there they came home more confident and are calmer around new dogs now. Tracie’s pack offer them the perfect environment for socialising and also working on their interaction with other dogs in a controlled environment. I feel 100% comfortable and happy leaving my pups with Tracie, who has so many years of experience with all types of dogs, making her incredibly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Tracie and all her staff at Waggingtons - my doggos just love it! <3
I am so grateful we have found Waggingtons! My white German shepherd, Kobe is so happy there! They provide a wonderfully structured day for him to include two walks! There is plenty of playtime for him with great socialisation and he really does walk in wagging his tail! They really know what they are doing and I can relax knowing he is really well looked after when away from me. Well done to all at Waggingtons you really have got it right!
We have been sending our Frenchie to Waggintons for just over 9 months. Tracie and her team have a real passion for the work they do, and we can tell that our boy loves going. We have also appreciated the team's candour in doing what's best for both our dog, as well as the other dogs under their care. Can't recommend Waggintons highly enough.
Before starting our training with Tracie, Rosie was highly reactive and couldn’t go near other dogs. We were extremely frustrated and couldn’t take Rosie out with us anywhere. After a few sessions with Tracie, including joining her wonderful pack walks, Rosie has transformed into a new dog! She is now able to be around other dogs and can even go off lead to play with dogs (of all sizes!) in the park. We are so grateful for Tracie and Rosie is so much happier! Recommended to anyone who is struggling with a reactive dog!
Wagingtons is dog daycare done right. Tracie, the owner, knows and understands dogs, including their psychology. Everytime our labby comes back, she's exhausted but so happy. They are strict with not overloading the handlers, but this means they have limited capacity. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Tracie and her excellent team have been looking after our dog for just over four years since she was a puppy. She goes to doggy day care on a regular basis. They show such care and expertise and treat all the dogs brilliantly. Tracie has a deep understanding of dogs and their behaviour and their needs which comes through in how they are handled. Yesterday we had another behavioural consultation session with Tracie. She has such an instinctive understanding of how to treat dogs and can always suggest ways to help a dog make the best choices. Just as importantly she always makes sure that whatever she suggests is appropriate to the owner’s needs and capabilities. We have no hesitation at all in recommending Tracie and her team.
Jeanette has looked after our 2 guinea pigs twice already this year and we cannot recommend the Ranch highly enough. Guinea pigs were well-looked after, nails trimmed and even video links of them playing (which the kids enjoyed watching when we said the guinea pigs were staying in their hotel too). Have already booked again - 5/5 customer service too!
Jeanette was so lovely and gave us lots of advice for keeping our Guinea Pigs happy. They have a spacious play area and Jeanette even set up a livestream so that we could watch our Guinea pigs having their fun. I can't say enough good things and your pets will enjoy their stay :)
My partner and I left our rabbit for 2 weeks whist we went on holiday. He was really well taken care of, and we received videos/pictures whilst we were gone to show how he was doing. Jeanette was very accommodating too re: drop off and pick up. Can't recommend enough if you want somewhere safe and friendly to board your furry ones whilst away!
My three rats stayed for over a week and I was pretty nervous about leaving them for the first time. I really didn't need to be... they had the best time! Homemade porridge for breakfast, warm almond milk, free range time out of the cage and lots of love and attention. Jeanette kept me informed with photos and messages which i really appreciated. They will be staying again over Christmas and i feel completely at ease about it now. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my fur babies!
Boarded our rats here for 10 days. They all seemed to have had a great time, updates regularly and videos with attached music. They were all very happy when I picked them up. The lady running the service was very nice. They had play time in a rat space with things to climb on etc.. will definitely be using again in the future.
We have used them couple of times and can't be more grateful of how good my rats have been looked after. If you need a place where to take your rodent pets you can trust they will be In the best hands.
Jeanette and Jacob looked after my hedgehog sammy for a few weeks when I went abroad. I was so happy to find them as they’re very knowledgeable about pets including exotic pets like my hedgehog. They sent regular updates and sweet photos showing Sammy was happy and safe. I definitely recommend the rodent Ranch if you are looking for someone to look after your pet.
An incredible service for animals. I had left my Guinea pigs gizmo and furgy with Jeanette while we went on holiday and when we returned he was in great health. Even had more shine to the coat! A really caring environment, and confidence in a good home when away.

Aurora is a fantastic walker. She really cares about dogs and Rhia was clearly very happy with her walks. I felt totally secure with her service. Aurora is great with communication and send great pictures. I would highly recommend and will be using again in the future!
I'm very happy with Aurora's help to look after Bobby, my cat, for almost a week. She was very thorough and knowledgeable with good experience taking care of pets. I love that she send daily pictures and updates, she even asked if I need my plants to be watered! Highly recommended and I'll use her service again, no doubt!
Aurora comes to walk my energetic husky Mischa for me every now and then - and Mischa is delighted every time! Aurora takes wonderful care of her, sending me tonnes of pictures of their adventures together, and is 100% reliable. Aurora has looked after my cat a few times when I’ve been away. She is trustworthy and I feel she really cares about him. She understands that a cat needs love and attention just as much as they need food and water. I can enjoy going on holiday knowing that my companion is being well looked after.
Aurora took care of our Boston Terrier and Vizsla for one night, and we couldn’t be happier! She has awesome knowledge, especially she knew how to work with our energetic Vizsla. Super responsible, she follows all safety rules, ensuring our dogs were secure and comfortable. Aurora is also very communicative, competent, and incredibly nice. Aurora is absolutely amazing. She came over to meet my cat, Pigeon, before taking on the job to make sure they both got on and she knew where everything was. Then, she was super thorough and asked for lots of details about Pigeon and her health and who our vets were etc. incase of any issues when she was cat sitting. This was massively appreciated and let me know Aurora was an amazing choice as cat-sitter! I got pictures of pigeon when I was away so I knew everything was okay and I felt so reassured the whole time which meant I could really enjoy myself. I wouldn't hesitate to use Aurora for cat-sitting again, and can't recommend others do the same!! And see attached for some lovely pics of Pigeon and Aurora!
Aurora took really good care of my Penelope (cat) when I had to go away urgently. They got on instantly so I knew she would be in great company. I received an update and photos everyday which was a great part of the service and Aurora kept me updated on anything else that occurred during the 2 weeks. I could not be happier with the service and I know Penelope was really looked after. I will definitely be using Aurora's services in the future and will recommend to family and friends.
Our cockapoo has been going to Aurora since April 2021 (when he was about 14 weeks old) for daycare 2-3 times a week and overnights, and he couldn’t be happier! Aurora, Diego and her dogs are his second family - they’ve taken such good care of him, I really don’t know what we would do without her. Even since we moved out of the area last month, we still send him for overnights because it’s such a comfort to know he’s somewhere where he’s loved and looked after. We have also sent him for longer periods when we have been away on holiday and she’s been great. She is always very reliable, communicative and really knows how to take care of animals. Do not hesitate to book, but be warned, your dog may have a new favourite!

I boarded my cat and dog with Oak Cottage Kennels & Cattery for the first time as our usual kennels and cattery were fully booked. I went to take a look and was very impressed by the very knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. I could tell immediately that they put the welfare of the pets first. They were very good at explaining how the kennels work on a daily basis. I booked in two trial days for our Labrador and then both my cat and dog stayed for two weeks. I had very regular photos and it was obvious they were both enjoying their stay. I would like to thank everyone for looking after my pets in an exceptional manner. Harvey and Simba will definitely book again! A massive thank you to all !
I’ve been struggling (a lot) to find a reliable person to take care of my collies when i have to be away. It eventually came to the point that I wasn’t able to go on holidays anymore because I didn’t trust anyone enough. So I can’t thank enough the team at Oak Cottage Kennels for accepting my dogs in their pack! They’ve been phenomenal and they offered us the possibility of sent wonderful updates. But more importantly Hermès and Siena had a great time playing with the other dogs in the outdoors and in safe environment. They came back the day after happy and tired 😃. They have stayed already 3 other long/ shorter stays with them and they can’t wait to meet our new friends :). I wouldn’t trust anyone else in London!

We use Oak kennels day care. My dog Bob absolutely loves it there. The staff have always been amazing. He is sensitive to the heat and with the warmer weather they have put measures in place to help him keep cool. I am very grateful for the entire team!

We have just had a house move to Borehamwood, which was very stressful for Dylan our cocker spaniel. . To keep him safe while we moved onto our new house he stayed at Oak Cottage for a few days. Our dog Millie stayed with Lulu for a week. We couldn’t be more pleased with the care she received. She very quickly settled in and spent her time by Lulu’s side and sitting on her lap. Millie doesn’t usually take to people well and it was lovely to see her comfortable and happy when we collected her. Lulu provided regular updates on how she was doing. Very highly recommended.
So I booked my pug Lulu into daycare and was surprised that the lady at daycare was also called Lulu.When I picked up Lulu at the end of the day my pug was extremely happy. I would thoroughly recommend It's a dogs world London. Very clean and friendly environment.
My dog bubbles absolutely loves going to its a dogs world. My dog is such an awkward dog but adores lulu so much that she never wants to leave. I would highly recommend to anyone with difficult dogs, lulu is so warming and always updates me on how bubbles is getting on.
Our cockapoo just loves it at Lulu's. He can't wait to get there when we take him, and though he's happy to see us when we pick him up, he also doesn't want to leave! He's made some really good doggy friends who he loves spending time with, and he always comes back worn out - what more could we want?! Highly recommended.
Had a unexpected trip to go on, was sad to leave my baby boy behind but leaving him in the care of Lulu helped me feel better. I contacted her every other day to check in, after the 2nd phone call I realised I had nothing to worry about. She is the most caring person I have ever met I'm not a person to leave reviews but when I find a service that is competitive rates and great customer care system I just had to leave a review. I could not recommend this dog carer enough. Before bringing my dog here a had a conversation with the lady that runs it and she was ever so helpful answering all questions that I had to ask. After the conversation I booked my little basset hound friend there for daycare. When picking him up he was in the very best of moods and the lady said he had a very good time with the other dogs playing for most of the day which was great to hear. I will be using this service more often and I was extremely happy to hear that they also offer dog boarding so if I ever need someone to look after Homer while I am on holiday I know where to go. Highly Recommended

Lulu is a fantastic dog sitter, she always takes good care of our cavlier king Charles spaniel, Louie who is always very happy to come round and spend time with her. This year we were away for a month and Lulu looked after Louie during that time. He is always happy to visit!
Couldn’t recommend enough, My dog stayed at Lulus for a few days while we went on holiday, we always get anxious leaving our dog but she was great, she answered all our questions about him, and even went out of her way and made him chicken as he wasn't eating his food.
Halo Dogs is an amazing daycare! Our Beagle Cookie has been going there for years now, on a weekly basis, and seems to love it. The midday update email with photo is much appreciated, and you can see the dogs having so much fun! Would definitely recommend! People working at Halo Dogs are also lovely.
We have been sending our Great Dane, Xena to Halo Dogs when she was six months old. Sufficed to say she absolutely loves it and appears to prefer the team there over us, her actual owners! Normally she woofs at anyone and everyone who comes to the front door, but with Halo she greats them with a wagging tail and leaves without any noise. Halo provide an excellent service and are one of the only few daycares that serves central London. They listen and are attentive. We have recommended Halo to many other dog owners and will continue to do so.
If your dog had a car they would drive here and never leave. Halo is amazing. Our dog absolutely loves it. Loads and loads of outdoor space, facilities, and other dogs to play with. And if they want to chill out there is plenty of space for them to do that too. The staff are brilliant. They are all not only dog experts but more importantly dog lovers! It's a proper personalised experience for the dog - they all know our dog thoroughly and are always chatting about her. It's a door to door service and we have never felt more confident than when the Halo van arrives! Some people say it's a bit expensive. It isn't. It's great value for money. They are at the farm all day, they have two walks a day, the area is massive, they get treats and interaction all day, AND they are picked up and dropped off (even if you're not in). Complete peace of mind. 100% worth it. Book a free introduction day - take your dog and meet everyone there and see for yourself!
My miniature bull terrier Stella has been going to Halo at least once a week (and sometimes more if she’s lucky) since February and honestly cannot imagine her life without Halo. We get daily pictures and a personalised report updating us on her progress. They even have a vet nurse called Ros on staff who has called to check up on Stella once when she was ‘off sick’ :). Everyone is so lovely and Stella is always super happy to get picked up and go spend the day at the farm. WE LOVE HALO ❤️
I have being sending Barney to Halo Dogs for around 2 years, and trust me when I say if Barney didn't like it he wouldn't go. The team at HALO are amazing and look after Barney as though he was their own, when Barney comes back from Day School I can just tell he has had a fun actioned packed fun day. I am also really appreciative of the pick up and drop off service from my home or my work place, the ease of the booking system and the the general organisation of how Halo Dogs runs. Barney and I highly recommend Halo, while you dog is living their best life, you can rest assure that your dog will be in very safe and caring hands.

Halo were amazing, and an absolute saviour for me and my puppy. Frankie went to Halo from the age of 6 months for about 8 months, until we moved out of London. We visited the daycare facilities before we committed to anything, just to see how Frankie got on and so I could check out where Frankie would be when he was there. There was plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors - space for quiet nap time, and lots of space for running around and enrichment and agility activities. The dogs were also taken out on walks as there was plenty of space around, so Frankie was able to burn off all that crazy puppy energy during the day! He practically ran out the door on his daycare days and loved Bruno, who came to pick him up a couple of times a week. He always came back tired which was the sign of a good day. They also sent little pupdates and photos during the day so you knew what he’d been getting up to. Having spoken to Bruno and Justin on a couple of occasions when Frankie was slightly challenging…they were super helpful and gave some really sound advice. I knew Frankie was in very good hands on the days he was there. He is a very social dog so loved playing with his puppy pals, and I also recommended Halo to a couple of friends with dogs of a similar age so he sometimes had some friendly faces to mess around with. The facilities and all the staff were excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them as a daycare. They were super easy to manage online - you could book, cancel and pay for it all online so minimum hassle. Frankie and I moved out of London which was the only reason we left, but not before they gave him a special little birthday celebration and a fun last day. Thanks Halo, you were and Frankie and I were so grateful for your help in those challenging, early puppy days!
Our 13 year old Irish Terrier Bella has been going to Halo Dogs on and off for the past 10 years or so and we couldn’t be happier with the care they offer! Doggie day care isn’t cheap but Halo are very competitive and offer so much for the price. The fact they collect and drop off makes everything so much easier for us and their facilities and location are second to none! There is loads of outdoor space and lovely cosy inside areas too - I often think I’d love to spend the day there! The guys at Halo all seem to genuinely love our dogs and we get updates through the day and they listen carefully to any individual concerns or special requests. Bella absolutely loves going to Halo - think she’d rather be there than with us - always desperate to get into the van and it’s a great feeling to know your dog is happy! I really couldn’t recommend Justin and his team enough!
Can't recommend Halo Dogs enough! Was recommended them by my parents as our family dog Sheba had such a good time at Halo and now my sister uses them too. Our 3 month old puppy Omen is a little anxious and was in need of some serious socialisation. We were quite worried about her first day but the staff there reassured us that she would be fine and even provided 'pupdates' during the day. During her day at Halo she met so many dogs and came back exhausted but tail wagging and tongue out which is always a good sign. The staff there are so attentive and really care about the dogs. She will stay there for a full week next week with lots of training involved as the staff there have full training facilities too, and we have absolutely no doubts that she will have the best time. We live actually quite far from Halo but are willing to make the journey as there is nothing like them in our area and need the best for our dog. Our dog Barlet has been going to Halo since he was about 4 months old. He's always excited to get picked up and head off to the farm. He's gone to their daycare regularly and lately done a few long overnight stays. We always used to worry about what to do with B while on holiday, but now we happily leave him at Halo and know he'll have a great time. The updates really help as well, especially when he's on his own holiday at the farm. The convenience of him being picked up and dropped off makes all the difference as well. Found Paws Galore online and sent an enquiry. From the first email response Kacey and the team have been fantastic. Very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We had Jenny as our cat sitter for our two elderly (16&17 yo) cats. Jenny took time to understand their routines and needs. One of our cats has hypothyroid and Jenny was great at making sure our cat took her tablets and ensuring they had play time and strokes both morning and evening. I felt relaxed while we were away and I would recommend this company. Jenny also sent regular pics and updates and our cats seemed super happy in her care. Thank you team! I’m hugely grateful to Kacey and Brenda who looked after our cat over the summer for 2 weeks. This was the first time we’d used a cat sitter; we thought it was a better option for him to stay at home than to go to a cattery. Kacey’s service and prompt and organised; She found a sitter quickly and the booking process is very easy to follow. Brenda is a conscientious cat sitter, who did an amazing job looking after our cat, particularly as it was a lot of work getting him to eat for the first few days. She was very solutions oriented. Brenda kept us updated with texts and images so we knew he was safe, which meant we could get on and enjoy the holiday. By the end Brenda was his best friend and we came home to healthy and very loved little cat. Thank you Brenda!
We had a very good experience with Paws Galore. Brenda, our cat sitter, looked well after Artù. She took good care of him and sent many updates to us. We really appreciated when she managed to go last minute even if it was not planned in advance! Super happy with the service :)
Excellent service! Kacey is very accommodating and managed to even get me a last minute sitter. The sitters are great and friendly. I’ve had Aidan, Michelle and Becky. They were all lovely and took care of my puppy. I highly recommend Paws Galore pet sitters!

I recommend! Lila came to care for my cat 2x a day for a few days while I was on a work trip, she sent me updates and pictures. When I came back my cat seemed happy (whereas previously she would be grumpy if I left her alone overnight..)
I needed a cat sitter pretty last minute because my usual company dropped the ball. I called Paws Galore thinking it would be the first of several calls to find an available pet sitter. I spoke to Kacey and she was very nice and understanding straight away. She assured me she could find a cat sitter and made me feel at ease. Within a few hours, I had a sitter assigned. The cat sitter contacted us quickly and was very communicative from then on. She made arrangements to come get the keys and meet our cats the next day. We took out trip and the sitter sent photos and detailed messages each day. She really went above and beyond when she came to visit the cats. She was really great! I am so glad that I found Paws Galore. I feel much more secure about leaving my cats with Paws Galore after one time than I did with the other company after years of using them. I've used Pets Galore now a couple of times and have had a great experience both times. My cats are fairly timid around new people and so I was apprehensive about leaving them in a total strangers' hands, but Kacey couldn't have been more supportive and understanding - especially since I had been let down very last minute by another company whose service was clearly 2nd rate. I was paired with Michelle, who as soon as I met her, made me feel much more relaxed. Her natural calmness and chilled demeanour clearly filtered down to the cats and I could see through my daily updates that they were perfectly happy - meaning I was also happy whilst on holiday! Great service from Kacey and the team in arranging dog sitting for Arlo and Indy at our hotel in London (shout out also to Montague on the Gardens). Lee our sitter was great arriving in good time to hand over our two Goldies and had no issue staying on later than planned when we had tube difficulties getting back from the O2. Highly recommend them.
